Abstract

Zum Beschichten eines mit hoher Geschwindigkeit geför­ derten Bandbleches wird dieses zunächst in einer Vorbe­ handlungsstation (5) gereingt, entfettet, gespült und phosphatiert. Hierauf wird das Bandblech (3) in einer Trockenstation (8) mittels Infrarotstrahlung und Luft getrocknet, bevor es mit einer Pulverlackschicht versehen wird. Diese Schicht wird mittels eines Extruders (11) durch eine oder mehrere Düsen (12) unmittelbar auf das Bandblech (3) aufgetragen, worauf die so aufgetragene Pulverlackschicht mittels Walzenpaaren (14) in einer Pulverlackverteil- und Oberflächenglättungsstation (13) weitgehend gleichmäßig auf das Bandblech (3) verteilt und aufgepreßt wird. Anschließend wird die Pulverlackschicht in einer Nachbehandlungs- und Aushärtstation (14) so weit erhitzt, daß das Kunststoffmaterial sich völlig gleich­ mäßig verteilen kann. Durch die höhere Temperatur erfolgt die Aushärtung des Pulverlackes. Im Anschluß hieran wird das mit einer Pulverlackschicht versehene Bandblech gekühlt und in einer Aufwickelstation (4) zu einer Bandrolle aufgewickelt, wobei von einer Bandrolle (19) Trennpapier mit eingewickelt wird.
