Eine Anordnung dieser Art ist aus der DE-OS 3431686 bekannt. Bei dieser bekannten Anordnung wird die an den Trockner angebaute Klemmeinrichtung durch einen im Bereich hinter dem Trockner bzw. hinter der dem Trockner nachgeordneten Kühleinrichtung angeordneten Papierreißschalter aktiviert. Dieser Plazierungsbereich für den Papierreißschalter stellt zwar einen gefährdeten Bereich hinsichtlich des Auftretens von Bahnrissen dar. Jedoch nicht jeder Bahnriß muß zwangsläufig zu einem Wickler und damit zu der Gefahr eines Maschinenschadens führen. Diese Gefahr besteht nur, wenn die infolge des Risses spannungslos gewordene Papierbahn aufgrund der Adhäsionswirkung der Farbe an einem Farbe auf sie übertragenden Druckwerkszylinder, im Falle einer Offsetdruckmaschine an einem Gummizylinder, haften bleibt und von diesem mitgenommen wird. In einem derartigen Fall muß aber die Bahn zur Vermeidung von Maschinenschäden schnell geklemmt und/oder gekappt werden. In den anderen Fällen ist dies nicht erforderlich und macht lediglich einen erneuten Bahneinzug ab der Kappstelle und ein erneutes Herrichten der Bahnklemm- und/oder -trenneinrichtung erforderlich. Bei der bekannten Anordnung mit einem dem Trockner nachgeordneten Papierreißschalter wird die Bahnklemm- und/oder -trenneinrichtung in jedem Falle, d.h. ohne Unterscheidung zwischen Wicklergefahr und Gefahrlosigkeit, aktiviert. Die bekannte Anordnung erweist sich demnach als nicht bedienungsfreundlich genug. Hinzu kommt, daß eine Abtastung der Bahn im Bereich hinter dem Trockner, wobei in der Regel ein die Bahn mechanisch abtastender Schleifschuh Verwendung findet, eine sehr lange Reaktionszeit ergibt, so daß im Falle wirklicher Gefahr im Verzuge die erforderliche Aktivierung der Bahnklemm- und/oder -trenneinrichtung vielfach zu spät kommt. Die bekannte Anordnung erweist sich demnach auch nicht als sicher und zuverlässig genug.An arrangement of this type is known from DE-OS 3431686. Die erfindungsgemäßen Maßnahmen stellen daher sicher, daß nicht im Falle jedes Bahnrisses eine Aktivierung der Bahnklemm- und/oder -trenneinrichtung erfolgt, sondern nur dann, wenn die Bahn infolge des Bahnrisses eine Winkelauslenkung erfährt, d.h. wenn wirklich eine Wicklergefahr droht. Ein unnötiges Abschlagen der Papierbahn wird daher vermieden, was eine hohe Bedienungsfreundlichkeit ergibt. Hinzu kommt, daß sich vergleichsweise kurze Reaktionszeiten ergeben. In diesem Zusammenhang ist nämlich davon auszugehen, daß, wenn es zu einer Mitnahme der Papierbahn, d.h. zu einer Winkelauslenkung der Papierbahn, kommt, es schon im Verlauf des Reißens der Papierbahn bzw. unmittelbar danach dazu kommt. Der erfindungsgemäße Papierreißschalter kann daher bereits reagieren, wenn ein nach dem Trockner vorgesehener Schleifschuh etc. noch gar nicht reagieren könnte. Ein weiterer Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Maßnahmen ist darin zu sehen, daß hier bei störungsfreiem Betrieb berührungslos von der Bahn passierte Bahnreißschalter Verwendung finden können, die infolge ihrer Berührungsempfindlichkeit in vorteilhafter Weise auch unempfindlich gegen Verschmutzung sind. Die erfindungsgemäßen Maßnahmen ergeben ferner eine kompakte Baueinheit, die in vorteilhafter Weise komplett vormontierbar ist. Infolge der Integration der Bahnreißschalter in die Bahnklemm- und/oder -trenneinrichtung bleibt zudem eine gute Zugänglichkeit der Druckmaschine gewährleistet, was sich vorteilhaft auf die Bedienungsfreundlichkeit auswirkt. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist darin zu sehen, daß die Integration der Bahnreißschalter in die Bahnklemm- und/oder -trenneinrichtung auch automatisch zu einem Schutzgehäuse für die Bahnreißschalter führt. Um die Auslenkung in jedem Falle zuverlässig zu erfassen, sind daher im vorliegenden Beispiel zwei bezüglich des eine Auslenkung erfahrenden Bahntrums zwischen Druckwerk 1 und Trockner 3 einander gegenüberliegende Bahnreißschalter 11 vorgesehen. Diese sind hier in das Gehäuse der Bahnklemm- und/oder -Trenneinrichtung 5 integriert. Bei einer derartigen Zylinderkonfiguration erfolgt die Auslenkung der Bahn 2 im Falle eines Bahnrisses erfahrungsgemäß zur Seite des von der Bahn 2 zuletzt verlassenen Zylinders 4 hin. Bei der Ausführung gemäß Figur 2 genügt daher ein oberhalb der Bahn 2 angeordneter Bahnreißschalter 13. Claims (10)

1.
