Description

TECHNISCHES GEBIET DER ERFINDUNGTECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a rotary fitting for a corner cabinet with the features of the preamble of independent claim 1 and to a corner cabinet with at least one such rotary fitting.

STAND DER TECHNIKSTATE OF THE ART

In order to make maximum use of the limited space in a cabinet corner abutting therefrom cubicle lines, corner cabinets are known with rotary fittings that support one or more superimposed and rotatable about a common vertical axis of rotation shelves in the corner cabinet. The trays may be formed as full circles or pitch circles, such as three-quarter circles, depending on how big their diameter is, how close their common axis of rotation is at the opening of the corner cupboard and how the opening of the cabinet occluding front is formed.

In the simplest case, a swivel fitting for a corner cabinet consists of a support column to be fastened to the floor and ceiling of the corner cabinet, which extends through the center through each shelf and which is either rotatably mounted on the floor and ceiling itself or on the floor Each tray is designed a pivot bearing. The height of the trays on the support column can be adjusted. It proves to be disadvantageous here that the support column extending through the shelves severely restricts the usability of their installation surfaces. In addition, the support of the support column at the bottom of the corner cupboard and its ceiling often requires reinforcements and / or auxiliary structures in order to ensure the sufficient stability of the support or to enable the support in the first place, if the corner cabinet, for example, does not have its own ceiling, but is bounded above, for example, by a stone worktop.

From the DE 299 19 619 U1 a swivel fitting for a corner cabinet is known, in which a support column is crankshaft-like out of the center of several superposed shelves out, but is fixed with pivot bearings on the common vertical axis of rotation of the trays on the floor and the ceiling of the corner cabinet. The bottom tray is therefore supported on the lower crank lever. The or the other trays are height adjustable along the staggered support column. The support column runs here - albeit in its edge area - vertically through the shelves and thus hinders the free use of their installation surfaces. In addition, in this known rotary fitting all trays can only be rotated synchronously with the crankshaft-type support column about its common vertical axis of rotation.

From the DE 20 2005 005 888 U1 a swivel fitting for a corner cabinet is known, in which also a crankshaft offset vertical support column is provided, which is mounted on pivot bearings in the area of a common vertical axis of rotation of all trays on the floor and the ceiling of each corner cabinet. Although the support column does not extend through the trays, but in an area of the shelves which is recessed in relation to a full circle, in which, moreover, a front closing the opening of the corner cupboard is mounted on the support column. This front can be pressed against the support column and pivoted in this depressed state with the trays around the vertical axis of rotation around to make the installation surfaces of the shelves available. Also in this construction, the individual trays are not rotated separately from each other about the vertical axis of rotation. The separate twistability of the individual shelves is particularly advantageous in their training as three-quarter circles, because then the free circular section of an upper shelf can be aligned freely with respect to the underlying tray to access objects arranged thereon as unhindered as possible.

Another practiced prior art, a mountable at the bottom of a corner cabinet tray in the form of a rotary basket is known, which has a pivot bearing on the underside of its footprint. This known fitting only allows an arrangement of several trays in a corner cabinet above the other, if the corner cabinet has a corresponding number of floors or shelves. The presence of shelves in a corner cabinet prevents the possibility of installing a rotary fitting in hindsight, ie if the interior of the corner cupboard is only accessible via its normal opening. A false floor specifically prevents shelves that make sensible use of the interior of the corner cupboard from being inserted into this interior space.

A rotary fitting with the features of the preamble of independent claim 1 and a corner cabinet with two mutually perpendicular side walls and such a rotary fitting are from the US 3,198,594 A known. Here is the fitting, which has two superimposed three-quarter bows, a frame that is set in the corner cabinet and can be fixed to the floor and the ceiling of the corner cupboard. A connection with the right-angled side walls of the corner cupboard is not provided. A base frame of the rotary fitting has its own vertical struts on which horizontal, angular frames are mounted. Within these frames is supported by support arms, which converge from the direction of the corners of the corner cup, each a pivot bearing with a fixed vertical axis of rotation for a tray.

AUFGABE DER ERFINDUNGOBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The invention has the object of disclosing a rotary fitting for a corner cabinet with the features of the preamble of independent claim 1, which allows a full-scale use of the footprint of each tray and the independent twisting of each tray in each corner cabinet despite simple structure and ease of installation.

The object of the invention is achieved by a rotary fitting with the features of independent claim 1. The dependent claims 2 to 12 relate to preferred embodiments of the new rotary fitting. The independent claim 13 is directed to a corner cabinet with a swivel fitting according to one of the preceding claims.

BESCHREIBUNG DER ERFINDUNGDESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In the new swivel fitting a separate pivot bearing is provided for each tray, which is supported on two horizontally oriented support arms, which rigidly engage with its one ends to the pivot bearing and with its other ends to two mutually perpendicular surfaces and thus on the side walls of a corner cabinet are definable. The new swivel fitting dissolves completely from the approach of a support column, which is to be attached to the floor and ceiling of the respective corner cabinet. Rather, the support of the individual pivot bearing for the individual shelves takes place predominantly and preferably also exclusively on the side walls of the respective corner cupboard. For this purpose, the horizontal support arms are provided which engage each other at a fixed angle to the pivot bearing and extend flat under the shelf mounted in the respective pivot tray. The support arms take so little vertical space under the respective tray to complete. They do not hinder the full-surface use of the footprint of supported by them or even under them supported by more support arms tray. Their location on the side walls of the corner cabinet means that no special measures are required to stabilize the floor or ceiling of the corner cupboard or even to install a replacement support point in the area of a non-existent ceiling of the respective corner cupboard. The side walls of the corner cabinet are regularly stable enough to provide the necessary support forces for the trays.

Preferably, the two support arms, which together support a pivot bearing, each have a straight course between their ends and thus only their minimum length.

In the new rotary fitting, the two support arms on the pivot bearing an obtuse angle of 120 ° to 160 °. Specifically and preferably, the angle enclosed by the two support arms is about 140 °. This is precisely what is meant in claim 3 of an obtuse angle of 14 x 10 1 °. With this information, the last decimal place of 140 ° is deliberately omitted, because it does not arrive for this at the obtuse angle between the two support arms on the pivot bearing.

An obtuse angle between the two support arms of about 140 °, when combined with a symmetrical arrangement of the pivot bearing in the respective corner cabinet, has two main advantages. On the one hand, the areas of the side walls which the support arms encounter in a symmetrical arrangement are located outside the smallest distance between the shelves and the side walls. On the other hand, the two support arms together, ie between their two other ends still comparatively compact dimensions that facilitate their installation within the corner cupboard.

In principle, the support arms can also have a curved course and be fixed with this in the previously defined as preferred areas on the side walls of the corner cabinet. It would also be possible to provide for each pivot bearing one or more additional support arms, which are then set, for example, on the rear wall of the corner cupboard. However, such additional support arms are usually not necessary, only rarely of advantage and possibly not permanently or at least not permanently connected rigidly to the pivot bearing or the two inventive attacking support arms, so that the overall arrangement of the support arms of the rotary fitting for insertion into the jweiligen corner cabinet can be merged or disassembled. With only two support arms such a collapsing or disassembly is not necessary. In addition, the new swivel fitting, for example, with an additional support arm, which are to be supported on the rear wall of the respective corner cabinet, less flexible in terms of the concrete dimensions of the corner cabinet. With only locally on the side walls attacking support arms only two perpendicular to each other extending side walls are required for installation.

To set the two support arms on the side walls of the respective corner cabinet, a planar fastening element for fixing the respective support arm to the respective side wall is preferably provided at each other end of the support arms. In this case, flat fastener means that this rests with its back surface on the respective side wall and thus the respective support arm is supported flat on the associated side wall.

Specifically, each fastener may have a plurality of spaced-apart mounting holes through which a respective fastening screw can be screwed into the adjacent side wall.

In one embodiment of the new swivel fitting, each fastener is rigidly secured to the other end of the respective support arm. That is, with the fixing of the fastener on the respective side wall of the corner cupboard and the support arm is immediately fixed.

However, it is preferred if the other end of the respective support arm is non-rotatably attachable to the associated fastening element, wherein the rotational strength is required to remove torques about the main extension direction of the support arm. Against an unintentional suspension of the other end of the respective support arm of the associated fastener is a backup already by the weight of the support arms and the supported tray and by any objects that are placed on the tray. Nevertheless, securing elements may be provided against unintentional suspension of the other end of the respective support arm of the associated fastener. When these securing elements are removed, the support arms can be voluntarily suspended from the fasteners.

For non-rotatable connection between the other end of the respective arm and the fastening element, the other end of the respective support arm may have a cross-section with respect to the support arm extended connecting element for attachment to the associated fastening element. Preferably, complementary vertically aligned guide surfaces are provided on the connection element and the fastening element, which extend transversely to a connection plane between the respective connection element and the fastening element. These guide surfaces transmit torques that occur on the respective support arm about its main extension direction, on the fastener and thereby prevent rotation of the support arm relative to the fastener.

The connection plane between the connection element and the fastening element can be angled relative to a rear side of the fastening element, with which it can be attached flat to the respective side wall of the corner cabinet. Angling of the surface normal of this connection plane with respect to the main extension direction of the adjacent support arm is also possible in order to facilitate a simple attachment of the support arms to the fastening elements.

In the new rotary fitting, it is preferred if the support arms can be attached to the fastening elements at different heights, for which purpose the fastening elements can have a pronounced vertical extension. In this case, several pairs of support arms at different heights to the fasteners are attachable to provide a tray in the corner cabinet at several different heights.

An inventive corner cabinet with two mutually perpendicular side walls has correspondingly at least one and typically two or more on the side walls supported on support arms shelves.

FIGURENBESCHREIBUNGDESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

The in Fig. 1 shown in an exploded view swivel fitting 1 is provided for a corner cabinet not reproduced here. The rotary fitting 1 serves to support a circular tray 2 in the interior of the corner cupboard, wherein the tray 2 is aligned horizontally with its bordered by a railing 20 footprint 3 and about a vertical, extending through its center axis of rotation 4 is rotatable. In the present case, the tray 2 is formed as a full circle. The rotary fitting 1 is also suitable for example for three-quarter circle trays. The fitting in any case has particular advantages in that no support column extending longitudinally or parallel to the vertical axis of rotation 4 passes through the set-up surface 3. The rotary fitting 1 has for the tray 2 on a pivot bearing 5, in which engages a to be fastened to the underside of the tray 3 in the center stub axle 6. The stub axle 6 is secured in the pivot bearing 5 with a locking screw 7 against accidental withdrawal. The pivot bearing 5 is supported by two support arms 8. The support arms 8 engage with their one ends 9 at a certain angle to each other at the pivot bearing 5. At the other ends 10 of the support arms 8 mounting plates 11 are rigidly mounted as fasteners 12, for example, welded to set the support arms 8 on a pair of perpendicular to each other extending surfaces in each corner cabinet. The fastening elements 12 each have a plurality of fastening bores 13 for the passage of fastening screws. From the turntable 1 can be mounted one above the other in a corner cabinet. The usable room height is reduced only minimally by the height of the support arms 8 below each tray 2. The simultaneously achieved advantage of full usability of each footprint 3 already weighs heavier.

Fig. 2 shows the rotary fitting 1 according to Fig. 1 mounted in a corner cabinet 14. The corner cabinet 14 has a bottom 15, mutually perpendicular side walls 16, a partially curved back wall 17 and a movable front 18 on. The front 18 is one or more parts and movable to release the access to the inner space 30 of the corner cupboard through the closed by the opening of the corner cabinet 14. Out Fig. 2 , which has a viewing direction in the direction of the vertical axis of rotation 4, the obtuse angle 19 between the support arms 8 from 140 ° well out here. The support arms 8 are mounted with their ends 10 on the mounting plates 11 to the side walls 16 of the corner cabinet 14, wherein the mounting plates 11 lie flat against the side walls 16 and are screwed thereto. Due to the obtuse angle 19, the mounting plates 11 are outside the areas in which the tray 2 has its minimum distance from the side walls 16, but also outside of the areas in which the tray 2 has its maximum distance from the side walls 16. In this way, on the one hand there is no risk of a collision of the tray 2 with the fasteners 12 and on the other hand, the distance of the free ends 10 of the rigidly interconnected support arms remains relatively small, ie in particular smaller than when the angle between the support arms 8 180 ° deceived , This is in the assembly of the rotary fitting 1 in a closed up to the front 18 corner cabinet 14 of great advantage.

Fig. 3 outlines an embodiment of the rotary fitting 1 with two shelves 2 arranged one above the other, wherein both shelves are full-circle trays and are independently rotatable about the common vertical axis of rotation 4. You can see it in Fig. 3 , which looks obliquely from below onto the trays, mounted on the underside of each tray 2 connecting plate 21 to which the not directly visible stub axle 6 is fixed, which engages in the respective pivot bearing 5. Up to the ends 10 of the support arms 8 of each pair of support arms 8, which supports one of the trays 2, the formation of the rotary fitting 1 according to Fig. 3 with the rotary fitting 1 according to the Fig. 1 to 2 be completely identical. However, the fasteners 12 for the ends 10 of the support arms 8 are carried out here in other ways. Thus, the fastening elements 12 are fastening rails 22.

The formation and the interaction of the fastening rails 22 with the other ends 10 of the support arms 8 is closer Fig. 4 which shows the example of a support arm 8, as at its end 10, a connecting element 23 is rigidly attached, which is attached to the mounting rail 22. In this case, lie complementary guide surfaces 24 and 25 on the connecting element 23 and the fastening rail 22 to each other, which are vertically aligned and extend transversely to a connecting plane between the connecting element and the fastening element. Thus, in conjunction with hook elements 26 (see Fig. 3 ) which protrude from the rear side of the connecting element 23 and engage in fastening openings 27 in the fastening rail 22 and engage in it. Torques around the main extension direction of the support arm 8 reliably transmitted to the fastener 12. Here is an assembly of the fitting 1 according to the 3 and 4 in a corner cabinet possible in that initially only the fastening rails 22 are introduced into the interior of the corner cupboard and screwed there to the side walls of the corner cupboard. Then the trays 2 are introduced with the pivot bearings and support arms 8. After the pairs of support arms have been brought individually with the connection elements 23 at their ends 10 to the mounting rails 22 and attached to this, the trays 2 are finally used with their stub axles in the supported by the support arms pivot bearing 5 and secured therein.

Fig. 5 shows an alternative embodiment with respect to the formation of the mounting rails 22 to the rotary fitting 1 according to the 3 and 4 , Here, the mounting holes 13 are not shown here at the mounting rails 22, but still available.

The different embodiment of the mounting rails 22 and the associated connection elements 23 at the ends 10 of the support arms 8 is closer from the Fig . 6 and 7 out. Thus, a connection plane 28 extends between the support arms 8 and the attached connection elements 23 and the fastening elements 12 each at an angle 29 to the back of the fasteners 12, over which these rest flat against the respective side wall 16 of the corner cabinet. In this case, the angle 29 is up to 45 °, in order to allow a particularly simple attachment of the support arms 8 from behind to the mounted in the corner cabinet 14 fasteners 12. In this embodiment of the fastening elements 12 and the connection elements 23, the hook elements 26, which engage in the fastening openings 27 of the fastening rails 22, are provided on the regions of the connecting elements 23, which also form the guide surfaces 24 complementary to the guide surfaces 25 of the fastening rails 22.

On the exact configuration of the mounting rails 22 and the associated connection elements 23 at the ends 10 of the support arms 8, it is not relevant for the present invention, as long as occurring due to a load on the trays 2 forces and moments are transmitted from the support arms 8 on the fasteners 12. In addition, it is, as in the embodiments of the fitting 1 according to the Fig. 5 to 7 the case, preferably, when the support arms 8 are attached to the fastening elements 12 at different heights, to arrange them as needed within the respective corner cabinet 14.
