Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Originalitätsverschluß für Gasflaschenventile.The invention relates to a tamper-evident closure for gas cylinder valves.

Bei der Belieferung mit Industriegasen in Gasflaschen werden den Kunden mit Gas gefüllte Flaschen zur Verfü­gung gestellt, die mit dem Gasflaschenventil und der Ventilschutzkappe versehen komplett angeliefert werden. In manchen Kundenkreisen, insbesondere Militär-, Kraft­werks- und Krankenhausbereich, besteht der Wunsch nach einer erhöhten Absicherung dieser Flaschen gegen unbe­fugte Manipulationen. Auf den Inhalt der Gasflasche kann nämlich verhältnismäßig leicht durch das Gasfla­schenventil - Anschlußgewinde eingewirkt werden.When supplying industrial gases in gas bottles, customers are provided with gas-filled bottles that are supplied complete with the gas bottle valve and the valve protection cap. Er kann aber auch, wie hier dargestellt, als Verschlußplatte 4 geformt sein, die mittels einer konischen Anformung direkt die Öffnung des Gasflaschen-­Anschlußstutzen verschließt und durch Stege mit der Wand 5 der Kappe 3 verbunden ist. In dem Spalt ist mittels Brücken 10, die eben­falls als Sollbruchstellen dienen, ein Abdrehknebel 11 befestigt. Diese Ausführungsform hat den Vorteil, daß sich beim Aufsetzen des Originalitätsverschlusses der Haltering 6 besonders leicht verformen kann. Zum Abneh­men des Originalitätsverschlusses wird lediglich der Abdrehknebel 11 entfernt. Von Vorteil ist hierbei auch, daß zugleich der Haltering 6 mit entfernt wird, die Brücken 8 müssen also nicht unbedingt alle zerstört werden.
