Abstract

This purpose is served by a strap which surrounds the valve body at the level of the gas-bottle valve connector nozzle (3). The strap possesses a cap-shaped projection (8) which encompasses the gas-bottle valve connector nozzle (3) and a closure for undetachably connecting the closure ends to each other. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Originalitätsverschluß für Gasflaschenventile.The invention relates to a tamper-evident closure for gas cylinder valves.

Bei der Belieferung mit Industriegasen in Gasflaschen werden den Kunden mit Gas gefüllte Flaschen zur Ver­fügung gestellt, die mit dem Gasflaschenventil und der Ventilschutzkappe versehen komplett angeliefert werden. In manchen Kundenkreisen, insbesondere Militär-, Kraftwerks- und Krankenhausbereich, besteht der Wunsch nach einer erhöhten Absicherung dieser Flaschen gegen unbefugte Manipulationen. Außerdem lassen sich Plomben verhältnismäßig leicht fälschen. Die Ver­wendung des erfindungsgemäßen Originalitätsverschlußes kann dagegen vom Hersteller mit hoher Sicherheit kontrolliert werden. Eine Nachahmung oder Fälschung ist nur mit sehr hohen Kosten möglich. Darüberhinaus bietet der erfindungsgemäße Originalitätsverschluß den Vorteil, daß auf ihm leicht eine Produktinformation angebracht werden kann, sei es direkt auf dem Ver­ schluß oder auf einem an diesen befestigten Zettel. Erfahrungsgemäß erreichen derartige Produktinformationen häufig nicht den Anwender, wenn sie separat mitge­liefert werden oder lose an der Flasche befestigt sind.The objects of the invention could also be achieved by attaching a seal. Der in den Figuren 1 bis 3 dargestellte Originalitäts­ verschluß 1 umgibt ein Gasflaschenventil 2 in Höhe des Gasflaschenventil-Anschlußstutzens 3. Der Originalitätsverschluß 1 ist im wesentlichen als Band mit einem T-förmigen Profil ausgebildet. Das T-förmige Profil ist lediglich am Gelenk 4 unterbrochen. Das Material des Originalitätsverschlußes 1 ist Kunststoff. Der gesamte Originalitätsverschluß 1 wird als ein­teiliges Kunststofformteil in der Weise hergestellt, daß der die Spitze 5 tragende Arm des Bandes im un­belasteten Zustand um 180° um das Gelenk 4 zurückge­klappt ist. Infolgedessen spreizt sich der Originalitäts­verschluß 1 auf, wenn er gewaltsam geöffnet wird oder an einer beliebigen Stelle durchtrennt wird. Der Originalitätsverschluß 1 wird geschlossen, indem die an einem Ende des Bandes angeordnete, als Widerhaken ausgebildete Spitze 5 in die an das andere Bandende angeformte Aufnahmehülse 6 gedrückt wird. Das Öffnen des Verschlußes erfolgt gewaltsam durch Ziehen an der Abreißlasche 7, wodurch die Spitze 5 abreißt und der Verschluß zerstört wird. Im Bereich des Gasflaschen­ventil-Anschlußstutzens 3 besitzt das Band eine Kappe 8 mit einer Verschlußplatte 9, welche den Gasflaschen­ventil-Anschlußstutzen 3 umgibt und gegen Verunreini­gungen und Beschädigungen schützt. Die Verschlußplatte 9 wird durch Stege 10 gehalten, Kappe 8 und Verschluß­platte 9 können jedoch auch geschlossen ausgebildet sein. Der in den Figuren 4 bis 7 dargestellte Originalitäts­verschluß 11 unterscheidet sich von dem in den Figuren 1 bis 3 dargestellten Originalitätsverschluß 1 ledig­ lich dadurch, daß er zum Anbringen an ein Gasflaschen­ventil 2 geeignet ist, dessen Gasflaschenventil-An­schlußstutzen 3 durch eine Verschlußmutter 12 mit Kette 13 verschlossen ist. Für gleiche Teile wurden daher die gleichen Bezugsziffern verwendet. Zur Sicherung des Gasflaschenventil-Anschlußstutzens 3 und der Ver­schlußmutter 12 besitzt der Originalitätsverschluß 11 eine die Verschlußmutter 12 umgebende Halbschale 14. Statt der Halbschale 14 könnte auch eine geschlossene Kappe wie bei dem Originalitätsverschluß 1 vorgesehen werden, dies bereitet jedoch Schwierigkeiten bei der Herstellung als einteiliges Kunststofformteil. Selbstverständlich ist die Erfindung nicht auf die beiden in den Figuren 1 bis 7 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele beschränkt. Sowohl der Verschluß aus Spitze 5 und Aufnahmehülse 6 als auch die Ausbildung der Kappe 8 bzw. der Halb­schale 14 können anders gestaltet sein.
