Claims (6)

  1. Porte (2) ou fenêtre présentant au moins un panneau (4) guidé sur des bords (6, 8) tournés à l'opposé l'un de l'autre, par l'intermédiaire de paliers de pivotement (10, 12), dans des glissières de guidage (14, 16) à l'intérieur d'un encadrement (18), en particulier porte (2) d'une cabine de douche (20) dans laquelle au moins un profilé (14 ; 16) de l'encadrement est relié, à un panneau (4), par au moins une biellette de guidage (66, 68) d'une longueur telle que ledit panneau (4) puisse être amené, par pivotement, à une position d'ouverture dans laquelle sa surface coupe les glissières de guidage (14, 16) au moins approximativement à angle droit, caractérisée par le fait qu'une rigole aplatie (54) est articulée sur un bord inférieur (8) du panneau (4), est abaissée en position de fermeture - en coiffant un espace intercalaire situé entre le bord inférieur (8) du panneau (4) et la branche (16) de l'encadrement qui est tournée vers ce bord inférieur (8) - et est relevée par pivotement jusqu'à une position essentiellement horizontale lors du passage du panneau (4) à la position d'ouverture, ainsi que dans la position d'ouverture dudit panneau (4), par l'intermédiaire d'un système de guidage forcé (56) rapporté sur l'encadrement (18).
  2. Porte ou fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par la présence de deux biellettes de guidage (66, 68) articulées sur les bords (6, 8) tournés à l'opposé l'un de l'autre.
  3. Porte ou fenêtre selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que les zones d'articulation (70, 72) des biellettes de guidage (66, 68) sont reliées l'une à l'autre, à proximité de la branche latérale (64), par l'intermédiaire d'une broche (74).
  4. Porte ou fenêtre selon la revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait que la broche (74) parcourt, de part en part, un tube (88) formant palier de pivotement et solidaire de la branche latérale (64).
  5. Porte ou fenêtre selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la biellette de guidage (66, 68) prévue au minimum est articulée, sur le panneau (4), à proximité de la ligne médiane de ce dernier.
  6. Porte ou fenêtre selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que les glissières de guidage (14, 16) et les paliers de pivotement (10, 12) sont de réalisations de même type.
