Abstract

Behälterverschlüsse, bestehend aus einem behälterseitigen Befestigungsteil und einer Sicherungsklaue, vorgeschlagen, der einfach herstellbar, sicher mit dem Behälterverschluß verbunden und umweltfreundlich recycliert werden kann. Dies wird dadurch ermöglicht, daß am unteren Ende des Sicherungsringes (1) mehrere über den Umfang verteilte Sicherungsklauen (3, 4, 5) angeordnet sind, die über einen Steg (6) mit dem Befestigungsteil (2) des Sicherungsringes (1) verbunden sind.

Ein Sicherungsring der eingangs genannten Art ist aus der FR 2 528 393 zu entnehmen. Der dort gezeigte Sicherungsring wird von innen in den Behälterverschluß eingeschoben und ver­hakt. Beim Öffnen des Verschlusses verhaken sich die Sicherungsklauen und reißen sehr leicht an den Sollbruch­stegen ab. Durch die gleichzeitige Verwendung von Anbindungs­stegen werden die abgerissenen Klauen jedoch am Sicherungs­ring und damit an dem abgezogenen Behälterverschluß festge­halten. Sie stehen wie Fahnen vom Behälterverschluß ab und lassen sich mechanisch zusammen mit dem Befestigungsteil des Sicherungsringes gut von dem Verschlußmaterial trennen. Die in Umfangsrichtung wirkenden Druckspannungen zwischen den Wülsten 4 und 17 sind so be­messen, daß sich der Verschluß mit dem Sicherungsring und den sehr beweglichen Sicherungsklauen 5a - d leicht über jede Behälteröffnung schieben lassen.
Die Beweglichkeit der Sicherungsklauen 5a - d wird über die Stege 6 so eingestellt, daß einerseits das Aufschieben auf die Flaschenhalsmündung und andererseits das Abreißen beim Abschrauben des Behälterverschlusses garantiert ist.In Fig. 1, the locking ring 1 with a fastening part 2 is pushed onto the container closure 3 with a bead-shaped thickening 4.
