Definitions

  • the invention relates to a spray device with a container for the fluid to be sprayed and with a spray head arranged on the container for spraying the fluid.
  • Spray bones of this type are known in practice. Their containers are each formed as a closed container, which is filled with the fluid to be sprayed through a filling opening formed in a bottle-neck-like extension and then the spray head is screwed onto the extension.
  • Refilling these known sprayers has several disadvantages. For example, when filling, there is a risk of the liquid spilling or overflowing, so that the container, the support supporting it or the hands of the user are soiled. Depending on their smell or composition, the filling of volatile liquids can be unpleasant or even harmful to health. Liquids or their deposits that should not come into contact with one another cannot be sprayed with a single sprayer without intermediate cleaning. If, for example, the need arises to spray another fluid on a still partially filled spray device, then it is necessary either to pour away the fluid still in the container or to pour it into another container for reuse or use a second sprayer. This is also very disadvantageous, in particular in commercial applications, for example in nurseries where a large number of different liquids and a corresponding number of filled sprayers must be kept available at all times.
  • the container comprises a refill bag for receiving the fluid and a holder device for detachably holding the refill bag, and that the spray head is attached to the holder device and is connected to the interior of the refill bag via a connection device.
  • the refill bag for example filled with fluid by the manufacturer, is simply inserted into the holding device, held and connected to the spray head by means of the connecting device.
  • the refill bag, the connection device and the spray head can of course also be produced as a unit, purchased by the user and inserted into the holder device.
  • the sprayer when the sprayer is refilled, there is no risk of contamination from spilled or overflowing liquids, and none unpleasant smells more.
  • the refill bag is only partially emptied, it can be exchanged for a refill bag filled with another fluid at any time and used again later.
  • the refill bag is preferably designed as a stand-up pouch.
  • a particularly simple construction of the spraying device results if the refill bag is held on the holding device by means of the connection device and the spray head. In this way, the refill bag can be held in the vertical and in the lateral direction, and any pendulum movements of the refill bag that may occur can be avoided by an additional connecting device with the holding device.
  • the refill bag is supported on a support base of the holding device.
  • the attachment of the refill bag by means of the connection device and the spray head is only used for lateral support.
  • the refill bag is advantageously held laterally by means of a supporting wall of the holding device.
  • the mounting device is an essentially U-shaped mounting bracket with an essentially vertical handle as a web and that at its lower end attached support base and a head part arranged at its upper end formed as a leg.
  • the support wall can be designed as an edge flange surrounding the support base on its upper side facing the head part.
  • the spray head is preferably attached to the head part of the mounting device.
  • the attachment can be unsolvable, but also releasable. In the latter case, the refill bag, the connection device and the spray head can be used as a unit in the holder device.
  • the holding device is designed as a container provided with an upper opening, with its base as a support base and its wall as a support wall.
  • the upper opening can serve as an insertion opening for the refill bag or the unit consisting of refill bag, connection device and spray head and as a passage opening for the connection device.
  • the container can also have an additional opening as an insertion opening for inserting the refill bag.
  • the container essentially in the shape of a bottle with a flat neck surrounding the upper opening as a passage opening for the connection device as a head part.
  • the insertion opening can be formed in the wall of the container.
  • Closure is releasably closed.
  • the closure is preferably designed as a closure flap pivotably articulated on the container wall or on the container bottom.
  • the connecting device is advantageously detachably connected to the spray head.
  • the spray head can be designed as a one-piece component of the mounting device. It is also possible that the connection device is detachably connected to the refill bag.
  • connection device advantageously comprises a connection tube connected with its upper end to the spray head and with its lower end projecting into the refill bag.
  • the refill bag can have a weak point through which connecting tubes are pushed for the purpose of being introduced into the interior of the refill bag. If, however, the connecting tube is connected in one piece to the refill bag, its upper end is simply cut off and connected to the spray head.
  • the refill bag preferably includes an opening for receiving the connection device. This opening is closed in the case of the non-one-piece design of the refill bag with the connection device and is opened before the latter is inserted into the former.
  • the opening is formed in a nozzle attached to the refill bag.
  • the nozzle and the connection device can be by means of a screw connection.
  • the connector and the connection device are designed as a plug connection.
  • the connecting piece can have a sealing material for tightly receiving the connection device.
  • 1 and 2 comprises a holding device to be described, a refill bag 1 designed as a stand-up pouch, a conventionally designed spray head 2 and a connection device 3.
  • the mounting device is designed as a U-shaped mounting bracket 4 with a substantially vertical handle 5 as a web and a support base 6 attached at its lower end and a head part 7 arranged at its upper end as a leg.
  • the spray head 2 is attached to the end of the head part 7 facing away from the handle 5.
  • the refill bag 1 is supported on the support base 6 and in the lateral direction by a support wall 8 supported, which is designed as an edge flange 8, which surrounds the support base 6 on its upper side facing the head part 7.
  • connection device 3 is designed as a connection tube 3, which is connected with its upper end to the spray head 2 and projects with its lower end through an opening in the refill bag 1 into the interior thereof.
  • the opening is arranged in a nozzle 9 which is formed in the upper region of the refill bag 1 and surrounds the connecting tube 3 in a sealing manner.
  • Socket 9 and connecting tube 3 represent a detachable plug connection, which simultaneously takes over the lateral mounting of the upper part of the refill bag 1.
  • the holding device is designed as an essentially bottle-shaped container 10 with its Bottom formed as a support base 6 and its wall as a support wall 8 for the refill bag 1.
  • the bottle neck 7 of the container 10 represents the head part of the holding device and surrounds a passage opening 11 for the connection device 3.
  • the spray head 2 is detachably attached to the head part 7 by means of a screw connection 12.
  • An insertion opening 13 for inserting the refill bag 1 is formed in the wall 8 of the container 10. This insertion opening 13 is releasably closed by a closure flap 14 which is pivotally articulated on the container bottom 6.
  • the spray head 2 is carried out by loosening the screw connection 12 and lifting the spray head 2 from the bottle neck 7 and pulling the connecting tube 3 out of the nozzle 9 and the passage opening 11.
  • the insertion opening is then opened by folding down the closure flap 14 and the emptied refill bag 1 is pulled out of the container 10.
  • a new, filled refill bag 1 is inserted after removing the sealing film, not shown, from the nozzle 9 through the insertion opening 13 into the container 10, the spray head 2 is placed on the bottle neck 7 and the connecting tube through the opening 11 and the opening in the nozzle 9 in introduced the inside of the refill bag 1.
  • the socket 9 can be grasped and aligned with the connecting tube 3 in order to facilitate the insertion of the latter into the opening in the former.
  • the spray head 2 is pushed down until it is placed on the bottle neck 7 and fastened to it by means of the screw connection 12.
  • the position shown in FIG. 2 has been reached, the insertion opening 13 is closed by folding up the flap 14.
  • the sprayer is ready for use.
