Definitions

  • the invention relates to a partition element made of plastic for a product presentation compartment, as is used for example in self-service shops for presenting a wide variety of goods.
  • the partition elements are set up perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the shelf on a shelf of an existing shelf system.
  • a partition element of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1 which has a network of vertical and horizontal stiffening ribs projecting from the wall plane on both sides of the partition element, predetermined breaking lines running through these stiffening ribs on one side Notches in the wall are formed along these lines.
  • the partition elements are brought to the required size by breaking off certain areas along the predetermined breaking lines.
  • the predetermined breaking lines are arranged in the rear, ie the removal side of the product presentation compartment opposite area of the partition element, and in the upper, ie the area opposite the shelf.
  • the horizontal lines of weakness are arranged just above the stiffening ribs and the vertical lines of weakness just behind the vertical stiffening ribs, so that when an upper or a rear part of a partition element is broken off the at the The stiffening rib provided for the break remains on the partition element.
  • the broken part of the partition element goes into the waste. This has the consequence that in the event of larger deviations between the dimensions of the partition element produced and the maximum possible partition element dimensions given by the existing shelf depth and the existing distance between two shelves, a not inconsiderable amount of waste is incurred.
  • the partition element has, inter alia, for trough formation a plurality of slots for coupling a connecting part, the arrangement of the slots taking place in accordance with the grid of the horizontal and vertical stiffening ribs.
  • the respective connection part has a contact flange on both sides, on which connection hooks are formed, which engage in the slots in the partition.
  • the connecting part is designed as a telescopically adjustable wall element.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a partition element improved over the proven prior art, the possible uses of which are more universal.
  • the partition element according to the invention of the generic type known in the prior art is accordingly characterized in that clamping beads 1 are arranged along all edges of the partition element and, in the event that predetermined breaking lines are present, clamping beads are arranged on both sides of a predetermined breaking line, such that lengthways Partial areas of predetermined breaking lines have the same edge configuration as the partition element, the predetermined breaking line being present in the axis of symmetry between the two clamping beads.
  • An advantage of the dividing wall element according to the invention is that it can be used both as a compartment dividing part, ie as a dividing element of individual merchandise presentation compartments, and as a cross dividing part, ie as a dividing element of a merchandise presentation compartment in the transverse direction ; this means that parts separated from compartment dividers can still be used as cross dividers.
  • the compartment partition has a substantially triangular base element which is connected in one piece to the front edge of the compartment partition along an axis of symmetry, the triangle side running perpendicular to the axis of symmetry serving as the bottom edge perpendicular to the base Support wall level and below the lower edge of the compartment partition.
  • the compartment separating part is set up so that the lower edge of the foot comes to rest in front of the shelf of the product presentation compartment. This lower edge is thickened and engages in a longitudinally extending groove of an article rail, which is fastened to the front of the shelf.
  • a divider cross is used, which is clamped onto the horizontally running clamping bead of the compartment separating part.
  • the divider cross is made up of a U-shaped element and two wall elements arranged perpendicular to the flanges of the U element and connected to the U element in one piece.
  • the flanges of the U-shaped element form a slot, the distance between the flanges essentially corresponding to the wall thickness of the compartment separating part. In the region of the web of the U-shaped element, this slot is designed as a groove which has essentially the same dimensions as the clamping bead arranged on the partition element.
  • the dividing cross is clamped onto a horizontally running clamping bead along this groove.
  • the wall elements running at right angles to the flanges likewise each form a slot, the respective base of which is designed as a groove, the dimensions of the groove essentially being the same as the dimensions of the clamping bead arranged on a partition element.
  • a transverse separating part is inserted into this groove, which runs perpendicular to the first-mentioned groove.
  • the wall thickness of the partition element is increased in this area to form the clamping beads.
  • stabilizing elements are fastened to the shelf which have a groove into which the lower clamping bead of a compartment dividing part or a cross dividing part engages.
  • These stabilizing elements have a T-shaped cross section.
  • the surface standing on the shelf forms the flange of the T-shaped stabilizing element.
  • the web of the stabilizing element has two wall elements which are integrally connected to the flange and form a slot, the flange-side end of which is groove-shaped, the dimensions of the groove essentially corresponding to the dimensions of the clamping bead of a partition wall element. In this groove is used for the bottom edge of a compartment part or a cross part.
  • the flange of a stabilizing element is preferably glued to the shelf.
  • partition element 10.1 is designed as a rectangular plate. Clamping beads 14 are arranged along all edges 12 of partition element 10.1. Furthermore, the partition element 10.1 has vertical and horizontal predetermined breaking lines 16.1; 16.2. Along these vertical and horizontal predetermined breaking lines 16.1; 16.2 are vertical and horizontal clamping beads 18.1 on both sides of a predetermined breaking line; 18.2 arranged.
  • a plurality of such partition elements 10.1 are used to form a product presentation compartment, a partition element 10.1 being used both as a compartment partition for separating individual product presentation compartments and as a cross partition for forming, for example, a rear wall of a product presentation compartment or for trough-shaped formation of a product presentation compartment.
  • the arrangement of the predetermined breaking lines 16.1 and 16.2 enables the user to form product presentation compartments with different dimensions. Due to the fact that clamping beads 18.1 and 18.2 are arranged on both sides of the predetermined breaking lines 16.1 and 16.2, two partition wall elements, both of which have circumferential clamping beads, are created when a partition element area is broken off. This has the advantage that the broken partition element part can be used to form a further compartment partition or cross partition, which is described below, and does not have to migrate into the waste, as in the known partition elements.
  • FIGS. 4 to 6 Details of a partition element 10.2 according to a second preferred exemplary embodiment can be found in FIGS. 4 to 6.
  • the clamping beads and predetermined breaking lines shown are of the same design as the clamping beads and predetermined breaking lines of the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 3 and have the same reference numerals as those in FIGS 3. They have already been described in the associated description of the figures, which is why a further description is not given here.
  • the partition element 10.2 is designed as a substantially rectangular plate, but the front upper edge is severely broken out, so that the partition element 10.2, when used in full height, does not obscure the view into the front region of an adjacent presentation compartment. Such a partition element is used exclusively as a compartment partition.
  • the foot element 20 has a foot element 20 in the lower region of its front edge, which is connected in one piece to the partition wall element 10.2 and is essentially designed as an isosceles triangle.
  • the foot element 20 extends to below the lower edge 12.2 of the partition wall element 10.2 and has as the lowest limit a foot element lower edge 20.1 which extends at right angles to the level of the partition wall element 10.2.
  • a clamping bead 20.2 is arranged along the bottom edge 20.1 of the foot element and is explained in more detail below.
  • a dividing cross 22 shown in FIGS. 7 to 9 is used to connect partition elements to one another and is clamped onto the upper, horizontally extending clamping bead of a partition element.
  • the divider cross 22 has a U element 22.1, the two flanges 22.2 of which are at a distance which essentially corresponds to the wall thickness of a partition element.
  • the slot formed by the two flanges 22.2 has a groove 22.4 at the web-side end, the dimensions of which essentially correspond to the dimensions of a clamping bead of the partition element.
  • An upper, horizontally running clamping bead of a partition element engages in this groove.
  • two wall elements 22.5 are arranged, each forming a groove 22.6, which run perpendicular to the groove formed by the U-element 22.1 and whose dimensions essentially correspond to the dimensions of a clamping bead of the partition element.
  • a vertically extending clamping bead of a partition element engages in this groove 22.6 formed by the wall elements 22.5 a.
  • stabilizing elements 24 are used, which are clamped onto the underside of a partition element.
  • the stabilizing element 24 shown in FIGS. 10 to 12 is designed as a T-element.
  • the flange 24.1 of the T-element serves as a footprint on the shelf of a goods presentation compartment.
  • the web of the T-element is constructed with two walls. It consists of two wall elements 24.2, the spacing of which essentially corresponds to the thickness of a partition element.
  • the slot 24.3 formed by the wall elements 24.2 has a groove 24.4 at the flange-side end, the dimensions of which essentially correspond to the dimensions of a clamping bead of a partition wall element. A lower edge of a partition element engages in the groove 24.4 formed by the wall elements 24.2.
  • the stabilizing element 24 is fastened to the shelf.
  • a layer coated with adhesive on both sides is preferably used, one side of which is glued to the flange 24.1 and the other side of which is a adhesive strip which can be easily removed before the installation of a spacer element.
  • FIG. 13 The formation of product display compartments with the aid of the partition elements according to the invention is shown in FIG. 13.
  • the perspective partial view according to FIG. 13 shows a shelf 26 with a label rail 27 attached along its longitudinal edge 26.1 and connected to it, four partition elements placed on the shelf 26, which are designed as compartment separating parts 10.3, four partition elements placed on the shelf 26, which as Cross-dividing elements 10.4, 10.5 are formed, five divider crosses for connecting the compartment dividing parts 10.3 and cross-dividing parts 10.4, three stabilizing elements 24, which are used to stabilize compartment dividing parts 10.3, and three front panels 32.1, 32.2.
  • a representation of any existing predetermined breaking lines in the area of the wall surfaces of the partition elements was dispensed with. With such an arrangement, three goods presentation compartments 33.1, 33.2, 33.3 are formed, in which the goods can be removed to the front, ie out of the plane of the drawing.
  • Partition wall elements are used as compartment dividers 10.3, which essentially correspond to the partition wall element 10.2 shown in FIGS. 4 to 6.
  • the base element 20 engages with its clamping bead 20.2, which is arranged on the bottom edge 20.1 and is not shown in FIG. 13, in a groove 27.1 of the label rail 27 which runs parallel to the longitudinal direction of the shelf 26.
  • the compartment dividing parts 10.3 are connected to the transverse dividing parts 10.4 with dividing crosses 22, which have already been described with reference to FIGS. 7 to 9.
  • front panels 32.1, 32.2 are arranged, which have on their rear side a vertically extending groove into which the clamping bead arranged on the front edge of the compartment separating part 10.3 engages.
  • This configuration of a compartment is shown in Fig. 13 for the left compartment 33.1.
  • Such front panels have a recess in the lower region which essentially corresponds to the shape of the base element 20 arranged in the lower region of a compartment separating part 10.3, and which is arranged such that the lower edge of the front panel is flush with the lower edge 20.1 of the base element 20 when installed.
  • a predetermined breaking line runs directly to the left and right of this groove, which is not shown in FIG. 13.
  • This configuration makes it possible to adapt the front plate 32.2 to a use in which it only has to assume the front stop function on one side of the compartment separating part 28.
  • predetermined breaking lines which run at right angles to the vertical predetermined breaking lines, allow adjustment to different heights of the front panels.
  • the front wall forms a transverse separating part 10.5, which is inserted into grooves arranged on the back of front plates, which are not shown in FIG. 13, the front plates, as already mentioned, being clamped onto the clamping beads of the vertically running edges of the compartment separating parts.
  • FIG. 14 shows a section of a top view of two goods presentation compartments.
  • the same components that have already been described in FIG. 13 have the same reference numerals as in FIG. 13.
  • On the back of a front plate 32.1 two L-shaped elements are arranged, which form a total of three vertically running grooves, in which a compartment separating part 10.3 or engage a cross separator 10.5.
  • the L-shaped elements 34 are symmetrical to the axis of symmetry of the front plate 32.1, the L-shaped elements 34 being connected in one piece to the front plate 32.1 via their short legs 34.1 and the long legs 34.2 of the L-shaped component running parallel to the transverse parting plane and the long ones Leg 34.2 in connection with the rear of the front plate 32.1 form a groove 36, the dimensions of which essentially correspond to the dimensions of a clamping bead arranged on the vertical edge of a transverse separating part 10.5.
  • the short legs 34.1 of the L-shaped element 34 likewise form a vertically running groove 35 with the same dimensions.
  • the clamping bead arranged along a vertical front edge of a compartment separating part 10.3 engages in this groove.
  • the foot element lower edge 20.1 of the foot part 20 is slit transversely twice, so that, viewed in the longitudinal direction of this lower edge, there are three clamping bead sections 20.2a, 20.2b and 20.2c. These two outer sections 20.2a and 20.2c have a lateral, approximately semicircular widening which is oriented in the opposite direction to the corresponding, likewise approximately semicircular widening of the central section 20.2b. Due to the two slots present, the three clamping bead sections thus form parts which project downward from the rest of the foot part area and have a certain elastic bending deformability at right angles to their cantilever direction.
  • the foot part 20 clamps with its three-part clamping bead 20.2 to the laterally opposite inner wall regions of the groove 27.1. Even with a possible widening of the groove opening - which can be done, for example, by pressing the label rail 27 vertically - the clamping action of the foot part in the lower groove area of the groove 27.1 can still be maintained.
