Claims (3)

  1. Procédé pour l'usinage par fraisage ou meulage de la surface de pièces allongées, notamment de pièces à usiner réalisées à partir de matériaux composites en couches ou en lamelles dont les contours de surface présentent des lignes de hauteur s'étendant parallèlement entre elles et transversalement à la direction longitudinale de la pièce à usiner (les lignes de hauteur sont les lignes de même épaisseur de profil), l'axe rotatif, déplacé vers le haut et vers le bas à angle droit par rapport à la surface de la pièce à usiner en fonction de l'allure du contour, d'un outil de fraisage ou de meulage étant dirigé paralllèlement aux lignes de hauteur, et entre la pièce à usiner et l'outil un mouvement d'avance relatif étant effectué essentiellement dans la direction longitudinale de la pièce à usiner,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le mouvement d'avance est effectué selon un angle aigu "α" par rapport à la direction longitudinale de la pièce à usiner.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que lors de l'usinage de pièces à usiner en matériaux composites, le mouvement d'avance est effectué sous l'angle aigu "α" par rapport à la direction des joints de la pièce à usiner.
  3. Dispositif pour l'usinage par fraisage ou meulage de la surface de pièces allongées, notamment de pièces à usiner réalisées à partir de matériaux composites en couches ou en lamelles dont les contours de la surface présentent des lignes de hauteur s'étendant parallèlement entre elles et transversalement à la direction longitudinale de la pièce à usiner (les lignes de hauteur sont les lignes de même épaisseur de profil), l'axe rotatif déplacé vers le haut et vers le bas et angle droit par rapport à la surface de la pièce à usiner en fonction de l'allure de contour d'un outil de fraisage ou de meulage parallèlement aux lignes de hauteur, et entre la pièce à usiner et l'outil un mouvement d'avance étant réalisé sensiblement dans la direction longitudinale de la pièce à usiner, le mouvement d'avance étant de plus réalisé sous un angle aigu "α" par rapport à la direction longitudinale de la pièce à usiner,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'axe de l'outil pouvant être ajusté sous un angle 90° - α par rapport à la direction du mouvement du système de déplacement longitudinal.
