Claims (3)

1. Rahmen-Spannvorrichtung (1) mit einem Aufbau (2) für die Aufnahme der Rahmen (1), einer Einrichtung (3) zum Einspannen der horizontalen Begrenzungen der Rahmen und einer Einrichtung (4) zum Einspannen der vertikalen Begrenzungen der Rahmen, die durch einen beweglich auf den oberen Längsträger (5) des Aufbaues (2) angebrachten Arm gebildet und mit einer Vorrichtung (6) zum Blockieren in Arbeitsstellung versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (6) hängend arbeitet und mit zwei Anschlägen (6′ und 6˝) gebildet ist, wovon der eine (6′) auf der dem Rahmen (1) zugekehrten Seite des Armes (4) oberhalb des oberen Längsträgers ö (5) des Aufbaues (2) und der andere (6˝) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Armes (4) unterhalb des oberen Längsträgers (5) des Aufbaues (2) angebracht ist, daß der Arm (4), der die Einrichtung zum Einspannen der vertikalen Begrenzungen der Rahmen (1) bildet, mit einer auf dem Längsträger (5) rollenden Tragvorrichtung fest verbunden ist, die mit zwei Laufrädern (7) ausgerüstet ist, deren Seitenteile den Längsträger (5) einfassen, wobei die Tragvorrichtung einerseits aus einem mit dem oberen Ende des Armes (4) fest verbundenen und die Laufräder (7) tragenden horizontalen Element (8) gebildet ist, und andererseits aus einer den freien Außenteil des Elementes (8) mit dem Arm (4) deutlich in seiner unteren Hälfte verbindenden Spannstrebe (9) gebildet ist, und daß die Laufräder (7) der Tragvorrichtung an dem horizontalen Element (8) mit einem Höhenversatz ihrer Achsen angebracht sind, wobei die Achse des vom Arm (4) am weitesten entfernten Laufrades (7) in einer höheren Lage an dem Element (8) angeordnet ist als die Achse des dem Arm (4) näher gelegenen Rillenrades, die Anschläge (6′ und 6˝) in Arbeitsposition des Armes (4) an dem Arm (4) in einem der Höhe des Längsträgers (5) entsprechenden Abstand angeordnet sind und das dem Arm (4) am nächsten gelegene Laufrad (7) in der Arbeitsstellung von dem Längsträger (5) leicht abgehoben ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arm (4) mit einem oder mehreren vertikal verschieblichen Preßzylindern (11) zum Einspannen der vertikalen Begrenzungen des Rahmens (1) ausgerüstet ist, wobei die Verschiebung der Preßzylinder (11) mittels anderer Preßzylinder für die Vertikalverschiebung oder durch manuelle Regulierung vorgenommen wird.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arm (4) oder dessen Tragvorrichtung mit einer Vorrichtung zum Steuern einer Verschiebung in Form eines Preßzylinders ausgerüstet ist, wobei die Halteposition mit einem Taster gesteuert wird, der nahe dem an dem freien Außenteil des Arms (4) befindlichen Preßzylinder (10) angeordnet ist.
