Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten sowie für feinteiliges Schüttgut mit einem Außenmantel und einem Boden aus sich kreuzenden Gitterstäben und mit einem Innenbehälter aus Kunststoff, wobei der Innenbehälter innenseitig an dem Außenmantel anliegt und auf dem Boden aufruht, und wobei die Gitterstäbe im Bereich des Überganges zwischen Außenmantel und Boden mit Verrundungen versehen sowie korbbildend verschweißt sind. Die Gitterstäbe sind vorzugsweise Baustahlstäbe runden Querschnitts, sie können jedoch auch als Profile ausgeführt sein. Korbbildend verschweißt bedeutet zunächst, daß die sich kreuzenden Gitterstäbe an den Kreuzungspunkten miteinander verschweißt sind, z. B. mittels Punktschweißung. Korbbildend verschweißt bedeutet aber auch, daß der Außenmantel und der Boden auf geeignete Weise über Gitterstäbe miteinander verschweißt sind. Bei dem Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter, von dem die Erfindung ausgeht (DE 38 38 495, nicht vorveröffentlicht, PatG § 3 (2)) sind die vertikalen Gitterstäbe des Außenmantels in die Bodenebene umgebogen, so daß sie, gegebenenfalls mit zusätzlich beigelegten Stäben, den Boden bilden. Die umgebogenen Gitterstäbe und die beigelegten Stäbe sind miteinander verschweißt. Das hat sich in stabilitätsmäßiger Hinsicht und in bezug auf die Gestaltfestigkeit des Außenmantels bewährt und bildet eine sichere Abstützung des Innenbehälters. Die Fertigung ist einfach und kann mit einer entsprechenden Ausrüstung des Fertigungsbetriebes weitgehend automatisiert werden. Je nach der mechanischen Ausrüstung des Fertigungsbetriebes und dem Automationsgrad kann die Fertigung vereinfacht werden. Durch eine sehr einfache Fertigung ausgezeichnet ist eine im übrigen mit den Vorteilen der vorbeschriebenen Ausführungsform ausgerüstete Gestaltung (DE 38 39 999, nicht vorveröffentlicht, PatG § 3 (2)), bei der der Außenmantel mit dem Boden zunächst einen ebenen Gitterzuschnitt aus den Seitenwänden bzw. den Bodenwänden entsprechenden Zuschnittelementen bildet, welcher Zuschnitt den Kantenbereichen entsprechende Biegezonen und Nahtzonen aufweist. In den Nahtzonen sind an die Gitterstäbe Verrundungselemente angebogen, die sich im Außenbehälter zu den Verrundungen ergänzen. Die Zuschnittelemente sind um die Biegezone aufgebogen und korbbildend miteinander verschweißt. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist Gegenstand der Erfindung ein Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten sowie für feinteiliges Schüttgut mit einem Außenmantel und einem Boden aus sich kreuzenden Gitterstäben und einem Innenbehälter aus Kunststoff, wobei der Innenbehälter innenseitig an dem Außenmantel anliegt und auf dem Boden aufruht, wobei die Gitterstäbe im Bereich des Übergangs zwischen Außenmantel und Boden mit Verrundungen versehen sowie behälterbildend verschweißt sind, und wobei der Boden als selbständiges Bauteil ausgeführt ist, welches die vertikalen Gitterstäbe des Außenmantels in horizontaler Richtung fortführende und mit diesen verschweißte Gitterstäbe aufweist. Es versteht sich, daß der obere Rand des Außenmantels im allgemeinen mit einer umlaufenden Einfassung, z. B. in Form von Profilen, versehen ist. Bei einer Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälters, der bei der Vereinigung von Boden und Außenmantel ein einfaches Schweißen an vertikalen Gitterstäben des Außenmantels zuläßt, weist der Boden die mit den Verrundungen versehenen Gitterstäbe auf und sind diese im Bereich des Außenmantels mit den vertikalen Gitterstäben des Außenmantels verschweißt. Je nach der Schweißeinrichtung, die eingesetzt werden soll, kann auch der Außenmantel die mit den Verrundungen versehenen Gitterstäbe aufweisen und sind diese im Bereich des Bodens mit den horizontalen Gitterstäben des Bodens verschweißt. Im Rahmen der Erfindung liegt es, daß sowohl der Außenmantel als auch der Boden mit Verrundungen versehene Gitterstäbe aufweisen und diese, z. B. abwechselnd, mit dem Außenmantel bzw. dem Boden verschweißt sind. Der Boden kann mit Palettenelementen ausgerüstet sein. Der in der Fig. 1 dargestellte Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter 1 ist für Flüssigkeiten sowie für feinteiliges Schüttgut bestimmt. Er besitzt einen Außenmantel 2 und einen Boden 3 aus sich kreuzenden Gitterstäben 4 und einen Innenbehälter aus Kunststoff. Man erkennt, daß der Innenbehälter 5 sich innenseitig an den Außenmantel 2 anlegt und auf dem Boden 3 aufruht. Die Gitterstäbe 4 sind im Bereich des Überganges zwischen Außenmantel 2 und Boden 3 mit Verrundungen 6 versehen. Sie sind außerdem korbbildend verschweißt. - Es versteht sich, daß in den Figuren aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit nur eine reduzierte Anzahl von Gitterstäben 4 gezeichnet worden ist.The transport and / or

Eine obere Randeinfassung und zusätzlich beigelegte Stäbe wurden nicht gezeichnet. Bei der Ausführungsform nach den Fig. 1 und 2 weist der Boden 3 die mit den Verrundungen 6 versehenen Gitterstäbe 4 auf. Diese sind im Bereich des Außenmantels 2 mit den vertikalen Gitterstäben 4 des Außenmantels verschweißt. Aus der Fig. 2 entnimmt man, daß die entsprechenden Schweißarbeiten sehr einfach an den vertikalen Gitterstäben 4 des Außenmantels 2 durchgeführt werden können. Bei der Ausführungsform nach der Fig. 3 besitzt der Außenmantel 2 die Gitterstäbe 4, die mit den Verrundungen 6 versehen sind. Diese sind im Bereich des Bodens 3 mit den horizontalen Gitterstäben 4 des Bodens 3 verschweißt, was ebenfalls in schweißtechnischer Hinsicht einfach durchgeführt werden kann. Es besteht ohne Probleme aber auch die Möglichkeit, die Anordnung so zu treffen, wie es in der Fig. 4 dargestellt wurde, wo sowohl der Außenmantel 2 als auch der Boden 3 mit Verrundungen 6 versehene Gitterstäbe 4 aufweisen.
