Abstract

Ein Scharnier mit einem Scharnierarm (1), der über Gelenk­hebel od.dgl. mit einem Scharniertopf verbunden ist und mittels einer Fugenverstellschraube (4), einer Tiefenver­stellschraube (5) und eines Zwischenstückes (2) auf einer Grundplatte (3) lagert. Das Zwischenstück (2) ist an seinem der Drehachse des Scharnieres nahen Ende mit einem starren Haken (8) in die Grundplatte (3) einhängbar und um diese Lagerstelle drehbar. An seinem gegenüberliegenden Ende weist es einen federnden Haken (9) auf, der bei der Grundplatte (3) einrastet und das Zwischenstück (2) auf dieser hält. Die Grundplatte (3) hat im Bereich des Zwi­schenstückes (2) U-förmigen Querschnitt. Die Haken (8, 9) des Zwischenstückes (2) greifen am Mittelsteg (2o) des U-Profils der Grundplatte (3) an.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Scharnier mit einem Scharnierarm, der über Gelenkhebel od.dgl. mit einem Scharniertopf verbunden ist und mittels einer Fugenverstell­schraube, einer Tiefenverstellschraube und eines Zwischen­stückes auf einer Grundplatte lagert, wobei das Zwischen­stück an seinem der Drehachse des Scharniers nahen Ende mit einem starren Haken in die Grundplatte einhängbar und um diese Lagerstelle drehbar ist, während es an seinem gegenüberliegenden Ende einen federnden Haken aufweist, der bei der Grundplatte einrastet und das Zwischenstück auf dieser hält.
  • Ein derartiges Scharnier ist beispielsweise aus der anmelde­eigenen AT-PS 384 27o bekannt. Bei diesem Scharnier ist auf einem metallischen zwischenstück ein Kippteil, der einen Verriegelungshaken trägt, drehbar gelagert. Eine Feder drückt den Kippteil mit seinem Verriegelungshaken in die Verriegelungsstellung. Am Kippteil ist ein Griff ausgebil­det, mittels dem es möglich ist, das Zwischenstück von der Grundplatte zu lösen. Zur Montage wird das Zwischenstück mit seinem vorderen Ende, das heißt, das Ende, das der Drehachse des Scharnieres am nächsten liegt, in eine kerben­artige Ausnehmung der Grundplatte eingehängt und um das so gebildete Drehlager geschwenkt, bis der Haken des Kipp­teiles am hinteren Ende der Grundplatte in dieser einrastet. Dabei ist das Zwischenstück mittels der Fugenverstell­schraube und der Tiefenverstellschraube mit dem Scharnier­arm verbunden.
  • Das scharnier gemäß der genannten Patentschrift hat gegen­über älteren Scharnieren den Vorteil, daß zur eigentlichen Montage der Möbeltüre am Möbelkorpus kein Werkzeug not­wendig ist. Zur Verankerung des Scharnierarmes auf der Grundplatte genügt es, diesen mit dem Zwischenstück in die Grundplatte einzuhängen und auf diese aufzurücken.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Scharnier der eingangs erwähnten Art zu schaffen, das die gleichen funktionellen Eigenschaften aufweist, jedoch im Aufbau einfacher und billiger ist. Ein wesentlicher Aspekt dabei ist, daß das Zwischenstück nicht nur leicht auf der Grundplatte arretier­bar, sondern von dieser auch wieder ohne Werkzeug lösbar ist.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß die Grundplatte im Bereich des Zwischenstückes U-förmigen Querschnitt hat und daß die Haken des Zwischenstückes am Mittelsteg des U-Profiles der Grundplatte angreifen.
  • Vorteilhaft ist vorgesehen, daß das Zwischenstück an der Unterseite mit einem Wulst versehen ist, mit der es in eine Öffnung in der Grundplatte ragt. Durch diese Ausführung kommt es beim Montieren des Zwischenstückes auf der Grund­platte zu einer Selbstzentrierung.
  • Vorteilhaft ist dabei vorgesehen, daß zwischen der Stirn­seite der Grundplatte und dem Zwischenstück beim starren Haken ein Abstand ist.
  • Vorteilhaft ist weiters vorgesehen, daß das Zwischenstück einstückig aus Kunststoff und die Grundplatte aus Stahl­blech ist.
  • Ein weiters Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung sieht vor, daß das Zwischenstück oberhalb des festen Hakens stirn­seitig eine T-förmige Ausnehmung aufweist, in die die Fugenverstellschraube mit ihrem Kopf ragt.
  • Um das Zwischenstück leicht lösen zu können, ist an diesem beim federnden Haken letzterem gegenüberliegend ein Griff­teil angeformt.
  • Eine leichte Montierbarkeit und Höhenverstellung der Grund­platte wird dadurch erzielt, daß die Grundplatte an ihren beiden seitlichen Parallelstegen mit seitlich abstehenden Montagelappen, die vorzugsweise Langlöcher aufweisen, versehen ist.
  • Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung an Hand der Figuren der beiliegenden Zeichnung eingehend be­schrieben:
    • Fig. 1 zeigt einen Längsschnitt eines erfindungsgemäßen Scharniers,
    • Fig. 2 ist ein Querschnitt gemäß II-II der Fig. 1,
    • Fig. 3 zeigt das Zwischenstück in einer Ansicht von unten,
    • Fig. 4 zeigt das Zwischenstück in Draufsicht, und
    • Fig. 5 ist eine schaubildliche Darstellung der Grundplatte.
  • Die nicht zur Erfindung gehörenden Teile des Scharniers wie der Scharniertopf und die Gelenkhebel sind der besseren Übersicht halber in den Figuren der Zeichnung nicht gezeigt. Es wird auch in der Beschreibung nicht weiter Bezug auf sie genommen. Sie können nach dem herkömmlichen Stand der Technik ausgeführt sein.
  • Die erfindungswesentlichen Teile des Scharniers sind der Scharnierarm 1, das Zwischenstück 2 und die Grundplatte 3. Die Grundplatte ist aus Stahlblech gestanzt und das Zwischenstück 2 aus Kunststoff gespritzt.
  • Die Grundplatte 3 weist im Querschnitt ein U-Profil auf und stützt sich mit ihren beiden Seitenstegen 15 in Montagelage an der Möbelseitenwand 16 ab.
  • Von den seitlichen Parallelstegen 15 stehen Montagelappen 17 ab. Die Montagelappen 17 weisen Langlöcher 18 auf, durch die Schrauben od dgl. ragen.
  • Das Zwischenstück 2 ist mittels der Fugenverstellschraube 4 und der Tiefenverstellschraube , die eine Klemmschraube 5 ist, am Scharnierarm 1 gelagert.
  • Die Klemmschraube 5 ragt durch ein Langloch 6 im Scharnier­arm 1 und greift in ein Gewinde 14 im Zwischenstück 2 ein.
  • Im Bereich des Gewindes 14 ist das Zwischenstück 2 mit einer Materialverdickung 13 versehen.
  • Am vorderen Ende ist das Zwischenstück 2 mit einer T-förmigen Ausnehmung 7 versehen. Die T-förmige Ausnehmung 7 befindet sich direkt oberhalb des Hakens 8. In diese Ausnehmung 7 ragt die Fugenverstellschraube 4 mit ihrem Kopf 4′. Durch Verdrehen der Fugenverstellschraube 4 bei montiertem Scharnier kann der Abstand der Achsen des Scharnierarmes für die Gelenkhebel von der Möbelseitenwand 16 verstellt werden.
  • Das Zwischenstück 2 ist am vorderen Ende mit einem starren Haken 8 und am rückwärtigen Ende mit einem federnden Haken 9 versehen. Beide Haken 8, 9 greifen am Mittelsteg 20 der Grundplatte 3 an.
  • Das Zwischenstück 2 ist ferner mit eine Wulst 11 versehen, die quer zur Längsausdehnung des Zwischenstückes 2 ver­läuft und unmittelbar am Zwischenstück 2 angebracht ist. In Montagelage ragt die Wulst 11 in eine Öffnung 12 im Mittelsteg 2o der Grundplatte 3 und das Zwischenstück 2 wird so in bezug auf die Grundplatte 3 positioniert.
  • In Längs-richtung stützt sich das Zwischenstück 2 auf der Grundplatte 3 zwischen der Wulst 11 und dem Tragteil 19 des Hakens 9 ab. Die Stirnseite 21 des Mittelsteges 2o befindet sich beim starren Haken 8 im Abstand a zum Zwischen­stück 2.
  • Am Tragteil 19 ist dem Haken 9 gegenüberliegend ein Griff­teil 1o unmittelbar angeformt. Zum Lösen des Scharnieres genügt es, diesen Griffteil 1o von der Möbelseitenwand 16 wegzudrücken.
  • Die Verstellung des Scharnierarmes 1 in der Tiefe des Mö­bels erfolgt durch Lösen der Klemmschraube 5 und Ver­schieben des Scharnierarmes 1 in bezug auf das Zwischen­stück 2. Die Verstellung in der Richtung der Breite der Möbelfuge erfolgt wie bereits erwähnt durch Verdrehen der Fugenverstellschraube 4 Auf Grund einer gewissen Elastizität des aus Stahlblech geformten Scharnierarmes 1 kann diese Fugenverstellung auch bei angezogener Klemm­schraube 5 erfolgen.

Claims (7)

1. Scharnier mit einem Scharnierarm, der über Gelenkhebel oder dergleichen mit einem Scharniertopf verbunden ist und mittels einer Fugenverstellschraube, einer Tiefen­verstellschraube und eines Zwischenstückes auf einer Grundplatte lagert, wobei das Zwischenstück an seinem der Drehachse des Scharnieres nahen Ende mit einem starren Haken in die Grundplatte einhängbar und um diese Lagerstelle drehbar ist, während es an seinem gegenüberliegenden Ende einen federnden Haken aufweist, der bei der Grundplatte einrastet und das Zwischen­stück auf dieser hält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundplatte (3) im Bereich des Zwischenstückes (2) U-förmigen Querschnitt hat und daß die Haken (8, 9) des Zwischenstückes (2) am Mittelsteg (2o) des U-Profils der Grundplatte (3) angreifen.
2. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück (2) an der Unterseite mit einem Wulst (11) versehen ist, mit der es in eine Öffnung (12) in der Grundplatte (3) ragt.
3. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2, dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück (2) einstückig aus Kunststoff und die Grundplatte (3) aus Stahlblech ist.
4. Scharnier nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück (2) ober­halb des festen Hakens (8) stirnseitig eine T-förmige Ausnehmung (7) aufweist, in die die Fugenverstell­schraube (4) mit ihrem Kopf (4′) ragt.
5. Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, daß am Zwischenstück (2) beim federnden Haken (9) ein Griffteil (1o) angeformt ist.
6. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundplatte (3) an ihren beiden seitlichen Parallel­stegen mit seitlich abstehenden Montagelappen (17), die vorzugsweise Langlöcher (18) aufweisen, versehen ist.
7. Scharnier nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, daß zwischen der Stirnseite (21) der Grund­platte (3) und dem Zwischenstück (2) beim starren Haken (8) ein Abstand (a) ist.
