Claims (6)

1. Maschine zum Zusammenheften von vor allem flachen Teilen, insbesondere von Kartonzuschnitten im Rahmen der Verpakkungskästen-Herstellung, mit einer Auflagefläche (3), auf welcher die zu heftenden Teile vorbeiwandern, und mit einer schwingenden Hefteinrichtung (2,10), die auf dem Maschinengestell gegenüber der Auflagefläche montiert und mit einem Betätigungsmechanismus (15) in der Weise gekoppelt ist, daß sie um eine im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Wanderbewegung (D) der zusammenzuheftenden Teile verlaufende Hauptachse (X) hin und her zu schwenken ist, und zwar innerhalb der Grenzen eines Winkelbereichs mit verstellbarer Amplitude, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maschine Mittel zum Variieren der Amplitude des Schwenkbereichs der Hefteinrichtung (2,10) aufweist, wobei diese Mittel einen Mechanismus zum Verändern des Abstandes der Hauptachse (X) für die Schwenkbewegung der Hefteinrichtung (2,10) aufweisen, und zwar in Bezug auf die Abstützebene (3) der zusammenzuheftenden Teile.
2. Maschine zum Zusammenheften nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hefteinrichtung (2,10) mit ihrem Betätigungsmechanismus (15) über eine Steuerstange (14) verbunden ist und daß der Steuermechanismus eine Führungsbüchse (22) aufweist, in welcher die Steuerstange (14) mit freiem Gleitbewegungsspiel geführt ist, wobei ein Positionierarm (19) vorgesehen ist, auf welchem die Führungsbüchse um eine die Hauptschwenkachse (X) der Hefteinrichtung (2,10) bildende Achse schwenkbeweglich gelagert ist, und daß weiterhin der Positionierarm (19) am Maschinengestell (1) um eine zweite Achse (Y) schwenkbeweglich gelagert ist, die parallel zur Hauptschwenkachse und im Abstand zu ihr verläuft, und daß schließlich mit dem Positionierarm (19) Steuermittel verbunden sind, um ihn in eine bestimmte gewünschte Winkelposition zu bringen bzw. ihn darin zu halten.
3. Maschine zum Zusammenheften nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuermittel einen Elektromotor (26) aufweisen, der wenigstens ein Organ (29,33) drehanzutreiben erlaubt, das auf einer Gewindestange (30 bzw. 34) schraubverstellbar sitzt, die mit dem Positionierarm (19) an einer zwischen der Hauptschwenkachse (X) und der zweiten Achse (Y) gelegenen Stelle schwenkbeweglich verbunden ist.

Maschine zum Zusammenheften nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsbüchse (22) aus zwei Teilen besteht, nämlich einem Hauptkörper (35), der zwei seitliche, die Hauptschwenkachse (X) bildende Lagerzapfen (23,24) trägt, und einem mit dem Hauptkörper (35) in solcher Weise verbundenen Deckel (36), daß zwischen beiden ein Gleitraum (39) für die Steuerstange (14) gebildet ist.
5. Maschine zum Zusammenheften nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Führungsbüchse (22) ein nachstellbarer Keil (43) in Form eines Winkels auswechselbar angeordnet ist.
6. Maschine zum Zusammenheften nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der in der Führungsbüchse (22) vorhandene Gleitraum (39) einen rechteckförmigen Querschnitt besitzt und die Steuerstange (14) sich darin an den vier Ecken dieses Gleitraums abstützt, und zwar über an ihr vorhandene, einstückig an ihrer zentralen Seele (41) angeformte vier längsverlaufende Laufrippen (40).
