Diese Aufgabe wird durch einen Aufsetzring nach Anspruch 1 gelöst. Claims (15)
- A top-mountable sleeve for a transport container (11) which may be disposed between a container bottom (12) and a cover (23) of said transport container (11) and which consists of several side walls (14, 15, 16, 17) that are interconnected and enclose a container interior (24) and of at least one circumferential tensioning member (31) that is applied at least sectionwise on an outer surface of each side wall (14, 15, 16, 17), characterised in that adjoining side walls (14, 15, 16, 17) are connected with one another in their respective corner regions by means of a joint (19) thus forming respective outside corners, and in that the circumferential tensioning member (31) extends from one side wall (14, 15, 16, 17) to its respective adjoining side wall (14, 15, 16, 17), passing through the container interior within said outside corners.
- The top-mountable sleeve as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the at least one tensioning member (31) is realised as a circumferential strap or a circumferential strand, preferably a belt of high tensile strength, which extends at least sectionwise on each outer surface of the side walls (14, 15, 16, 17).
- The top-mountable sleeve as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the circumferential tensioning member (31) extends through the container interior (24) from the outer surface of one side wall (14, 15, 16, 17) to the outer surface of the adjoining side wall (14, 15, 16, 17) via cut-outs (32) formed in said side walls (14, 15, 16, 17).
- The top-mountable sleeve as claimed in any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the circumferential tensioning member (31) passes through the container interior (24) in an unguided manner on its way from one side wall (14, 15, 16, 17) to the adjoining side wall (14, 15, 16, 17) within the respective outside corner (21).
- The top-mountable sleeve as claimed in any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the at least one tensioning member (31) is disposed, with respect to the height of the side walls (14, 15, 16, 17), at mid-height of said side walls (14, 15, 16, 17).
- The top-mountable sleeve as claimed in any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the at least one tensioning member (31) extends in a horizontal plane with respect to upright-oriented side walls (14, 15, 16, 17).
- The top-mountable sleeve as claimed in any of the preceding claims 3-6, characterised in that the at least one tensioning member (31) is arranged in a loosely circumferential manner and guided with respect to the side walls (14, 15, 16, 17) by the cut-outs (32).
- The top-mountable sleeve as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that a section of the circumferential tensioning member (31) which extends along the outer surface of one of the side walls (14, 15, 16, 17) is fixedly held in place with respect to the side wall (14, 15, 16, 17) by means of at least one fixing member (34).
- The top-mountable sleeve as claimed in any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the circumferential tensioning member (31) is realised as an endless strap cut to measure.
- The top-mountable sleeve as claimed in any one of the preceding claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the tensioning member (31) is realised as a strap or strand and has two ends which are fastened separately, yet adjacent to each other, on a side wall (14, 15, 16, 17), or in that the two ends are fastened one above the other on a side wall (14, 15, 16, 17) .
- The top-mountable sleeve as claimed in any of the preceding claims, the side walls (14, 15, 16, 17) are interconnected so as to form a sleeve, wherein two side walls (14, 16) opposing each other have each two side wall sections (27, 28) which are interconnected by a further joint (19), wherein the side wall sections (27, 28) are each connected to their respectively adjoining side walls (15, 17) by a joint (19) and the joint (19) provided between the side wall sections (27, 28) is pivotable in a direction opposite to that of the joints (19) arranged between each side wall section (27, 28) and its respectively adjoining side wall (15, 17), such that the sleeve is collapsible in the manner of an M-shaped fold.
- The top-mountable sleeve as claimed in claim 11 in conjunction with claim 8, characterised in that the at least one fixing member (34) is provided at or adjacent to the joint (19) formed between two side wall sections (27, 28).
- The top-mountable sleeve as claimed in any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the side walls (14, 15, 16, 17) are realised in the form of plastic panels, multilayer panels made of plastic material, paper panels, corrugated paper panels, or cardboard panels.
- A transport container including a container bottom (12), a top-mountable sleeve (18), and a cover (23), wherein said top-mountable sleeve (18) may be positioned between the container bottom (12) and the cover (23), wherein the top-mountable sleeve (18) is transferable into an upright use position and into a stowage position obtainable by way of an M-shaped fold, characterised in that said top-mountable sleeve (18) is realised as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 13.
- The transport container as claimed in claim 14, characterised in that the top-mountable sleeve (18) placed onto the container bottom (12) has a packaging film (35), a sack or a bag provided therein which serves as a liner for the container interior (24).
