Unter Palettenelementen versteht man Ausformungen der Gitterstäbe oder angesetzte Bauteile, die eine Manipulation des Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälters mit Hubstaplern oder anderen Aggregaten zulassen, welche Aggregate ihrerseits zur Aufnahme genormter Paletten eingerichtet sind. Es versteht sich, daß der obere Rand des Außenmantels im allgemeinen mit einer umlaufenden Einfassung, z. B. in Form von Profilen, versehen ist. Bei einer Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälters, der bei der Vereinigung von Boden und Außenmantel ein einfaches Schweißen an vertikalen Gitterstäben des Außenmantels zuläßt, weist der Boden die mit den Verrundungen versehenen Gitterstäbe auf und sind diese im Bereich des Außenmantels mit den vertikalen Gitterstäben des Außenmantels verschweißt. Je nach der Schweißeinrichtung, die eingesetzt werden soll, kann auch der Außenmantel die mit den Verrundungen versehenen Gitterstäbe aufweisen und sind diese im Bereich des Bodens mit den horizontalen Gitterstäben des Bodens verschweißt. Die Gitterstäbe 4 sind im Bereich des Überganges zwischen Außenmantel 2 und Boden 3 mit Verrundungen 6 versehen. Sie sind außerdem korbbildend verschweißt. Korbbildend verschweißt bedeutet zunächst, daß die sich kreuzenden Gitterstäbe an den Kreuzungspunkten miteinander verschweißt sind, z. B. mittels Punktschweißung. Korbbildend verschweißt bedeutet aber auch, daß der Außenmantel und der Boden auf geeignete Weise über Gitterstäbe miteinander verschweißt sind. - Es versteht sich, daß in den Figuren aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit nur eine reduzierte Anzahl von Gitterstäben 4 gezeichnet worden ist.The transport and / or storage container 1 shown in FIG. 1 is intended for liquids and for fine-particle bulk goods. Insbesondere aus den Fig. 2 bis 4 entnimmt man, daß der Boden 3 als selbständiges Bauteil ausgeführt ist, welches die vertikalen Gitterstäbe 4 des Außenmantels 2 fortführende und mit diesen verschweißte Gitterstäbe 4 aufweist. Eine obere Randeinfassung und zusätzlich beigelegte Stäbe wurden nicht gezeichnet. Bei der Ausführungsform nach den Fig. 1 und 2 weist der Boden 3 die mit den Verrundungen 6 versehenen Gitterstäbe 4 auf. Diese sind im Bereich des Außenmantels 2 mit den vertikalen Gitterstäben 4 des Außenmantels verschweißt. Aus der Fig. 2 entnimmt man, daß die entsprechenden Schweißarbeiten sehr einfach an den vertikalen Gitterstäben 4 des Außenmantels 2 durchgeführt werden können. Bei der Ausführungsform nach der Fig. 3 besitzt der Außenmantel 2 die Gitterstäbe 4, die mit den Verrundungen 6 versehen sind. Diese sind im Bereich des Bodens 3 mit den horizontalen Gitterstäben 4 des Bodens 3 verschweißt, was ebenfalls in schweißtechnischer Hinsicht einfach durchgeführt werden kann. Es besteht ohne Probleme aber auch die Möglichkeit, die Anordnung so zu treffen, wie es in der Fig. 4 dargestellt wurde, wo sowohl der Außenmantel 2 als auch der Boden 3 mit Verrundungen 6 versehene Gitterstäbe 4 aufweisen. Diese sind abwechselnd mit Gitterstäben 4 im Außenmantel 2 bzw. im Boden 3 verschweißt. Bei den dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen ist der Boden des Transport- und /oder Lagerbehälters stets mit Palettenelementen ausgerüstet, die aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit jedoch nicht dargestellt wurden.From FIGS. 2 to 4 in particular, it can be seen that the base 3 is designed as an independent component which has the vertical bars 4 of the outer casing 2 and bars 4 welded to them. Claims (4)

  1. A transport and/or storage container (1) for liquids and for granular bulk material, with an outer cage (2) and a base (3) of intersecting lattice members (4) and with an inner container (5) made of plastic, wherein the inner container (5) adjoins the inside of the outer cage (2) and rests on the base (3) and wherein the lattice members (4) are provided with curved portions (6) in the transition region between the outer cage (2) and the base (3), characterised in that the base (3) and the outer cage (2) are constructed as independent, prefabricated lattice components, that the vertical lattice members (4) of the outer cage (2) are welded to lattice members of the base which continue the vertical lattice members (4) of the outer cage in a horizontal direction, and that the base (3) is fitted with pallet elements.
  2. A transport and/or storage container according to Claim 1, characterised in that the base (3) has the lattice elements (4) provided with the curved portions, and these lattice elements are welded to the vertical lattice elements (4) of the outer cage (2) in the region of the outer cage (2).
  3. A transport and/or storage container according to Claim 1, characterised in that the outer cage (2) has the lattice elements (4) provided with the curved portions (6), and these lattice elements are welded to the horizontal lattice elements (4) of the base (3) in the region of the base (3).
  4. A transport and/or storage container according to Claim 1, characterised in that both the outer cage (2) and the base (3) have lattice elements provided with curved portions (6), and these lattice elements are welded, e.g. alternately, to the straight lattice elements of the base (3) and of the outer cage (2), respectively.
