Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Küchen-Dunstabzugshaube mit einem Auszugsteil, einem Haubenteil und einem Filterteil mit Filter wobei der Auszugsteil mit dem Filterteil beweglich verbunden ist und der Auszugsteil in der ausgezogenen Lage den Haubenteil seitlich überragt. Bei bisher bekannten, in Küchen oberhalb der Kochstelle angeordneten Dunstabzugshauben ist der Filter überwiegend liegend angeordnet und zur Vergrösserung des Wirkungsbereiches ist ein ausziehbarer Dunstauffangteil vorhanden. Unbefriedigend ist dabei der geringe Ueberdeckungsgrad der Kochstelle zum Auffangen des anfallenden Dunstes.
  • Aus der EP-A-0017790 ist eine Dunstabzugshaube bekannt, welche einen um eine horizontale Achse ausschwenkbaren Filterteil aufweist, mit welchem in der ausgeschwenkten Lage eine bessere Erfassung der Kochdünste angestrebt wird. Zur Ueberbrückung des bei ausgeschwenktem Filterteil zum Saugraum gebildeten Spalt ist eine schwenkbare Klappe vorhanden.
  • Mit der Erfindung soll die Aufgabe gelöst werden, eine Küchen-Dunstabzugshaube zu schaffen, welche die von der Kochstelle aufsteigenden Dünste möglichst weitgehend erfasst, sich dabei nahe der Kochstelle befinden kann, ohne dass dies im Nichtgebrauchszustand der Dunstabzugshaube störend ist.
  • Die Erfindung mit der diese Aufgabe gelöst wird, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein als Filtergehäuse ausgebildeter Filterteil im Haubenteil vertikal beweglich gelagert ist, der Auszugsteil als Auszugsschieber ausgebildet und nach unten gewölbt in gewölbten Führungen im Haubenteil geführt ist, wobei bei ausgezogenem Auszugsschieber das Filtergehäuse den Haubenteil unten überragt unter Bildung eines domartigen Stauraumes und das Filtergehäuse im eingeschobenen Zustand des Auszugschiebers im Haubenteil versenkt ist.
  • Dadurch lässt sich eine weitgehende Ueberdeckung der Kochstelle durch Bildung eines domartigen Stauraumes erreichen, da sich das Filtergehäuse nahe an die Dunstquelle (Kochpfannen) heranführen lässt. Dadurch wird nur ein geringer Fremdluftanteil mit eingesaugt, was eine Verminderung der Ventilatorleistung, beispielsweise durch Drehzahlreduktion und damit Geräuschverminderung ermöglicht. Im Nichgebrauchszustand wird das Filtergehäuse im Haubenteil versenkt und tritt dadurch nicht in Erscheinung, was auch vom aesthetischen Standpunkt aus eine ansprechende Gestaltung der Kastenfront einer Küche erlaubt.
  • In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigen:

  • Die Dunstabzugshaube ist zum Einbau in Küchen oberhalb des Kochherdes bestimmt und wird oben an ein Abzugsrohr angeschlossen. Oberhalb eines Haubenteiles 2 befindet sich ein Ventilatorgehäuse 11, in welchem vorzugsweise zwei gegenläufig motorisch angetriebene Ventilatorräder 12 angeordnet sind. Darüber befindet sich ein elektrischer Schaltkasten und ein Rohranschluss-Stück 13.
  • Im Innern des unten offenen Haubenteiles 2 sitzt ein im Querschnitt dreieckförmiges Filtergehäuse 6, das in Vertikalrichtung beweglich gelagert ist. In der Rückwand 14 des Filtergehäuses 6 ist beidseitig an einer Befestigungsstelle 9 je eine Gelenkstange 8 festgemacht. Das untere Ende jeder der beiden Gelenkstangen 8 ist an einem Auszugsschieber 3 angelenkt. Im eingeschobenen Zustand dieses Auszugsschiebers 3 verlaufen die beiden Gelenkstangen 8 vertikal oder angenähert vertikal. Bei herausgezogenem Auszugsschieber 3 ― gemäss Fig. 2 ― ziehen diese beiden Gelenkstangen 8 das Filtergehäuse vertikal nach unten, wobei die Gelenkstangen 8 in dieser Auszugs-Endlage einen Winkel zur Horizontalen von 25-40°, vorzugsweise etwa 30° einnehmen. Das Filtergehäuse 6 wird gemäss Fig. 3 durch zwei ineinandergreifende profilierte Führungsschienen 16, 17 in Vertikalrichtung geführt, wobei diese Führungsschienen 16, 17 je an den seitlichen Endbereichen des Filtergehäuses 6 angeordnet sind. Die eine Schiene 17 ist über eine Zwischenlage 18 an der Rückwand des Filtergehäuses 6 befestigt und die andere Schiene 16 ist über eine Zwischenlage 15 an der Vertikalwand 20 des Haubenteiles 2 festgemacht. Zwischen den beiden Schienen 16, 17 könnten zur Reibungsverminderung auch Kugeln angeordnet werden, d.h. die Führungsschienen lassen sich auch als Kugelschienen ausbilden.
  • Der Auszugsschieber 3 ist unten gewölbt und wird in gewölbten Führungsschienen 16 im Haubenteil 2 geführt. Die vordere Griffleiste 4 dieses Auszugsschiebers 3 dient als Handgriff zum Herausziehen bzw. Einschieben. Diese Griffleiste ist vorzugsweise auswechselbar ausgebildet. Sie kann seitlich auch die elektrischen Steuerelemente wie Drehzahlregler, Lichtschalter od.dgl. aufnehmen. Der Auszugsschieber 3 ist mit einer gewölbten, auswechselbar gehaltenen Glas- oder Kunststoffscheibe 5 versehen, die bei ausgezogenem Auszugsschieber 3 eine gute Sicht auf die darunter befindliche Kochstelle ermöglicht.
  • Im Filtergehäuse 6 sind an den beiden Seitenflächen Dunstansaugschlitze 7 vorhanden. Ein erster Filter 22 ― der vorzugsweise als metallischer Labyrinth-Filter ausgebildet ist ― verläuft parallel zur schrägen Vorderfläche 18 des Filtergehäuses 6. Dieser Labyrith-Filter enthält eine Mehrzahl zueinander parallel verlaufende Schlitze 24 in einem vorderenund im Abstand zu diesem angeordneten hinteren Blech, dessen Schlitze versetzt angeordnet sind. Allfälliges Kondensat sammelt sich in den einwärts gebördelten Rändern im Zwischenraum zwischen den beiden Blechen. Zum Reinigen lassen sich diese beiden Bleche herausnehmen und trennen.
  • Ein zweiter Filter befindet sich im Abstand hinter dem Labyrinth-Filter 22, der entweder schräg oder vertikal im Filtergehäuse 6 gehalten sein kann. Dieser zweite Filter kann entweder ein Metallgewebefilter oder ein vliesartiger Wegwerffilter sein.
  • Bei ausgezogenem Auszugsschieber 3 ergibt sich über der Kochstelle eine domartige Ueberdeckung, welche den anfallenden Kochdunst auffängt und durch den von den Ventilatoren 12 erzeugten Luftzug den Filtern zuführt. Bei richtig gewählter Drehzahl der Ventilatoren wird das Glas nicht beschlagen.
  • Bei eingeschobenem Auszugsschieber ist das Filtergehäuse 6 in der Haube 2 versenkt und ist bei Blickrichtung von vorn nicht mehr sichtbar. Dadurch wird im Nichtgebrauchszustand eine aesthetisch ansprechende Gestaltung der Kastenfront erreicht.
  • Ferner ist es möglich, den Filterteil statt linear höhenverstellbar auszuführen, diesen schwenkbar auszubilden, wobei in der Nähe der vordern Kante eine horizontale Schwenkachse vorgesehen wird. Der rückseitige Bereich des Filterteiles müsste dann bogenförmig geformt sein. Die Schwenkbewegung kann ebenfalls über ein mit dem Auszugsschieber schwenkbar verbundenes Gestänge erfolgen.

Claims (8)

1. Küchen-Dunstabzugshaube mit einem Auszugsteil (3), einem Haubenteil (2) und einem Filterteil (6) mit Filter (22), wobei der Auszugsteil (3) mit dem Filterteil (6) beweglich verbunden ist, der Auszugsteil (3) in der ausgezogenen Lage den Haubenteil (2) seitlich überragt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein als Filtergehäuse (6) ausgebildeter Filterteil im Haubenteil (2) vertikal beweglich gelagert ist, der Auszugsteil als Auszugsschieber (3) ausgebildet und nach unten gewölbt in gewölbten Führungen (16) im Haubenteil (2) geführt ist, wobei bei ausgezogenem Auszugsschieber (3) das Filtergehäuse (6) den Haubenteil (2) unten überragt unter Bildung eines domartigen Stauraumes und das Filtergehäuse (6) im eingeschobenen Zustand des Auszugsschiebers (3) im Haubenteil (2) versenkt ist.
2. Dunstabzugshaube nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass im Auszugsschieber (3) eine gewölbte, wegnehmbar eingesetzte klare Glas- oder Kunststoffscheibe (5) eingesetzt ist.
3. Dunstabzugshaube nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auszugsschieber (3) beidseitig je durch eine Gelenkstange (8) mit dem in Vertikalrichtung linear beweglichen Filtergehäuse (6) verbunden ist.
4. Dunstabzugshaube nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass je der obere Anlenkpunkt (9) der Gelenkstange (8) bei eingeschobenem Auszugsschieber (3) das Filtergehäuse (6) etwa um Absenkhöhe des Filtergehäuses nach oben überragt und je der untere Gelenkpunkt (10) mit dem darunter liegenden hintern Teil des Auszugsschiebers (3) gelenkig verbunden ist.
5. Dunstabzugshaube nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Filtergehäuse (6) in geradlinigen Führungsschienen höhenverstellbar geführt ist.
6. Dunstabzugshaube nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Filtergehäuse (6) im Querschnitt dreieckförmig ausgebildet ist und mindestens ein Filter (22) parallel zur Schrägfläche des Filtergehäuses (8) in diesem eingebaut ist.
7. Dunstabzugshaube nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorderste Filter (22) als metallischer Labyrinth-Filter ausgebildet ist, der eine Neigung zur Horizontalen von 25-40°, vorzugsweise etwas 30° hat.
8. Dunstabzugshaube nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Innern des Filtergehäuses (6) zwei hintereinander angeordnete, unterschiedliche Filterarten eingebaut sind.
