Claims (2)
- Bouchon à déclic en matière plastique à système de fixation inviolable avant usage, pour récipients, en particulier des bouteilles dont le goulot est muni extérieurement d'au moins deux bourrelets de bord, ledit bouchon présentant une face de recouvrement obturante, sans pivot, et, reliée à celle-ci, une jupe (13) oui s'étend vers le bas et présente une zone annulaire supérieure (1a) adjacente à la face de recouvrement (8) qui comporte une projection de déclic (2) pénétrant à l'intérieur à la manière d'un bourrelet, ainsi qu'une zone annulaire inférieure (1b) configurée en fixation inviolable, laquelle s'étend jusqu'au bord inférieur du bouchon et est également munie de projections (3) à déclic pénétrant à l'intérieur à la manière d'un bourrelet, et d'un élément détachable (4) s'étendant vers l'extérieur, qui est relié latéralement, par des points de pré-rupture (5,6), à la jupe, lesdits points de pré-rupture (5, 6) traversant les projections à déclic sur la zone annulaire inférieure (1b), la jupe (13) du bouchon étant traversée par les points de pré-rupture (5, 6) au-delà de la zone annulaire inférieure (1b) jusque dans le domaine de la zone annulaire supérieure, jusqu'au centre de sa projection à déclic (2), lesdits points de pré-rupture étant délimités par une charnière (14) en film s'étendant dans cette projection, ladite charnière en film s'étendant dans une zone placée au-dessus d'au moins une nervure (10, 11, 12) de l'élément détachable faisant saillie verticalement de la jupe et dans la zone de la projection à déclic supérieure, tandis que l'arête supérieure de la (des) nervure(s) susdite(s) s'étend, lorsque le bouchon est à l'état intact, au moins sensiblement perpendiculairement à la jupe (13) et, en position d'utilisation et d'ouverture de 90°, en servant de face d'appui, s'applique sur la jupe (13) au-dessus de la projection à déclic supérieure (2) et une partie (18) de la projection à déclic (3) en forme de bourrelet constitue une nouvelle surface de compression.
- Bouchon à déclic selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les projections à déclic forment un bourrelet annulaire continu.
