Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a scaffold with a horizontal lattice girder and vertical scaffold posts, which have horizontal perforated disks at a grid spacing, via which connection heads can be plugged in, which can be secured by means of wedges, the lattice girder having an upper chord, a lower chord, vertical and diagonal bars and connecting means for the connection with the vertical scaffolding stems.
Lattice girders are used in scaffolding to bridge larger spans where simple horizontal supporting elements such as round tubes or profile bars are not sufficient. These have the elements mentioned above (DE-OS 27 37 859). The top chords are usually designed in exactly the same way as the bottom chords, usually as round tubes. In lattice girders for scaffolding with perforated disks and connection heads for connecting vertical and non-vertical elements, a connection head is only provided on the top chord at each end, which fits onto a perforated disk attached to the scaffold post. The lower chord is usually provided according to the static conditions at a distance that does not match the grid size and is equipped with suitable connection means for attachment to the vertical scaffold arm at any point, for example with clamshell couplings or the like, or with an oblique strut to the upper chord. Connection head supported.
From DE-A-27 24 932 scaffolds with vertical stems and perforated disks attached to them at grid spacing are also known. The connection heads of horizontal individual elements are placed on these. This publication does not provide any information on how to attach lattice girders to two successive panes in the same way.
From the German utility model 69 25 375 a lattice girder for ceiling and room scaffolding is known, the upper flange of which consists of an upwardly open U-profile, into which the end hooks of special scaffolding panels can be hung. These lattice girders are attached to the scaffold posts with half-couplings. Due to the lack of coordination of the upper and lower chord on holding devices, such as perforated disks, which are attached to the scaffolding posts themselves in an unchangeable manner, the safety of the lattice girders, which are often attached at great heights, is relatively low and requires special checks during assembly.
From US-PS 4,156,996 a lattice girder with conventional round tubes is known. At the ends of the lattice girder are attached to special, in front of the end faces of the round tubes, vertically extending end struts formed from angle profiles, hooks which are suspended in eyelets individually attached to the vertical supports. This special construction is not matched to stable connecting elements to be provided in the grid dimension, to which a wide variety of scaffolding elements can be securely attached. Above all, it requires additional protection against lifting. There are no provision for hanging hooks for standard scaffold floors that are open at the top.
The previous simple horizontal support bars of corresponding length are sufficient for the construction of scaffolds with a normal working width of up to 70 or 100 cm. In many cases, especially for ceiling work, work surfaces of greater width are required, for which hitherto quite complex structures have been provided for mounting at the ends of scaffolding floors.
No. 3,726,362 shows a plug-in scaffold with round tube supports on a frame support which contains an attached pin element. This is unsuitable for U-profiles that are open at the top.
The invention has for its object to provide a horizontal support element of a scaffold with the features specified above so that it can be quickly connected to the vertical scaffold posts with the help of connection heads at all attachment points and that the suspension means of the scaffold floors directly into the top chord are attachable.
According to the invention it is provided that the upper chord is designed as an upwardly open U-shaped profile with dimensions such that the hooking means corresponding to the grid dimension provided on the end face of scaffolding floors can be directly hung in and that the upper chord and lower chord each have a connection head matching the associated perforated disc .
The fact that four connection heads are now provided, which fit the grid dimension of the perforated disks, the assembly is considerably simplified and great security and certainty of the supports are created, so that the lattice girder also serves the transverse stability and torsional rigidity of the entire scaffolding system. Assembly and disassembly are faster and easier than with other connection means. Due to the fact that the top chord is designed as an open U-profile of suitable dimensions, no further attachment aids are required and the claws, hooks, holding rails or the like of the scaffolding floors can be attached immediately and with the usual fast mountable securing means are secured. Scaffold bays of any width can thus be made much simpler, the width being determined by the grid size and the load-bearing capacity of the elements of the lattice girder used, but can be easily implemented in the usual dimensions.
Occasionally on such lattice girders, which are used to bridge passages or the like, in the middle or in another, corresponding to the scaffolding grid system, a device is required in order to be able to build further with vertical scaffolding stems. In previous round tubular lattice girders, simple pins are usually attached in the middle. In the case of the lattice girder according to the invention, these would be troublesome in most cases. If they are needed, however, they should be quick to put on. Therefore, a further embodiment of the invention provides that a connection connector is provided which has a downwardly open U-shaped, fitting to the outer dimensions of the top chord, equipped with securing means for a vertical pin which fits into the lower ends of scaffolding posts. Such a holder can be designed as a downwardly open, bent U-shaped sheet which protrudes downward above the upper chord and has horizontal bores for screws passed transversely under the upper chord.
Further details, configurations, advantages, features and aspects of the invention are dealt with in the following description part, which is dealt with by means of the drawings.

The
Since the
If it is desired to set up a scaffold post at any point on the lattice girder, then, as illustrated in FIG. 3, a
The pin 42 has a lower,

The lattice girder (15) has a lower flange (26), vertical bars (27), diagonal bars (28) and an upper flange (25). A connection head (21) is attached to each end (29.1 to 29.4) of the upper flange (25) and lower flange (26). The top chord (25) is designed as a U-profile that is open at the top in order to be able to hang the hanging means directly from scaffolding floors. A bracket with a pin for vertical scaffold posts can also be attached.
