Claims (17)

  1. Türschließer (1) für eine Tür mit wenigstens einem Türflügel (2a, 2b), der automatisch schließt und öffnet, insbesondere für eine Aufzugskabine, vorzugsweise vom Falttürentyp mit wenigstens einem faltbaren Element, wobei der Türschließer Betätigungsmittel für den Türflügel mit folgenden Merkmalen aufweist:
    - einen Drehmomentenmotor (3), dessen Ausgangswelle (4) drehfest mit einem ersten Antriebsrad (5) verbunden ist, das koaxial zur Ausgangswelle (4) angeordnet ist,
    - ein zweites Antriebsrad (6), das mit dem ersten Rad (5) zur Betätigung des Türflügels (2a) in Eingriff steht,
    - Mittel (7a, 7b) für den Drehantrieb des Türflügels (2a, 2b), die vom zweiten Rad (6) gesteuert sind,
    - erste Nachweis- oder Aufnahmemittel (39a, 39b) für das Wegende des freien Endes (10a, 10b) des Türflügels (2a, 2b), die fest mit diesem freien Ende verbunden sind, um mit zweiten Nachweis- oder Aufnahmemitteln (40a, 40b) für das Wegende des freien Endes (10a, 10b) zusammenzuarbeiten, die mit dem Rahmen (12) des Türschließers (1) fest verbunden sind, um ein Signal zum Schließen der Tür abzugeben,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß ein Drehmomentenbegrenzer (8) auf der Ausgangswelle (4) des Motors (3) befestigt ist, um aufeinanderfolgend die Unterbrechung des Schließvorgangs und das Wiederöffnen des Türflügels beim Blockieren während des Schließens zu steuern, und daß die Aufnahmemittel (39a, 39b, 40a, 40b) für das Wegende Aufnahmemittel für das Wegende des freien Endes (10a,10b) des Türflügels (2a, 2b) sind, wobei die ersten Aufnahmemittel mit dem freien Ende verbunden sind.
  2. Türschließer nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Türflügel wenigstens zwei Türflügelelemente aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß Führungsmittel (13a, 13b) für das lineare Verschieben des freien Endes (10a, 10b) des Türflügels (2a, 2b) vorgesehen sind, wobei der Türflügel ein erstes Türflügelelement (14) aufweist, das durch die Dreh-Antriebsmittel (7a, 7b) verschwenkt wird, sowie wenigstens ein weiteres Türflügelelement (15), das an das erste Element (14) angelenkt ist.
  3. Türschließer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Drehmomentenbegrenzer (8) einen Gleitschuh (20) aufweist, der koaxial zum ersten Rad (5) angeordnet ist und der damit drehfest verbunden ist, daß der Gleitschuh mit Hilfe elastischer Mittel (21) zur Anlage am ersten Rad (5) gehalten ist, daß die elastischen Anlagemittel (20) für den Gleitschuh am ersten Rad (15) derart konstruiert sind, daß ein Blockieren des ersten Rades (5) eine Translation des Gleitschuhs (20) zum Ende der Ausgangswelle (4) entgegengesetzt dem Motor (5) hervorruft und daß Mitnahmemittel (23) radial von der Außenfläche (20b) des Gleitschuhs (20) vorstehen und mit einem festen Kontakt (24) zusammenarbeiten, der fest mit dem Gestell (12) des Türschließers (1) verbunden ist, um nacheinander das Unterbrechen des Schließvorgangs und ein Wiederöffnen des Türflügels (2a, 2b) zu steuern.
  4. Türschließer nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Mittel zur Anlage des Gleitschuhs (20) am ersten Rad (5) wenigstens zwei konische Vorsprünge (25) aufweisen, die gleichförmig am Umfang der Fläche (5a) des ersten Rades verteilt angeordnet sind, und zwar benachbart dem Gleitschuh (20), und die in entsprechenden Aufnahmen (26) der Basis (20c) des Gleitschuhs (20) aufgenommen sind.
  5. Türschließer nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Mittel für die elastische Anlage eine Schraubenfeder aufweisen, die zwischen der Innenfläche (20a) des Gleitschuhs (20) und einer Verbreiterung (22) am Ende der Ausgangswelle (4) des Motors angeordnet sind, während die Verbreiterung des Endes (22) der Ausgangswelle (4) einen ringförmigen, radialen, äußeren Vorsprung (28) aufweist, der einen Anschlag für ein Ende der schraubenförmigen Feder (21) ausbildet, deren anderes Ende sich an der Fläche der Basis (20c) des Gleitschuhs (20) gegenüber dem ersten Rad (5) abstützt.
  6. Türschließer nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Innenfläche (20a) des Gleitschuhs (20) an ihrem Ende gegenüber dem ersten Rad (5) Aufnahmen (29) hat, die regelmäßig verteilt sind und die mit der äußeren Fläche (22a) der Verbreiterung (22) des Endes der Ausgangswelle (4) Aufnahmen für Kugeln (30) ausbilden, die Relativverschiebungen des Gleitschuhs (20) und der Ausgangswelle (4) erleichtern.
  7. Türschließer nach einem der Ansprüche 3 - 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Verbindung des ersten Rades (5) mit der Ausgangswelle (4) des Motors (3) durch eine Keilverbindung erreicht ist.
  8. Türschließer nach Anspruch 7
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Keilverbindung eine Keilverbindung unter Spiel in Umfangsrichtung ist.
  9. Türschließer nach einem der Ansprüche 3 - 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Ausgangswelle in Längsrichtung eine äußere Keilverbindung (27) aufweist, die unter Spiel in einer entsprechenden Aufnahme (31) des ersten Rades (5) montiert ist, die in eine axiale Bohrung des Rades (5) mündet.
  10. Türschließer nach einem der Ansprüche 6 - 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die den Mitnehmer (23) ausbildenden Mittel, bezogen auf die äußere Fläche (20b) des Gleitschuhs (20), derart angeordnet sind, daß in der geschlossenen Stellung des Türflügels (2a, 2b) diese Mittel (23) dem festen Kontakt (24), der fest mit dem Gestell verbunden ist, ausweichen.
  11. Türschließer nach einem der Ansprüche 2 - 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Mittel zur Führung bei linearer Verschiebung des freien Endes (10a, 10b) des Türflügels (2a, 2b) einen Schlitten (13a, 13b) aufweisen, der an jedem Ende des freien Endes (10a, 10b) des Türflügels montiert ist, und zwar gleitend bezogen auf eine Führungsschiene (37, 38), die sich über die Breite der Tür erstreckt.
  12. Türschließer nach Anspruch 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß wenigstens einer der Schlitten (13a, 13b) eine Betätigungsvorrichtung (39a, 39b) für einen Endanschlag im Verschiebungsweg des Türflügels (40a, 40b) aufweist, der fest mit dem Gestell (12) des Türschließers (1) verbunden ist.
  13. Türschließer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Türschließer zum Betätigen einer Tür mit doppelten Türflügeln (2a, 2b) bestimmt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das zweite Rad (6) drehfest mit einer ersten Antriebsrolle (42) eines Riemens (43) verbunden ist, der seinerseits drehfest mit einer zweiten Rolle (44) verbunden ist, die von einer Antriebsachse (7a) des einen der Türflügel (2a) in Drehung versetzt wird, wobei das zweite Rad (6) auch mit einem Zahnabschnitt (45) für den Drehantrieb des anderen Türflügels (2b) in Eingriff steht.
  14. Türschließer nach Anspruch 13,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Riemen (43) ein geripptes Band aus sythetischem oder ähnlichem Material ist, das relativ undehnbar ist und dessen beide Enden mit Hilfe einer Vorrichtung miteinander verbunden sind, die einen Schließhaken (50) ausbildet, und die mit Hilfe einer Spannvorrichtung (51) gespannt sind.
  15. Türschließer nach einem der Ansprüche 13 oder 14,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das zweite Rad (6) auch drehfest mit einem Arm (52) verbunden ist, der mit einem Anschlag (53) zusammenarbeitet, der die Winkelbewegung des zweiten Rades und folglich diejenige des Riemens (43) und des Zahnabschnitts begrenzt.
  16. Türschließer nach einem der Ansprüche 13 - 15,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Betätigungsmittel für die Türflügel (2a, 2b) auf Stützplatinen (52a, 52b) montiert sind, die in einstellbarer Lage auf einer Basis (12) des Türschließers befestigt sind, um den Mittenabstand der verschwenkten Enden der Türflügel zu justieren, so daß diese sich an eine Tür mit variabler Breite anpassen können.
  17. Tür mit Türflügeln (2a, 2b) mit automatischer Öffnung und Schließung, insbesondere für die Kabine eines Aufzugs,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Tür von einem Türschließer (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche betätigt ist.
