Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein neues wässriges, hartwasserbeständiges Netz- und Waschmittel sowie seine Herstellung und Verwendung in der Textilvorbehandlung.
- Die EP-A-0,098,803 offenbart wasserlösliche, oder in Wasser dispergierbare Pfropfpolymerisate, die als Gemische mit anderen Wirksubstanzen als Netzmittel Verwendung finden.
- Das erfindungsgemässe hartwasserbeständige Netz- und Waschmittel ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es
- (a) ein Gemisch aus monomeren und oligomeren Verbindungen, die der Formel
worin Y₁ Wasserstoff oder -CO-T₁, R₁, X₁ und T₁ je Alkyl mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen und m₁ 1 bis 17 bedeuten, - (b) ein wasserlösliches oder in Wasser dispergierbares Pfropfpolymerisat, das mindestens 20 Gewichtsprozent, bezogen auf das Pfropfpolymerisat eines hydrophilen, an ein Kohlenstoffatom gebundenen Bestandteils und mindestens einen hydrophoben Rest aufweist, welcher über eine Polyglykoletherkette mit dem hydrophilen Bestandteil verbunden ist, wobei die Polyglykoletherkette 2 bis 200
- (c) ein nichtionogenes Tensid,
- (d) ein Alkalimetallhydroxid
- (e) ein Antischaummittel
- Die erfindungsgemässe Komponente (a) stellt wasserlösliche monomere und oligomere Verbindungen der Formel (1) dar, die vorzugsweise als Alkalimetallsalze, vor allem als Natrium- und insbesondere als Kaliumsalze vorliegen.

- Bei den Verbindungen der Komponente (b) handelt es sich um wasserlösliche Pfropfpolymerisate, die einerseits eine sogenannte Stammkette aus einem anionischen, kationischen, amphoteren oder vorzugsweise nichtionogenen Polyalkylenoxidaddukt, welches einen hydrophoben Rest besitzt, aufweisen und andererseits an einzelne Kohlenstoffatome dieser Stammkette Seitenketten von Strukturelementen aufgepfropft enthalten, die sich von ethylenisch ungesättigten polymerisierbaren, hydrophile Gruppen aufweisenden Monomeren ableiten, wie z.B. monomeren Sulfonsäuren oder vorzugsweise Carbonsäuren bzw. deren Anhydriden.
- Die zur Einführung der Seitenketten benötigten Monomere können einzeln oder in Mischung miteinander verwendet werden.
- Bevorzugte erfindungsgemässe Pfropfpolymerisate besitzen eine Stammkette bestehend aus mindestens einem einen hydrophoben Rest aufweisenden nichtionogenen Alkylenoxidaddukt, dessen zweite endständige Hydroxylgruppe unsubstituiert ist. Bei diesen nichtionogenen Tensiden handelt es sich zweckmässig um Alkylenoxidanlagerungsprodukte von 2 bis 200 Mol Alkylenoxid, z.B. Ethylenoxid und/oder Propylenoxid, an 1 Mol eines aliphatischen Monoalkohols mit mindestens 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, eines 3-bis 6-wertigen aliphatischen Alkohols oder einer Fettsäure mit 8 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen. Die 3- bis 6-wertige Alkanole enthalten 3 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatome und sind insbesondere Glycerin, Trimethylolpropan, Erythrit, Mannit, Pentaerythrit und Sorbit.
- Aliphatische Monoalkohole zur Herstellung der nichtionogenen Tenside sind z.B. wasserunlösliche Monoalkohole mit mindestens 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, vorzugsweise 12 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen. Diese Alkohole können gesättigt oder ungesättigt und verzweigt oder geradkettig sein und können allein oder im Gemisch eingesetzt werden. Es können natürliche Alkohole wie z.B. Myristylalkohol, Cetylalkohol, Stearylalkohol oder Oleylalkohol oder synthetische Alkohole, z.B. Oxo-Alkohole wie insbesondere 2-Ethylhexanol, ferner Trimethylhexanol, Trimethylnonylalkohol, Hexadecylalkohol oder lineare primäre Alkohole mit durchschnittlichen Kohlenstoffatomzahlen von (8-10), (10-14), (12), (16), (18) oder (20-22) mit dem Alkylenoxid umgesetzt werden.
- Die Fettsäuren weisen vorzugsweise 8 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatome auf und können gesättigt oder ungesättigt sein, wie z.B. die Caprin-, Laurin-, Myristin-, Palmitin- oder Stearinsäure bzw. die Decen-, Dodecen-, Tetradecen-, Hexadecen-, Oel-, Linol-, Linolen- oder vorzugsweise Rizinolsäure.
- Als ethylenisch ungesättigte polymerisierbare Carbonsäuren oder Sulfonsäuren, die zur Einführung der aufgepfropften Monomeren (Seitenketten) in die als Stammkette genannten Polyalkylenoxidaddukte dienen, können sowohl Monocarbonsäuren als auch Dicarbonsäuren und deren Anhydride sowie auch Sulfonsäuren, die jeweils einen ethylenisch ungesättigten aliphatischen Rest und vorzugsweise höchstens 7 Kohlenstoffatome aufweisen, in Betracht kommen. Bei den Monocarbonsäuren handelt es sich z.B. um die Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure, α-Halogenacrylsäure, 2-Hydroxyethylacrylsäure, α-Cyanoacrylsäure, Crotonsäure und Vinylessigsäure. Ethylenisch ungesättigte Dicarbonsäuren sind vorzugsweise die Fumarsäure, Maleinsäure oder Itaconsäure, ferner die Mesaconsäure, Citraconsäure, Glutaconsäure und Methylenmalonsäure. Als Anhydrid dieser Säuren sei insbesondere Maleinsäureanhydrid genannt.
- Als definitionsgemässe Sulfonsäuren kommen beispielsweise Vinylsulfonsäure oder 2-Acrylamido-2-methylpropansulfonsäure in Frage. Vorzugsweise handelt es sich um Monocarbonsäuren mit 3 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen, insbesondere um die Methacrylsäure und vor allem um die Acrylsäure.
- Pfropfpolymerisate von besonderem Interesse enthalten als Stammkette Reste eines Anlagerungsproduktes von 2 bis 40 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol Fettalkohol mit 12 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen und als Seitenketten mindestens 30 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise mindestens 50 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Pfropfpolymerisat, aufgepfropfte Acrylsäure.
- Die Herstellung der Pfropfpolymerisate erfolgt nach an sich bekannten Methoden, wie sie beispielsweise in der europäischen Patentschrift 0,098,803 beschrieben ist.
- Die folgenden Produkte sind Beispiele für die als Stammkette der Komponente (a) verwendeten nichtionogenen Polyalkylenoxidaddukte:

- Anlagerungsprodukt von 6 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol 2-Ethylhexanol;

- Anlagerungsprodukt von 5 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol Hexadecylalkohol;

- Anlagerungsprodukt von 18 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol Oleylalkohol;

- Anlagerungsprodukt von 12 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol Oleinsäure;

- Anlagerungsprodukt von 5 Mol Ethylenoxid und 5 Mol Propylenoxid an 1 Mol Alfol (12-14);

- Anlagerungsprodukt von 7 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol C₉-C₁₃-Oxoalkohol.
- Als Komponente (c) kommen neben den oben beschriebenen nichtionogenen Tensiden noch nichtionogene Alkylenoxidanlagerungsprodukte von 2 bis 200 Mol Alkylenoxid, z.B. Ethylenoxid und/oder Propylenoxid, an 1 Mol eines gegebenenfalls durch Alkyl oder Phenyl substituierten Phenols oder einer Fettsäure mit 8 bis 22 C-Atomen in Betracht. Bevorzugt sind Monoalkohole mit 8 bis 22 C-Atomen.
- Als gegebenenfalls substituierte Phenole eignen sich beispielsweise Phenol, o-Phenylphenol oder Alkylphenole, deren Alkylrest 1 bis 16, vorzugsweise 4 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatome aufweist. Beispiele dieser Alkylphenole sind p-Kresol, Butylphenol, Tributylphenol, Octylphenol, und besonders Nonylphenol.
- Als nichtionogene Tenside seien beispielsweise genannt:
- Anlagerungsprodukte von vorzugsweise 1 bis 30 Mol Alkylenoxiden, insbesondere Ethylenoxid, wobei einzelne Ethylenoxideinheiten durch substituierte Epoxide, wie Styroloxid und/oder Propylenoxid, ersetzt sein können, an höhere ungesättigte oder gesättigte Fettalkohole, Fettsäuren, Fettamine oder Fettamide mit 8 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen oder an Phenylphenol oder Alkylphenole, deren Alkylreste mindestens 4 Kohlenstoffatome aufweisen;
- Alkylenoxid-, insbesondere Ethylenoxid- und/oder Propylenoxid-Kondensationsprodukte;
- Umsetzungsprodukte aus einer 8 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatome aufweisenden Fettsäure und einem primären oder sekundären, mindestens eine Hydroxyniederalkyl- oder Niederalkoxyniederalkylgruppe aufweisenden Amin oder Alkylenoxid-Anlagerungsprodukte dieser hydroxyalkylgruppenhaltigen Umsetzungsprodukte, wobei die Umsetzung so erfolgt, dass das molekulare Mengenverhältnis zwischen Hydroxyalkylamin und Fettsäure 1:1 und grösser als 1, z.B. 1,1:1 bis 2:1 sein kann,
- Anlagerungsprodukte von Propylenoxid an einen drei- bis sechswertigen aliphatischen Alkohol von 3 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, z.B. Glycerin oder Pentaerythrit, wobei die Polypropylenoxidaddukte ein durchschnittliches Molekulargewicht von 250 bis 1800, vorzugsweise 400 bis 900, aufweisen, und
- Ester von Polyalkoholen, insbesondere Mono- oder Diglyceride von Fettsäuren mit 12 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen, z.B. Monoglyceride der Laurin-, Stearin- oder Oelsäure.
- Gut geeignete nichtionogene Tenside sind Anlagerungsprodukte von 2 bis 15 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol Fettalkohol oder Fettsäure mit jeweils 8 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen oder an 1 Mol Alkylphenol mit insgesamt 4 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen im Alkylteil oder Fettsäuredialkanolamide mit 8 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen im Fettsäurerest.
- Als Alkalimetallhydroxide der erfindungsgemässen Komponente (d) kommen das Natrium- und vorzugsweise das Kaliumhydroxid in Betracht.
- Als fakultative Komponente (e) des erfindungsgemässen Waschmittels kommen Entschäumer auf der Basis von Tributylphosphat oder höherer Alkohole, z.B. 2-Ethylhexanol oder Isooctylalkohol in Frage. Es können aber auch solche auf Siliconölbasis oder Alkylendiamine mit Amidgruppen der Formel RCONH-, worin R ein aliphatischer oder cycloaliphatischer Rest, wie z.B. C₉-C₂₃-Alkyl oder Cyclohexyl ist, sowie Silikonöle selbst eingesetzt werden. Weitere Entschäumungsmittel sind aus der GB-A-1 197 776 oder der US-A-4 767 568 bekannt.
- Das erfindungsgemässe Netz- und Waschmittel enthält mit Vorteil, bezogen auf das gesamte Mittel,
4-8 Gew.-% der Komponente (a)
5-10 Gew.-% der Komponente (b)
8-15 Gew.-% der Komponente (c)
4-8 Gew.-% der Komponente (d)
0-5 Gew.-% der Komponente (e) und
ad 100 Gew.-% Wasser. - Die neuen erfindungsgemässen Formulierungen eignen sich besonders als wirksame Netz- und Waschmittel in der Textilvorbehandlung.
- Gegenstand der vorliegenden Anmeldung ist demnach auch ein Verfahren zum Waschen und Benetzen von unbehandelten Textilien. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diese Materialien im wässrigen Medium in Gegenwart eines erfindungsgemässen Netzmittels behandelt.
- Die Einsatzmengen, in denen das erfindungsgemässe Netz- und Waschmittel den Behandlungsflotten zugesetzt wird, betragen zwischen 0,1 und 20, vorzugsweise 0,5 und 10 g pro Liter Behandlungsflotte. Diese Flotte kann noch weitere Zusätze enthalten, z.B. Entschlichtungsmittel, Farbstoffe, optische Aufheller, Kunstharze und Alkalien wie Natriumhydroxid.
- Als Fasermaterialien kommen in Betracht:
Cellulose, insbesondere unvorbehandelte natürliche Cellulose wie z.B. Rohbaumwolle, Hanf, Leinen, Jute, und regenerierte Cellulose wie Zell wolle, Viskose, Azetatreyon, Wolle, Polyamid-, Polyacrylnitril-oder Polyesterfasermaterialien sowie Fasermischungen, z.B. solche aus Polyacrylnitril/Baumwolle oder Polyester/Baumwolle. - Das zu behandelnde Fasermaterial kann in verschiedenartigen Verarbeitungsstufen vorliegen, so z.B. das cellulosehaltige Material als loses Material, Garn, Gewebe oder Gewirke. Hierbei handelt es sich in der Regel stets um textile Fasermaterialien, die aus reinen textilen Cellulosefasern oder aus Gemischen von textilen Cellulosefasern mit textilen Synthesefasern hergestellt werden. Das Fasermaterial kann kontinuierlich oder diskontinuierlich in wässeriger Flotte behandelt werden.
- Die wässerigen Behandlungsflotten können in bekannter Weise auf die Fasermaterialien aufgebracht werden, vorteilhaft durch Imprägnieren am Foulard, wobei die Flottenaufnahme etwa 50 bis 120 Gew.% beträgt. Das Foulardierverfahren kommt insbesondere als Pad-Steam-Verfahren, sowie Pad-Batch-Verfahren zur Anwendung.
- Die Imprägnierung kann bei 20 bis 60°C, vorzugsweise jedoch bei Raumtemperatur, vorgenommen werden. Nach der Imprägnierung wird das Cellulosematerial direkt, d.h. ohne Zwischentrocknung, durch Dämpfen bei 95 bis 120°C, vorzugsweise 98 bis 106°C einer Hitzebehandlung unterworfen, die je nach Art der Hitzeentwicklung und des Temperaturbereiches 30 Sekunden bis 40 Minuten dauern kann. Bei dem Pad-Batch-Verfahren wird die imprägnierte Ware ohne Trocknung aufgerollt und anschliessend gegebenenfalls mit einer Plastikfolie verpackt, und bei Raumtemperatur 1 bis 24 Stunden gelagert.
- Die Behandlung der Fasermaterialien kann aber auch in sogenannten langen Flotten bei einem Flottenverhältnis von z.B. 1:3 bis 1:100, vorzugsweise 1:8 bis 1:25 und bei 20 bis 100, vorzugsweise 80 bis 98°C während etwa 1/4 bis 3 Stunden unter Normalbedingungen, d.h. unter atmosphärischem Druck in üblichen Apparaturen, z.B. einem Jigger, einer Haspelkufe oder Jet erfolgen. Gegebenenfalls kann aber auch die Behandlung bis 150°C, vorzugsweise 105 bis 140°C unter Druck in sogenannten Hochtemperatur-Apparaturen (HT-Apparaturen) durchgeführt werden.
- Anschliessend werden die Fasermaterialien, wenn es das Verfahren verlangt, mit heissem Wasser von etwa 90 bis 98°C und dann mit warmem und zuletzt mit kaltem Wasser gründlich gespült, gegebenenfalls neutralisiert und hierauf vorzugsweise bei erhöhten Temperaturen entwässert und getrocknet.
- Wesentliche Vorteile der erfindungsgemässen Textilhilfsmittel sind neben deren ausgezeichneten Netzwirkung ihre gute Hartwasserbeständigkeit und Schaumarmut bei der Anwendung.
- In den nachfolgenden Beispielen beziehen sich Prozente stets auf das Gewicht.
- Beispiel 1: In einem mit einem Anker-Rührwerk versehenen Planschliffgefäss von 1500 ml werden bei einer Rührgeschwindigkeit von 60 Umdrehungen pro Minute 113 g 50%-ige Kaliumhydroxidlösung in 239 g deionisiertem Wasser vorgelegt. In dieser Lösung werden 157 g des Oligomerengemisches der Formel (2), wobei R₂ Methyl bedeutet, teilweise neutralisiert, wobei die Temperatur auf ca. 55°C ansteigt. Anschliessend werden nacheinander 315 g einer 25 Gew.-%-igen wässrigen Zubereitung eines Polymerisationsproduktes aus dem Anlagerungsprodukt von 1 Mol eines C₁₃-Oxoalkohols an 9 Mol Ethylenoxid und 1 Mol Acrylsäure, 126 g des Anlagerungsproduktes von 4 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol eines C₉-C₁₁-Fettalkohols und 50 g eines Antischaummittels auf der Basis von 2-Ethylhexanol und Silikonöl langsam zugerührt.
Es resultiert eine giessbare, milchige Zubereitung mit einem pH-Wert von 4,5. - Beispiel 2: In einer wie in Beispiel 1 beschriebenen Apparatur werden 113 g einer 50%-igen Kaliumhydroxid-Lösung in 284 g deionisiertem Wasser vorgelegt. In dieser Lösung werden 157 g des Oligomerengemisches der Formel (2), wobei R₂ Methyl ist, teilweise neutralisiert, wobei die Temperatur auf 55°C ansteigt. Anschliessend werden nacheinander 315 g einer 25 Gew.-%-igen wässrigen Zubereitung eines Polymerisationsproduktes aus dem Anlagerungsprodukt von 1 Mol eines C₁₃-Oxoalkohols an 9 Mol Ethylenoxid und 1 Mol Acrylsäure, 125 g des Anlagerungsproduktes von 4 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol eines C₉-C₁₁-Fettalkohols und 5 g einer Silikonölzusammensetzung langsam zugerührt.
Es resultiert eine giessbare, milchige Zubereitung mit einem pH-Wert von 4,5. - Beispiel 3: In einer wie in Beispiel 1 beschriebenen Apparatur werden 113 g einer 50%-igen Kaliumhydroxid-Lösung in 284 g deionisiertem Wasser vorgelegt. In dieser Lösung werden 157 g des Oligomerengemisches der Formel (2), wobei R₂ Methyl bedeutet, teilweise neutralisiert, wobei die Temperatur auf ca. 55°C ansteigt.
Anschliessend werden nacheinander 315 g einer 25 Gew.-%-igen wässrigen Zubereitung eines Polymerisationsproduktes aus dem Anlagerungsprodukt von 1 Mol eines C₁₃-Oxoalkohols an 9 Mol Ethylenoxid und 1 Mol Acrylsäure, 126 g des Anlagerungsproduktes von 5 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol Isotridecylalkohol und 5 g einer Silikonölzusammensetzung langsam zugerührt.
Es resultiert eine giessbare, milchige Zubereitung mit einem pH-Wert von 4,5. - Beispiel 4: In einer wie in Beispiel 1 beschriebenen Apparatur werden 113 g einer 50%igen KOH-Lösung in 239 g deionisiertem Wasser vorgelegt. In diese Lösung werden 157 g eines Oligomerengemisches der Formel (2), wobei R₂ Methyl bedeutet und für 30 % des Gemisches 2 ≦ m₂ ≦ 13 und für 70 % des Gemisches m₂ = 1 ist, eingerührt, wobei die Temperatur auf ca. 60°C ansteigt. Anschliessend werden nacheinander 315 g einer wässrigen Zubereitung eines Polymerisationsproduktes aus dem Anlagerungsprodukt von 1 Mol eines C₁₃-Oxoalkohols an 9 Mol Ethylenoxid und 1 Mol Acrylsäure, 126 g des Anlagerungsproduktes von 4 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol eines C₉/C₁₁-Fettalkohols und 50 g eines Antischaummittels auf der Basis von 2-Ethylhexanol und Silikonöl langsam zugerührt. Es resultiert eine giessbare, milchige Zubereitung mit einem pH-Wert von 4,5.
- Beispiel 5: Man verfährt wie in Beispiel 1 angegeben, legt jedoch die Kaliumhydroxid-Lösung in 189 g Wasser vor und setzt als Antischaummittel 100 g eines Entschäumers bestehend aus 1,65 g N,N'-Ethylen-bis-stearamid, 2 g Magnesiumstearat, 37 g Maleinsäure-bis-2-Ethylhexylester, 37,35 g Paraffinöl (Shelloil L 6189), 11 g eines nichtionogenen Emulgators, z.B. Tween 65® und 11 g eines anionischen Emulgators, z.B. Phospholan PNP9® ein.
- Beispiel 6: Man verfährt wie in Beispiel 5 angegeben, setzt jedoch als Antischaummittel 100 g eines Entschäumers bestehend aus 47 g des Copolymers aus Butylacrylat und Maleinsäure-di-2-ethylhexylester 50:50, 39 g Isopalmitylalkohol, 7 g eines ethoxylierten Polydimethylsiloxans, 3,5 g des Anlagerungsproduktes von 9 Mol Ethylenoxid und 1 Mol Styroloxid an 1 Mol C₁₃-Oxoalkohol und 3,5 g Oelsäure ein.
- Beispiel 7: In einer wie im Beispiel 1 beschriebenen Apparatur werden 113 g einer 50%igen KOH-Lösung in 289 g deionisiertem Wasser vorgelegt. In dieser Lösung werden 157 g eines Oligomerengemisches der Formel (2), wobei R₂ Methyl bedeutet, teilweise neutralisiert, wobei die Temperatur auf ca. 50°C ansteigt. Anschliessend werden nacheinander 315 g einer 25 Gew. -%igen wässrigen Zubereitung des Polymerisationsproduktes aus dem Anlagerungsprodukt von 1 Mol eines C₁₃-Oxoalkohols an 9 Mol Ethylenoxid und 1 Mol Acrylsäure, 126 g des Anlagerungsproduktes von 4 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol eines C₉/C₁₁-Fettalkohols zugerührt. Es entsteht eine giessbare, milchige Zubereitung mit einem pH-Wert von 4,5.
- Beispiel 1: Die entsprechend den Beispielen 1-3 hergestellten Wasch- und Netzmittel werden auf ihr Waschvermögen gegenüber einem Vergleichswaschmittel, das die Komponente (a) und (e) der erfindungsgemässen Zubereitungen nicht enthält, geprüft.
Dazu wird ein mit Russ und Motorenöl künstlich angeschmutztes Mischgewebe aus Polyester und Baumwolle mittels eines AHIBA-Färbeapparates mit Drall 30 Minuten bei 40°C und einem Flottenverhältnis von 1:25 gewaschen. Die Einsatzmenge der entsprechenden Wirksubstanz beträgt 1 g/l. Der pH-Wert wird mit Natronlauge auf 10 eingestellt, die Wasserhärte beträgt 0 bzw. 10° dH.
Nach Beendigung des Waschvorgangs werden die Gewebe einzeln gespült, entwässert und getrocknet.
Anschliessend erfolgt das Ausmessen der Farbdifferenz nach DIN 6174 zwischen den gewaschenen und einer nicht gewaschenen Probe. Das nicht gewaschene Muster erhält die Reflexionszahl 0. Je höher die Reflexionszahl, desto besser ist auch der Wascheffekt.
Die Ergebnisse in der nachfolgenden Tabelle zeigen, dass mit den erfindungsgemässen Zubereitungen bei Verwendung von hartem Wasser (10° dH) deutlich bessere Wascheffekte erzielt werden als mit dem Vergleichswaschmittel.Reflexionszahl 0° dH 10° dH Zubereitung gemäss Beispiel 1 24,1 20,8 Zubereitung gemäss Beispiel 2 23,1 25,1 Zubereitung gemäss Beispiel 3 23,0 21,6 Vergleichswaschmittel 24,1 4,5 - Beispiel 2: Die entsprechend den Beispielen 1-3 hergestellten Zubereitungen werden auf ihr Schaumverhalten gegenüber einem Vergleichswaschmittel, das die Komponente (a) und (e) der erfindungsgemässen Zubereitungen nicht enthält, geprüft.
Dazu werden je 1 g Wirksubstanz der gemäss Beispiel 1-3 hergestellten Zubereitungen auf 1 l deionisiertes Wasser verdünnt und mit Natriumhydroxidlösung auf den pH-Wert 10 eingestellt.
Anschliessend werden sie gemäss DIN 53902 (Schlagschaummethode) auf ihr Schaumverhalten gegenüber dem Vergleichswaschmittel geprüft.
Die Ergebnisse in untenstehender Tabelle zeigen, dass die erfindungsgemässen Zubereitungen gegenüber dem Vergleichswaschmittel ein bedeutend besseres Schaumverhalten zeigen.Schaumhöhe (ml) sofort nach 1 Minute Vergleichswaschmittel 500 480 Zubereitung gemäss Beispiel 1 70 60 Zubereitung gemäss Beispiel 2 70 60 Zubereitung gemäss Beispiel 3 30 20 - Beispiel 3: Ein rohes Baumwollgewebe von 250 g/m² wird mit folgender Zubereitung imprägniert:

Die Flottenaufnahme beträgt 90 %. Nach dieser Behandlung wird 10 Minuten mit Sattdampf bei 101°C gedämpft, heiss und kalt gespült, neutralisiert und getrocknet. Der Reinigungseffekt wird durch die Messung des Weissgrades ermittelt (CIBA-GEIGY-Weissgrad).
Das Rohmaterial weist einen Weissgrad von -65, das durch obige Behandlung gereinigte Material einen solchen von 10 auf. - Beispiel 4: Ein Baumwoll/Polyester-Mischgewebe (67/33) von 200 g/m² wird mit einem Webstuhlschmieröl örtlich beschmutzt und 1 Stunde bei 100°C behandelt (gealtert). Das fleckige Gewebe wird dann während 30 Minuten bei 60°C in einer Waschflotte, die 10 g/l der Zubereitung gemäss Herstellungsbeispiel 1 enthält und auf pH 10 eingestellt ist, gewaschen und anschliessend gespült. Der aufgebrachte und hitzegealterte Oelfleck ist nach dem Waschprozess vollständig entfernt.

- Wässriges, hartwasserbeständiges Netz- und Waschmittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es(a) ein Gemisch aus monomeren und oligomeren Verbindungen, die der Formel
worin Y₁ Wasserstoff oder -CO-T₁, R₁, X₁ und T₁ je Alkyl mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen und m₁ 1 bis 17 bedeuten,(b) ein wasserlösliches oder in Wasser dispergierbares Pfropfpolymerisat, das mindestens 20 Gewichtsprozent, bezogen auf das Pfropfpolymerisat eines hydrophilen, an ein Kohlenstoffatom gebundenen Bestandteils und mindestens einen hydrophoben Rest aufweist, welcher über eine Polyglykoletherkette mit dem hydrophilen Bestandteil verbunden ist, wobei die Polyglykoletherkette 2 bis 200(c) ein nichtionogenes Tensid,(d) ein Alkalimetallhydroxidund gegebenenfalls(e) ein Antischaummittelenthält. - Netzmittel gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Komponente (b) ein Pfropfpolymerisat ist, das in der Stammkette einen Rest eines anionischen, kationischen, amphoteren oder nichtionogenen Polyalkylenoxidadduktes, welches einen hydrophoben Rest enthält, und an einzelne Kohlenstoffatome der Stammkette Seitenketten von Strukturelementen aufgepfropft enthält, die aus einer ethylenisch ungesättigten polymerisierbaren Sulfonsäure oder Carbonsäure oder deren Anhydrid entstammen.
- Netzmittel gemäss Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stammkette aus einem Rest eines Anlagerungsproduktes von 2 bis 200 Mol Alkylenoxid an 1 Mol eines aliphatischen Monoalkohols mit mindestens 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, eines 3- bis 6-wertigen aliphatischen Alkohols oder einer Fettsäure mit 8 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen besteht.
- Netzmittel gemäss einem der Ansprüche 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stammkette aus einem Rest eines Anlagerungsproduktes von 2 bis 40 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol Fettalkohol mit 12 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen besteht.
- Netzmittel gemäss einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komponente (b) in den Seitenketten als aufgepfropfte Monomere Monocarbonsäuren mit 3 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen enthält.
- Netzmittel gemäss Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komponente (b) in den Seitenketten Acrylsäure aufgepfropft enthält.
- Netzmittel gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Komponente d) Kaliumhydroxid enthält.
- Netzmittel gemäss der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es, bezogen auf das Mittel
4-8 Gew.-% der Komponente (a)
5-10 Gew.-% der Komponente (b)
8-15 Gew.-% der Komponente (c)
4-8 Gew.-% der Komponente (d)
0-5 Gew.-% der Komponente (e) und
ad 100 Gew.-% Wasser enthält. - Verwendung des Netzmittels gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 als Netz- und Waschmittel in der Textilvorbehandlung.
- Verfahren zum Waschen von unbehandelten Textilien, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diese Materialien in wässrigem Medium in Gegenwart eines Netzmittels behandelt, das(a) ein Gemisch aus monomeren und oligomeren Verbindungen, die der Formel
worin Y₁ Wasserstoff oder -CO-T₁, R₁, X₁ und T₁ je Alkyl mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen und m₁ 1 bis 17 bedeuten,(b) ein wasserlösliches oder in Wasser dispergierbares Pfropfpolymerisat, das mindestens 20 Gewichtsprozent, bezogen auf das Pfropfpolymerisat eines hydrophilen, an ein Kohlenstoffatom gebundenen Bestandteils und mindestens einen hydrophoben Rest aufweist, welcher über eine Polyglykoletherkette mit dem hydrophilen Bestandteil verbunden ist, wobei die Polyglykoletherkette 2 bis 200(c) ein nichtionogenes Tensid,(d) ein Alkalimetallhydroxidund gegebenenfalls(e) ein Antischaummittelenthält. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das Netzmittel in einer Menge von 0,1 bis 20 g, vorzugsweise 0,5 bis 10 g pro Liter Flotte einsetzt.
