Abstract

Tragepackung mit einer allseitig verschlossenen Ummantelung aus Kunststoffolie und mit einem Handgriff zum Tragen der Packung, wobei der Handgriff (5) doppellagig ausgebildet ist, an seinem der Oberwand der Packung (1) zugekehrten Ende eine Faltlinie (6) aufweist und im Bereich dieser Faltlinie mit der Oberwand verschweißt ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Tragepackung mit einer allseitig verschlossenen Ummantelung aus Kunststoffolie und mit einem Handgriff zum Tragen der Packung.
  • Bei den bekannten Tragepackungen dieser Art ist der Hand­griff entweder an den Seitenwänden der Tragepackung ange­formt oder angeschweißt. Dies ist entweder sehr materialauf­wendig oder für das Aussehen und die werbliche Nutzung der Seitenwände nicht sehr vorteilhaft.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Tragepackung der genannten Art zu schaffen, bei der die geschilderten Nachteile vermieden sind und trotzdem eine einwandfreie Funktion des Handgriffes gewährleistet ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der Handgriff doppellagig ausgebildet ist, an seinem der Ober­wand der Packung zugekehrten Ende eine Faltlinie aufweist und im Bereich dieser Faltlinie mit der Oberwand verschweißt ist.
    Der Handgriff hat damit lediglich Kontakt mit der Oberwand der Packung, und die Seitenwände sind völlig frei. Trotzdem hat der Handgriff über die Verschweißung eine sehr gute Verbindung zur Tragepackung.
  • Sehr vorteilhaft ist es auch, wenn erfindungsgemäß die den Handgriff mit der Tragepackung verbindende Schweißnaht wenigstens annähernd über die gesamte Länge der Oberwand verläuft.
  • Damit ist erreicht, daß der Handgriff ausreichend fest verankert ist und sich die Tragepackung im Bereich der Oberwand unter der Tragebelastung nicht verformt.
  • Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt darin, daß der Handgriff in seinem Mittelabschnitt wenigsten annähernd über die ganze Breite der Oberwand reicht.
  • Damit ist der Handgriff genügend groß, um beiderseits der Schweißnaht je ein Griffloch anordnen zu können, das eben­falls genügend groß ist.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungs­beispiels veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 ein Schaubild einer teilweise dargestellten Trage­packung mit flach auf deren Oberwand aufliegendem Handgriff und
    • Fig. 2 ebenfalls ein Schaubild der teilweise dargestell­ten Tragepackung mit hochgestelltem Handgriff.
  • Mit 1 ist in Fig. 1 eine Tragepackung bezeichnet, die zwei Seitenwände 2, zwei Stirnwände 3, einen nicht dargestellten Boden sowie eine Oberwand 4 aufweist, die aus einer Kunst­stoffolie bestehen und durch Faltlinien bzw. Siegelnähte mit einander verbunden sind. Die Trgepackung ist damit allseitig verschlossen und gibt dem verpackten Inhalt einen sehr guten Schutz. Auf der Oberwand 4 liegt ein Handgriff 5, der symme­trisch zu einer Mittellinie 6 ausgebildet ist und entlang dieser Mittellinie mit der Oberwand 4 verschweißt ist. Die so gebildete Schweißnaht 7 verläuft - genauso wie der Hand­griff 5 - über die gesamte Länge der Oberwand 4. In seinem Mittelabschnitt ist der Handgriff 5 mit zwei Grifföffnungen 8 versehen und reicht über die ganze Breite der Oberwand 4, wodurch für die Grifföffnungen ein genügend großer Platz zur Verfügung steht.
  • In Fig. 2 ist der Handgriff 5 in seine Gebrauchslage hochge­klappt, wodurch er leicht erfaßbar ist.

Claims (4)

1. Tragepackung mit einer allseitig verschlossenen Ummantelung aus Kunststoffolie und mit einem Handgriff zum Tragen der Packung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Handgriff (5) doppellagig ausgebildet ist, an seinem der Oberwand (4) der Packung (1) zugekehrten Ende eine Faltlinie (6) aufweist und im Bereich dieser Faltlinie (6) mit der Oberwand verschweißt ist.
2. Tragepackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Handgriff (5) mit der Tragepackung (1) verbindende Schweißnaht (7) wenigstens annähernd über die gesamte Länge der Oberwand (4) verläuft.
3. Tragepackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Handgriff (5) in seinem Mittelabschnitt wenigstens annähernd über die ganze Breite der Oberwand (4) reicht.
4. Tragepackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, da­durch gekennzeichnet, daß der Handgriff (5) beiderseits der Schweißnaht (7) je ein Griffloch (8) aufweist.
