Claims (18)
- Dispositif pour la disposition de pipettes en pointe stérilisées (36, 120), étant constitué par- un récipient pouvant être passé à l'autoclave plusieurs fois (10, 100),- une plaque perforée (38, 118) garnie de pipettes en pointe (36, 120) fabriquée dans une matière pouvant être passée à l'autoclave plusieurs fois, qui est disposée, de manière amovible, dans le récipient (10, 100), les orifices (42, 130) qui servent à la réception des pipettes en pointe (36, 120), étant différenciés dans la plaque perforée (38, 118), et- une pluralité de boîtes pliantes (60, 134), une boîte pliante (60, 134) contenant dans le récipient (10, 100) une plaque perforée (38, 118) garnie de pipettes en pointe (36, 120) destinée à remplacer, après consommation des pipettes en pointe (36, 120), la plaque perforée vide (38, 118).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la plaque perforée (118) présente un corps de plaque plan (126) au tracé essentiellement rectangulaire dont une arête marginale (128) s'en écarte vers le bas, et chevauche extérieurement deux parois latérales (138) opposées l'une à l'autre de la boîte pliante (134) de forme essentiellement parallélépipédique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'arête marginale (128) fait tout le tour, et en ce que dans la zone angulaire supérieure des parois latérales (138) chevauchées sont prévues des fentes latérales (146), dans lesquelles s'adapte l'arête (128).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la plaque perforée (118) est raidie au moyen de nervures (122) qui s'étendent de préférence dans un cadre carré, parallèlement aux faces de la plaque perforée (118) et, en ce que les parois latérales (138) de la boîte pliante (134) chevauchées par l'arête marginale (128) sont munies de fentes (148) qui partent du bord supérieur, dans lesquelles s'adaptent les nervures (122).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les bords des fentes (146, 148) présente un biais facilitant le montage de la plaque perforée (118).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le fond de la boîte pliante (60, 134) est ouvert ou fermé.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la boîte pliante (134) présente un couvercle rabattable (140) divisé de préférence par une perforation (150) et recouvrant à distance la plaque perforée (118).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle rabattable (140) présente une languette (142) qui est insérable entre la plaque perforée (118) et une paroi latérale (136) de la boîte pliante (134), languette qui fait saillie, vers le bas, au-dessus de l'arête marginale (128) de la plaque perforée (118) et est dégagée au niveau de son bord latéral, en formant, dans le but de limiter la profondeur d'insertion de la languette (142), une butée (154) qui touche le fond de la fente latérale (146).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications de 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que, dans la paroi latérale (136), est prévu, devant la languette (142), un creux (152) ouvert en haut pour le doigt .
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la plaque perforée (38) est reliée fixement à un support portant le corps de plaque, le support étant réalisé dans une matière pouvant être passée à l'autoclave.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le support et la plaque perforée (38) sont fabriqués en une seule pièce, en matière plastique, en particulier du polypropylène ou du polycarbonate.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la plaque perforée (38) dépasse latéralement de son support sur au moins une partie de sa périphérie.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications de 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que, sur la paroi latérale de la plaque perforée (38), un ou plusieurs éléments d'arrêt sont réalisés, en particulier, sous la forme de boutons, de cannelures et similaires.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications de 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que dans la zone du bord de la plaque perforée (38), est moulée au moins une languette (58) dressée vers le haut.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications de 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le support se compose de quatre pieds (40) se trouvant aux angles de la plaque perforée (38).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications de 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que la plaque perforée (38) présentent des orifices (42) se terminant en cône vers le bas.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications de 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie des orifices (42) est limitée par des appendices coniques (44) moulés dans le bas de la plaque perforée.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications de 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que les pieds (40) sont rattachés autour des orifices (42) se trouvant aux angles de la plaque perforée (38) et présentent un espace creux (52) approprié pour la réception d'une pipette en pointe (54).
