Abstract

Es wird eine elektromagnetisch steuerbare Doppel-Membranpumpe, angegeben. In einem Hohlzylinder (1) ist ein Kolben (2) axial bewegbar. Zwischen endseitigen Abdeckplatten (9) und dem Hohlzylinder (1) ist im Bereich jeder Stirnseite eine Membran (6) umfangsseitig eingeklemmt. Die Membran (6) ist mittig mit dem Kolben (2) verbunden. Der Kolben (2) weist eine axial gerichtete Durchgangsbohrung (4) auf, wobei der Raum (5) zwischen der Membran (6) und dem Kolben (2), die Durchgangsbohrung (4) sowie der Raum (5) zwischen der anderen Membran (6) und dem Kolben (2), mit einer inkompressiblen Flüssigkeit gefüllt ist. Mindestens eine Erregerspule (7, 8) am Außenumfang des Hohlzylinders (1) erreicht bei Erregung eine Verstellung des Kolbens (2) in eine Endlage, wobei bei Entregung der Kolben (2) in die andere Endlage zurückgestellt wird, entweder aufgrund einer mechanischen Vorspannung oder durch Erregung einer anderen Erregerspule. Die Hubbewegung erreicht eine Verstellung der Membran (6) gegenüber der jeweiligen Abdeckplatte (9) bis zur Anlage an diese, derart, daß dazwischen ein sich in der Volumengröße ändernder Hubraum (12 bzw. 13) gebildet ist. In diesen kann über eine Einlaßöffnung (10) ein zu förderndes Medium angesaugt und über eine Auslaßöffnung (11) bei der anderen Hubbewegung ausgestoßen werden, wobei zweckmäßig Ventile vorgesehen sind, die diese unterstützen.
Derartige Doppel-Membranpumpen, sind für Bilanzierungssysteme verwendbar und insbesondere anwendbar bei der Hämodialyse.
