Claims (10)

  1. Beschlag für Rolltüren, insbesondere für Türen mit einem oder mehreren, parallelen, vorzugsweise zwei Feldern, von denen jedes über Rollelemente (3) verfügt und Schuhteile (26), wobei die einen und die anderen auf festen Spuren (6, 20), versehen mit Prellböcken (12, 19), welche die Verschiebung dar Felder begrenzen, versetzbar sind, wobei die angesprochenen Spuren (6, 20) vorzugsweise aus zwei oberen Schienen (6) gebildet sind, oberhalb parallel und nahe zueinander, und zwei unteren Führungen (20) unterhalb, desgleichen parallel und nahe zueinander, jeweils angeordnet auf der äußeren Oberfläche der Decke (7) und das Bodens (21) des zu schließenden Raumes, wobei die äußerste Schiene und die äußerste Führung angrenzend an den Rand der angesprochenen Oberflächen angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Prellböcke (12, 29) sich aus einem Grund-Verankerungsteil (32), das jeweils an dem äußeren Flächenabschnitt der Decke und des Bodens angebracht ist, in einer an die Schienen (6) und die Führungen (20) angrenzenden Position, und aus einem vertikalen Plattenteil (33), dessen Position einstellbar ist, zusammensetzen, parallel zu den Schienen (6) und den Führungen (20), welches Plattenteil an dem Grund-Verankerungsteil (32) angebracht ist und ausgehend von seinen vertikalen Schmalseiten Mittel zum Aufhalten dar Rollelemente (3) und der Schuhteile (26) und einen Vereinigungs-Winkeleisen (32a) aufweist; und daß die Rollelemente (3, 26) sich aus Laufrollen oder Rollen (3) mit einer Umlaufkehle zusammensetzen, die durch ein Mittelteil der Rollelemente befestigt sind, mit einer festen Achse (18) eines Plattenteiles (4), parallel und nahe der genannten Laufrolle (3), wobei das Plattenteil (4) unmittelbar an der inneren Fläche des Feldes oder der Felder der Tür befestigt ist, die am nächsten dem zu schließenden Volumen ist, zur Abstützung der Rolle (3) an der äußersten Schiene (6), und durch Zwischenschaltung eines Brückenteils (5) auf der inneren Oberfläche des Feldes oder der Felder der Tür, die dem zu schließenden Raum am entferntesten sind, zur Abstützung der Laufrolle (3) auf der innersten Schiene (6), und daß die Schuhteile (26) einen Ankerkern (27) aufweisen und einen mit Profil versehenen Körper, der mit der Führung (20) mit dem Ankerkern (27) zusammensetzbar ist, und einen Prellbock (29), welcher die Öffnung und Schließung begrenzt, wobei der Ankerkern (27) unmittelbar auf der inneren Oberfläche des Feldes oder der Felder der Tür, die dem zu achließenden Raum am nächsten sind, befestigt ist, zur Ankupplung des erwähnten Körpers an der äußersten Führung, und durch Zwischenschaltung eines Brückenteils (5) auf der inneren Oberfläche des Feldes oder der Felder, die dem zu schließenden Raum am entferntesten sind, zur Zusammensetzung des Körpers mit der innersten Führung.
  2. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schienen (6) durch Profile mit einem Querschnitt in Form eines L gebildet sind, bei denen ein Abschnitt (8) eben ist, anlegbar auf der äußeren Fläche der Decke (7) und aufweisend Löcher für den Durchgang der Befestigungsschrauben an dieser Fläche, während der andere Abschnitt eine Vergrößerung (10) ausbildet, mit etwa kreisförmigen Querschnitt, mit einem Durchmesser, der etwa gleich oder kleiner demjenigen der Umlaufkehle der Laufrollen (3) ist und an ihrem Anfang eine Längsnut (11) aufweist, die nach außen mündend, ausgehend von der äußeren Oberfläche des ersten ebenen Abschnittes (8).
  3. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungen (20) durch Profile mit einem L-Querschnitt gebildet sind, mit ebenen Abschnitten, von welchen einer (22) anlegbar ist an die äußere Oberfläche des Bodens und Öffnungen aufweist für den Durchgang von Befestigungsschrauben an diesem Flächenabschnitt, während der andere Abschnitt (23) anfangs eine Vergrößerung (24) aufweist, in welche eine Längsnut (25) eingearbeitet ist, die quer zu der äußeren Fläche das ersten Abschnittes, der auf die Bodenfläche aufgelegt ist, mündet.
  4. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Prellböcke (12, 29) der äußeren Schiene und Führung zwischen den Profilen angeordnet sind, welche die beiden oberen Schienen (6) und entsprechend die unteren Führungen (20) definieren, während die Prellböcke (12, 29) der inneren Schiene und Führung neben dar jeweiligen Schiene bzw. der Führung auf der inneren Seite des Feldes angeordnet sind.
  5. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verankerungsgrundteil (32) der Prellböcke (5, 29) aus einem Stück mit einem L-Querschnitt zusammengesetzt ist, dessen Oberfläche konkav ist und an welches man das Winkeleisen (32a) ankuppelt, daß dieses Stück (32) auf einer seiner Abschnitte (35) zwei Langlöcher (39) aufweist und auf der äußeren Fläche des genannten Abschnittes (35) eine Verzahnung oder Querverstreifung (38) und daß das vertikale Plattenteil (33) der Prellböcke (12, 29) eine untere Zone aufweist mit zwei Löchern (41), wobei es auf einer seiner Oberflächen mit einer Verzahnung oder Vertikalverstreifung (40) versehen ist, zusammenbaubar mit der Verzahnung (38) des Abschnittes (35) des Grund-Verankerungsteils (32), und eine obere Zone, die, beginnend in ihren vertikalen Rändern, Ausschnitte (43) aufweist, die gegenüberliegend sind und oberhalb begrenzt bleiben durch eine elastisch verformbare Zunge (45), welche einen äußeren Teil der Querverlängerungen darstellt, die eine winkelmäßige Abstützung (46) bestimmen, mit der Konvexität zeigend in Richtung des Ausschnitts (43) um teilweise den Eintritt zu schließen, und daß das Plattenteil (33) und das Grund-Verankerungsteil (32) miteinander fest verbunden sind mit Hilfe von Schrauben, die man in Löcher, die in das Winkeleisenstück (32a) eingearbeitet sind, einschraubt.
  6. Beschlag nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse (18) einer der Laufrollen (3) jedes Feldes über die freie Fläche der Laufrollen hinausragt in der Art, daß sie mit den Ausschnitten (43) der Plattenteile der Prellböcke zusammenwirkt, in welche es eindringt bis zum Hintersichlassen der winkelmäßigen Abstützung (46) der Zunge (45), welche teilweise die Ausnehmungen (43) verschließt, wenn man die Felder (1, 2) in ihre Schließ- oder Öffnungsendstellungen versetzt.
  7. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Plattenteil (4) der Rollelemente (3) einen Drehzapfen (14) aufweist, der von einer freien Fläche vorspringt und langgestreckte Löcher (16), gekrümmt mit einem Mittelpunkt auf dem Drehzapfen und angeordnet an einer Seite und der anderen desselben, mit unterschiedlichen Abständen, und wobei der Drehzapfen (14) eintritt quer zu einer Öffnung (43), welche in das Feld oder das Brückenteil eingearbeitet ist, an welcher die Rollelemente (3) befestigt sind mittels Schrauben, welche in die genannten Öffnungen eingeführt sind.
  8. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brückenteile (5), auf welchen die Rollelemente (3) und die Schuhteile (26) der äußersten Tür befestigt sind, durch ein Plattenteil (5) gebildet sind, verdoppelt in Form eines U, wobei man quer zu einer seiner seitlichen Abschnitte in gegenüberliegender Stellung an der inneren Oberfläche das äußerste Feld befestigt, während man auf dem anderen seitlichen Abschnitt die Rollelemente und die Schuhteile (3, 26) befestigt, die in einer coplanaren Stellung mit den Schienen (6) und den Führungen (20) verbleiben.
  9. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper der Schuhteile, beginnend an einer seiner seitlichen Flächen, ein Quergehäuse (28) aufweist, für seine Gleit-Ankupplung an das Mittelteil (27), wobei Wendungen des Gehäuses axiale, flexible Zungenstücke überlaufen, ausgelenkt in unterschiedlichem Sinn und auslaufend in einer Halbspitze mit Innenpfeilung, um Prellböcke zu bilden, welche ein relatives Gleiten zwischen dem Körper (28) und dem Mittelteil (27) hindern, während es entlang seiner Längs-Schmalseiten der Kanäle aufweist, die durch Wandungen unterschiedlicher Höhe begrenzt sind, wobei die Mündung des Kanals auf einen und auf der anderen Seite verbleiben, wie auch die Längs-Schmalseite der Wandungen, welche diese begrenzen, mit unterschiedlichem Abstand zur Längs-Mittelebene des Schuhteils (26).
  10. Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Prellböcke (29) der Schuhteile durch ein Eisenplattenteil gebildet sind, das eine Kontur in Form eines T besitzt, dessen Mittelabschnitt quer gefaltet ist in einem rechten Winkel, und bei welchem die Eisenplatte anliegend ist auf dem Mittelteil eines der Schuhteile (26) jedes Feldes, mit welchem es verbunden ist vermittels der Befestigungsschrauben des Schuhteils (26)
