Such stack containers have, for example, a pallet as a floor, with simple pockets for the fork of a material handling vehicle. The walls may either be integrally molded to the ground, or hinged to the floor as hinged walls, or they may be configured as a separate ring, for example of cardboard.

The invention has for its object to improve a generic stack container to the effect that it provides easy handling and the ability to space-saving storage of a variety of such stacking container, even without the use of industrial trucks. Furthermore, the invention has for its object to enable the most economical handling of such stack container in the empty state.

This object is achieved by a stacking container according to claim 1 and by a transport system according to claim 5. Advantageous embodiments are described in the subclaims.

In other words, the invention proposes not to design the bottom of the stacking container as a pallet, but rather To design as a lid for a similar stacking container, so that several of these similar stacking container can be arranged one above the other and form a stable composite. The floor is designed according to the proposal as a separate element, so that a multi-part container is created. This makes it possible to move the walls in relation to the floor so that, for example, an empty stacking container can be transported in a space-saving manner by drastically reducing its container volume.

The floor is proposed to have an upper surface which is provided with a circumferential groove into which the walls can be adjusted. The groove need not be configured directly as a completely continuous groove, but can also be formed by right and left existing, possibly offset from each other arranged elements such as ribs, knobs o. The like. In any case, the proposed proposed groove allows walls to be placed in the top of the soil, thereby leading both radially outwards and radially inward, so that the walls in the ground against inwardly acting pressure forces or against external compressive forces reliably reliably secured against displacement are.

The underside of the floor is also proposed, according to the proposal, to make a positive connection with the upper edges of walls of a similar container located below the floor. Accordingly, a plurality of similar stacking containers can be stacked on top of each other and thereby form a stable composite in which the respective containers arranged at the top stand up against the respective containers located underneath in a manner that prevents shifting. In this way, larger amounts of material contained in the container can be stored to save space by accordingly several similar containers are stacked. For example, the underside of the bottom can also be provided with a circumferential groove, ie with projections which support the walls of the lower container both against radially inwardly and against radially outward movements. However, it can also be provided that the underside of the bottom supports the walls of the lower container only inwardly or outwardly, so that in any case as a result the desired positive connection is ensured.

According to the proposal, the walls are fixed to the ground, with the aid of releasable locking means, so that on the one hand a stable bond of the walls with the ground results, but on the other hand solved the control means and the walls can be removed from the ground, for example, to be folded and so drastically reduce the container volume, so that, for example, empty transports can be carried out with as little space as possible. In this way, a circulation and thus a multiple use of the stacking container is easily possible, which is ecologically advantageous over, for example, the use of only once used cardboard elements as walls.

Advantageously, the walls may be interconnected and have fold lines so that only a single element forming all the walls needs to be handled to either remove and fold the walls from the floor, or to unfold and connect those folded walls to the floor so to create the stack container with its full container volume.

It can be advantageously provided that the walls not as an elongated strip with two separate ends to design, but rather the walls together to form a closed ring connect, whereby the handling of the walls is further simplified.

Advantageously, the walls may be made of plastic, so that they are resistant to weathering and allow, for example, over cardboard materials a significantly longer service life.

A proposed transport system for the container provided according to the proposal has a pallet whose upper side has such a three-dimensional surface geometry that it allows a positive reception of the bottom of a stacking container. Furthermore, this transport system has an upper lid, the underside of which is likewise designed in such a way that it can receive a bottom of the stacking container in a form-fitting manner. Furthermore, according to the proposal fasteners are provided which connect the pallet and the upper lid together, so that the mentioned bottoms of the stack container are held together as a stack on top of each other.

Alternatively, to arrange the mentioned trays of stacking containers between the pallet and the upper lid of the transport system, it may also be provided to hold the walls of the stacking containers together as a stack between the pallet and the upper lid of the transport system. In this case, the top of the pallet and the underside of the upper lid are designed in terms of their geometry so that they can not record the trays, but the walls of the stack container accordingly.

And finally, it can also be alternatively provided not to arrange a stack exclusively of floors or exclusively of walls of the stack container between the pallet and the upper lid, but a stack in which, for example, always alternately a floor and then the flat arranged folded walls of a stacking container are arranged so that always alternately floors and walls above each other form the stack between the pallet and top cover of the transport system. Accordingly, in this embodiment of the transport system, the top of the pallet or the underside of the upper lid are configured and shaped so that they can receive the bottom or the walls of a stacking container form-fitting, ie in each case the elements of the stack container, the pallet or the upper lid issue.

Advantageously, the pallet and the upper lid can be dimensioned so large that in each case at least two juxtaposed stack of said elements of stacking containers can be arranged. Since the stacking containers are not designed for handling by means of industrial trucks anyway and their bottoms are not configured as pallets, the stacking containers in practice often have such a small footprint that advantageously several stacks can be arranged on one pallet, each containing elements of the stacking containers , For example, the pallet of the transport system can have a footprint of 800 x 1200 mm, while the bottoms of the stacking containers are for example about 800 x 600 mm, so that two such trays can be arranged side by side on the mentioned pallet.

Advantageously, it can be provided that the stacked in the transport system elements of the stacking containers are each designed sorted sort of, so that a stack contains, for example, only trays of stacking containers and another stack contains only walls of the stacking container. As a result, a structural design of the floors and the walls is facilitated, which allows a positive connection of superimposed elements and thus ensures a stable bond of the stack.

The mentioned connecting elements, which connect the pallet and the upper lid with each other, may preferably be configured as tension straps. As a result, a flexible adaptation to different heights of stacks is possible, so that depending on how many stacking containers are folded together to save space and arranged within a transport system, the effective length of the connecting element can be easily adapted and adjusted to the particular situation.

Furthermore, connecting elements can be used, in particular also in the form of textile straps, in order to connect the bottom of a stacking container with the ring forming the walls of the stacking container. Thus, a mobility of the ring is made possible with respect to the ground, either to erect the ring to create a large container useage space or to combine the ring for a space-saving empty transport of the stacking container. Despite this relative mobility of the ring and the bottom of each other, these two elements are captively connected to each other, since the connecting element is fixed to both elements inextricably. In particular, when the connecting element is designed as a textile belt, the connecting element does not interfere with the folding of the ring due to its flexibility and its flatness.

Fig. 1 shows a stacking container 1 with a bottom 2 and a ring 3, which forms two end walls 4 and two longitudinal walls 5. At the end walls 4, the ring 3 is fixed to the bottom 2 via locking means 6. The locking means 6 engage it in recesses, in particular openings, of the ring 3, which are provided in the end walls 4, and in particular may each have a downwardly projecting nose, which is located in the interior of the ring 3 and the slipping of the ring 3 of prevents the locking means 6 when lifting. Furthermore, the end walls 4 are provided with handle loops 7.

Out Fig. 4 it can be seen that the bottom 2 is configured profiled and has a plurality of projections 8, which lie partly radially inward of the ring 3, and partly radially outside of the ring 3 are arranged. As a result, the bottom 2 thus has a circumferential groove, in which the ring 3 is set, so that the ring 3 is secured against horizontal displacements in all directions.

The locking means 6 are designed as resilient retaining tabs, which are fixed to the bottom 2 and engage in recesses of the end walls 4, so that the ring 3 is additionally secured to the bottom 2 against vertical, lifting forces.
The Fig. 2 and 3 show that the bottom 2 has a downwardly projecting centering projection 9, so that the stacking container 2 can dip with this centering projection 9 from above into a ring 3 of a similar stacking container 1 underneath and thus stacked like stacking container 1 form a stable composite.

The Fig. 1 to 4 show the stacking container 1 with maximum volume, in the built state, in which the stack container 1 can be used for the transport of goods.

The FIGS. 5 and 6 show the stacking container 1 with minimal space requirements, for example, to allow a space-saving transport of multiple stacking container 1 in so-called empty trips when the stacking container 1 should be transported back without content to be reused as reusable container again.

It can be seen that the two end walls 4 can be folded in the manner of an M-fold, as in particular from Fig. 5 emerges, so that the ring three can be folded into a flat package, which can be inserted into the bottom 2.

Fig. 7 shows a transport system 10, in which a plurality of stacking containers 1 is arranged on a pallet 11. The top of the pallet 11 is profiled in such a way that the bottoms 2 of the stack container 1 are held positively on the pallet 1.

The uppermost stack container 1 are overlapped by an upper cover 12, so that the uppermost stack container 1 are covered and the penetration of rain, pollution, insects o. The like. Is prevented. A secure fit of the upper lid 12 is ensured by the fact that the underside of the upper lid 12 also profiled in three dimensions and is designed so that it determines the upper edges of the rings 3 of the upper stack container 1 form fit.

The transport system 10 has at least two opposing connecting elements 14, each having a tension belt 15 included, which is hooked at the bottom of the pallet 11 and top of the upper cover 12 each with a bracket 16.

At the in Fig. 7 illustrated embodiment, the stack container 1 are in their position of use, in which the rings 3 are placed. The pallet 11 causes by means of the geometry of its top a positive connection with the bottoms 2, and the upper cover 12 causes the geometry of its underside a positive connection with the upper edges of the rings. 3

Depending on the configuration of the top of the pallet 11 and the underside of the upper lid 12 may also be a positive fixing of the stack container 1 may be provided in the transport system 10 when the stack container 1 are folded and, for example, in their Fig. 5 or 6 apparent collapsed position are stacked on top of each other. Furthermore, it can be provided in an alternative embodiment of the pallet 11 and the upper cover 12, that in the transport system 10 two stacks are provided side by side, each containing only the same elements of the stack container 1, for example, a stack consisting solely of the bottoms 2, and a stack consisting solely of folded and stacked rings 3.

The arrangement according to FIGS. 5 and 6 has the advantage that the bottom of the bottom 2 can be designed in such a way that it positively engages over the folded package of the ring 3, so that stacked, stacked stacking container 1 arranged one above the other create a stacked composite. For this purpose, a trough 17 is arranged in each case on the bottom 2 below the locking means 6, into which the locking means 6 of a similar stacking container 1 located below can dip when these two stacked containers 1 folded flat are stacked on one another.
