Abstract

In some areas of application, there is the requirement to equip glass bottles with an origin-proof cap in such a manner that manipulations of the contents of the bottles can be recognised. This purpose is served by two shells (1, 2) which surround the valve and which are interconnected by means of at least two undetachable closures. Advantageously, the two shells are designed as a moulded plastic part and are interconnected by the dividing joint which is designed as a hinge (3). The edges which lie opposite the hinge are interconnected by means of a twist-off toggle (4) which is designed as a barb. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Originalitätsverschluß für Gasflaschenventile.The invention relates to a tamper-evident closure for gas cylinder valves.

Bei der Belieferung mit Industriegasen in Gasflaschen werden den Kunden mit Gas gefüllte Flaschen zur Verfü­gung gestellt, die mit dem Gasflaschenventil und der Ventilschutzkappe versehen komplett angeliefert werden. In manchen Kundenkreisen, insbesondere Militär-, Kraft­werks- und Krankenhausbereich, besteht der Wunsch nach einer erhöhten Absicherung dieser Flaschen gegen unbe­fugte Manipulationen. Der Erfindung liegt somit der Gedanke zugrunde, den Ventilanschlußstutzen mit einem Einwegverschluß zu schützen, der bei Entfernung zerstört wird und Manipu­lationen sofort erkennen läßt. Insbesondere, wenn der Originalitätsverschluß aus einem Material hergestellt ist, welches sich bei Zerstörung des Verschlusses ,auf­spreizt, läßt sich ein Manipulationsversuch sofort er­kennen. Hierzu wird der erfindungsgemäße Originalitäts­verschluß bevorzugt als einteiliges Kunststofformteil ausgebildet. Die Teilungsfuge wird hierbei als Schar­nier ausgebildet und stellt einen der Verschlüsse dar. Die Schalen können aber auch separat und aus anderem Material hergestellt werden. Als Verschlüsse sind alle Verbindungen geeignet, die sich nach dem Zusammenfügen der Schalen nicht wieder öffnen lassen, ohne die Scha­len oder die Verschlüsse zu zerstören, also auch Kleb-­oder Schweißverbindungen und Plomben. Bevorzugt werden aber Verschlüsse, die beim Aneinanderdrücken der Scha­len unlösbar einrasten, insbesondere federnde, als Wi­derhaken ausgebildete Zungen auf der einen Schale, die in entsprechende Vertiefungen der anderen Schale ein­rasten. Die Befestigung des Originalitätsverschlusses kann dann ohne Hilfswerkzeuge von Hand erfolgen. Der in den Fig.1 und 2 dargestellte Originalitätsver­schluß besteht aus den Schalen 1 und 2 aus Kunststoff, die als einteiliges Kunststofformteil ausgebildet sind. Hierzu ist die Teilungsfuge als Scharnier 3 ausgebildet. Dieses Scharnier stellt zugleich einen der nichtlösbaren Verschlüsse für die Schalen 1,2 dar. Der andere Ver­schluß ist als Abdrehknebel 4 ausgebildet, der detail­liert in den Fig.3 und 4 dargestellt ist. Sobald der als Widerhaken ausgebildete Abdrehknebel, welcher an die Schale 2 angeformt ist, in die entsprechende Öff­nung 5 der Schale 1 eingeführt ist, läßt sich der Verschluß nicht mehr zerstörungsfrei öffnen. Vielmehr muß zum Öffnen der Abdrehknebel 4 entfernt werden, wo­nach sich die Schalen 1,2 aufspreizen.
