Abstract

Le procédé décrit sert à acheminer une bande primaire de laine minérale sur un transporteur de réception. A cet effet, on utilise un transporteur à pendule. Afin d'obtenir une bonne qualité ainsi que l'aptitude désirée, la bande primaire doit être fine et la vitesse de sortie élevée, ce qui occasionne des problèmes de fixation de la bande primaire dans la bande déjà acheminée et de bouclage des bords de la bande acheminée. Selon la présente invention, on résout ces problèmes en choisissant la trajectoire et la vitesse de déplacement de l'extrémité de sortie (10) du transporteur de réception (2) de sorte que ladite trajectoire comprenne une partie centrale (B1) ayant une vitesse constante, qui est égale ou qui est presque égale à la vitesse de sortie de la bande primaire, et une partie extrême (B2) ayant une vitesse de freinage ou d'accélération, respectivement. De cette façon, l'extrémité de sortie peut se déplacer près du transporteur de réception et être rapidement fixée dans le lit, pendant que le pendule permet la création d'un espace approprié dans les positions extrêmes pour la boucle de bord, laquelle est également rapidement fixée dans le lit et forme un bord uniforme. La présente invention se rapporte également à un dispositif de mise en oeuvre dudit procédé.

Claims (9)

1. Procédé d'acheminement d'une mince bande primaire de laine minérale non traitée, imprégnée d'un liant, formée en zig-zag sur un transporteur de réception (4) au moyen d'un transporteur oscillant (2) disposé au-dessus du transporteur de réception, ledit transporteur oscillant se balançant dans un plan perpendiculaire à la direction du mouvement du transporteur de réception, dans lequel
   la vitesse du transporteur de réception est inférieure à la vitesse à laquelle la bande primaire est acheminée,
   le mouvement de balancement du transporteur oscillant (2) est commandé à une vitesse constante au milieu du déplacement de balancement et à une vitesse de retardement et d'accélération respectives dans les parties d'extrémité du déplacement de balancement, et
   l'extrémité de sortie (10) du transporteur oscillant est, avant l'inversion du sens du mouvement oscillant, relevée par rapport au transporteur de réception (4) et est abaissée après l'inversion, sensiblement au cours de la même partie, lors du trajet de retour,
   caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité de sortie (10) du transporteur oscillant parcourt au moins 30% et au plus 60%, de préférence 50%, de la course d'oscillation suivant un mouvement à vitesse constante, et
   en ce que la vitesse constante est sensiblement la même que la vitesse d'acheminement de la bande primaire.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité de sortie (10) du transporteur oscillant se déplace à une hauteur constante au-dessus du transporteur de réception (4) pendant au moins une partie, de préférence pendant la totalité, du mouvement du transporteur oscillant à vitesse constante.
3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le levage et l'abaissement de l'extrémité de sortie (10) du transporteur oscillant a lieu suivant un parcours incurvé, de préférence suivant un parcours incurvé circulaire.
4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le trajet de déplacement de l'extrémité de sortie (10) du transporteur oscillant est déterminé par un organe de guidage.
5. Dispositif pour acheminer une mince bande primaire de laine minérale non traitée, imprégnée d'un liant, formée en zig-zag sur un transporteur de réception (4), comportant :
   un transporteur oscillant (2) disposé au-dessus du transporteur de réception (4) et se balançant dans un plan perpendiculaire à la direction du mouvement du transporteur de réception, la bande primaire étant acheminée à partir de l'extrémité inférieure (10) du transporteur oscillant sur le transporteur de réception, la vitesse du mouvement de celui-ci étant inférieure à la vitesse d'acheminement de la bande primaire, la bande primaire étant ainsi déposée sur le transporteur de réception en plis qui se chevauchent, ce qui provoque la formation d'une bande secondaire d'épaisseur désirée,
   des moyens de commande de balancement (D ; 5) constitués d'une bielle (6) associée à une extrémité au transporteur oscillant (2) et à l'autre extrémité à une chaîne de commande sans fin se déplaçant sur deux roues à chaîne coplanaires et horizontales (5a, 5b), espacées, ayant sensiblement la même grandeur,
   des moyens pour communiquer à l'extrémité de sortie (10) du transporteur oscillant un mouvement de levage pendant au moins la partie terminale de la course d'oscillation (avant la position de renversement) et un mouvement d'abaissement pendant la partie correspondante de la course d'oscillation après la position de renversement,
   caractérisé en ce
   que la relation entre le diamètre des roues de commande (5a, 5b) et la distance (b1) de ces roues de commande est déterminée de manière que le mouvement de l'extrémité (T) de la bielle sur l'une des deux parties horizontales (b1) du trajet de la chaîne de commande corresponde, dans le mouvement d'oscillation, à au moins 30% et au plus 60%, de préférence à 50%, de la totalité de la course d'oscillation, ce qui donne une vitesse de mouvement constante à l'extrémité de sortie (10) du transporteur oscillant pendant la même partie, symétriquement, au milieu de la course et
   la vitesse de rotation des roues de commande (5a, 5b) est déterminée de manière que la vitesse constante de l'extrémité de sortie du transporteur oscillant au milieu de la course soit sensiblement la même que la vitesse de sortie de la bande primaire.
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'axe d'oscillation (22) du transporteur oscillant (2) est constitué pour être réglable verticalement afin de permettre à l'extrémité de sortie (10) de se déplacer suivant un trajet de mouvement horizontal.
7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité inférieure d'un bras oscillant (20) est montée dans des paliers d'appui à l'extérieur du transporteur oscillant sur l'axe médian du mouvement oscillant et en ce que son extrémité supérieure est montée sur des appuis à fourche ou d'autres appuis du transporteur oscillant (2) avec un degré de liberté de mouvement tel que le transporteur oscillant puisse effectuer une oscillation complète, quelle que soit la longueur du bras (20).
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une butée d'arrêt (23) est disposée pour arrêter le mouvement vertical de l'axe d'oscillation (22) quand le transporteur oscillant (2) passe dans un mouvement d'oscillation libre.
9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un galet (7) ou un élément de roulement ou de glissement similaire est disposé sur le transporteur oscillant (2), de manière que lorsque cet élément est en contact avec un organe de guidage (9), et au cours du mouvement d'oscillation, il communique le trajet de mouvement désiré à l'extrémité de sortie (10) du transporteur oscillant (2).
