Diese Vorgehensweise ist jedoch mit einem großen Zeitaufwand und daher mit erheblichen Kosten verbunden, wobei die Kosten beim Ladenausbau vor dem Hintergrund der durchschnittlichen Ladennutzungszeit gesehen werden müssen, die im Schnitt nur wenige Jahre beträgt. Beim Ladenausbau ist neben den Ausbaukosten daher zusätzlich mit den Abrißkosten sowie der Entsorgung der Trokkenbauwandmaterialien zu rechnen. Die Grundrahmen bildenden Profile können dabei gleichzeitig als Kabelkanal dienen, wobei zweckmäßigerweise Montageöffnungen in den Profilen vorgesehen sind, um das Einziehen von Kurzeln zu erleichtern. Einzelne Grundrahmen werden nach Maßgabe der Erfindung durch Schnellverschlüsse miteinander verbunden und vorzugsweise mit Hilfe von höhenverstellbaren Elementen zwischen Geschoßdecke und Geschoßboden fixiert. Über entsprechend ausgebildete Zwischenelemente lassen sich die Grundrahmen in jedem beliebigen Winkel zueinander aber auch schwenkbar zur Bildung von Türen miteinander verbinden, so daß der gestalterischen Freiheit keine Grenzen gesetzt sind.
