Claims (8)

  1. Appareil avec un tambour à câble (3) sur lequel s'enroule une corde porteuse (5) a laquelle une personne peut être suspendue de manière assurée ou bloquée, respectivement, à toute altitude et peut effectuer un mouvement ascendant ou descendant contrôlé de la corde porteuse (5) qui est réglable en hauteur, cet appareil étant destiné à être fixé à une pièce fixe par l'intermédiaire d'un crochet de suspension (10), caractérisé en ce que, à l'une des extrémités du tambour à câble (3) disposé horizontalement, il est disposé un mécanisme de commande et d'entraînement (12) susceptible d'être actionné manuellement en deux directions, c'est-dà-dire vers le haut et vers le bas, par la personne suspendue, ce mécanisme de commande et d'entraînement (12) comportant un mécanisme de securité (13) à cliquet encliquetable (24), et en ce qu'à l'autre extrémité du tambour à câble il est prévu un engrenage (14) pour enrouler ou dérouler la corde porteuse (5).
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de commande et d'entraînement (12) comporte une roue d'entraînement (15) dont le moyeu (17), en forme de manchon et muni d'un filet d'écrou (18), engage un filet de vis (19) de l'arbre principal (2) de l'appareil et provoque, suivant le sens de rotation de la roue d'entraînement (15), d'une part, pour tirer la corde porteuse (5) vers le haut, un déplacement axial contre les garnitures de friction (210,211) d'une roue à crans (21,22) qui est située sur le même filet de vis (19) de l'arbre principal par une douille à collerette (20) munie d'un filet d'écrou (209) et qui, par l'intermédiaire de ces filets d'écrou (209,19) transmet sa force de rotation à l'arbre principal (2), les crans (22) coopérant en engagement de securité avec au moins un cliquet (24) chargé par un ressort (23) et monté fixe à la structure (6) de l'appareil pour empêcher une rotation inverse de la roue à crans (21,22) et, par là, une descente de la corde porteuse (5), alors que, d'autre part, lorsque la roue d'entraînement (15) tourne dans les sens contraire, son moyeu (17) par le filet (19) de l'arbre principal (2) se déplace latéralement en direction opposée jusqu'à ce qu'il bute contre une partie fixe (200) de l'appareil, libérant ainsi l'engagement avec la garniture de friction (210) de sorte que la corde porteuse (5) s'abaisse sous l'effet du poids de la personne suspendue à la vitesse de rotation de la roue d'entraînement contrôlée par cette personne, par l'intermédiaire de l'engagement des filets (18,19) du moyeu (17) de la roue d'entraînement (15) et de l'arbre principal (2), et en ce que le moyeu s'applique automatiquement à nouveau contre les garnitures de friction et interrompt le mouvement descendant lorsque la corde est lâchée.
  3. Appareil selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la roue d'entraînement (15) est munie, sur sa circonférence, d'une gorge (150) dans laquelle est placée, comme organe d'actionnement manuel, une corde d'entraînement (16) sans fin dont la longueur correspond approximativement au double de la longueur de la corde porteuse (5), un couvercle (80), de préférence un couvercle latéral démontable (8) du boîtier, étant disposé directement au-dessus de l'ouverture de la gorge assurant ainsi que la corde d'entraînement (16) se trouvant dans la gorge (150) ne puisse sauter hors de la gorge.
  4. Appareil selon l'une des revendication 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'engrenage démultiplicateur (14) comporte un pignon (25) qui est disposé sur l'arbre principal (2) et qui est en prise avec un pignon double (27) fixé sur une tige cylindrique (31) montée rotativement dans la structure (6) de l'appareil, le pignon (28) de ce pignon double étant en prise avec un pignon (29) monté rotativement sur l'arbre principal (2) et formant une partie du tambour à câble (3) pour la corde porteuse (5).
  5. Appareil selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'autre pignon (26), du pignon double (27) qui peut être échangé contre une double pignon ayant un rapport de multiplication différent, est en prise avec le pignon (25) disposé sur l'arbre principal (2) et présente un diamètre supérieur à celui dudit premier pignon (28) du pignon double (27) qui est en prise avec le pignon (29) du tambour à câble (3).
  6. Appareil selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la tige cylindrique (31), sur laquelle le pignon double (27) est monté rotativement, est montée fixe dans la structure (6) de l'appareil, et en ce que le pignon double (27) présente un tenon à tête carrée (32) pour recevoir une manivelle permettant d'enrouler la corde porteuse (5) non-chargée sur le tambour à câble ou de l'en dérouler.
  7. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé par une plaque d'arrêt (34) pour le ou les cliquets (24), disposée dans la zone du ou des cliquets, s'étendant transversalement par rapport à l'arbre principal (2) et étant montée à pivotement sur celui-ci, cette plaque d'arrêt (34) étant bloquée, donc non pivotable, lorsque le couvercle latéral (8) se trouve en place, tandisque, lorsque ledit couvercle latéral est enlevé, elle peut être pivotée dans son plan par l'intermédiaire d'une poignée sphérique (37) pour dégager ainsi le ou les cliquets (24) des crans (229 de la roue (21) et permettre, en tirant sur elle, de dérouler la corde porteuse (5) non chargée du tambour à câble, alors que la corde porteuse peut être rapidement enroulée à l'aide de la tige (32) à tenon à tête carrée (33) du pignon double (27) lorsque les cliquets sont encliquetés.
  8. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le tambour à câble est monté coaxialement sur l'arbre principal (2) par l'intermédiaire de roulements à aiguilles (1).
