Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Durchtrennen und Halten einer gerissenen Bahn für eine bahnverarbeitende Maschine, insbesondere eine eine Bedruckstoffbahn bedruckende Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine, mit einem ein feststehendes Messer aufweisenden, die Transportebene der Bahn überquerend angeordneten Messerbalken und einem eine mit dem Messer in Wirkeingriff bringbare Erhöhung aufweisenden Hubbalken, der mittels einer zugeordneten Ausfahreinrichtung, die mittels eines Bahnrißdetektors aktivierbar ist, heb- und senkbar ist.The invention relates to a device for severing and holding a torn web for a web-processing machine, in particular a web-fed rotary printing press that prints on a printing material web, with a knife bar that has a fixed knife, crosses the transport plane of the web, and a lifting bar that has an increase that can be brought into active engagement with the knife which can be raised and lowered by means of an associated extension device which can be activated by means of a web break detector.

Eine Vorrichtung dieser Art ist beispielsweise aus der DE 38 22 497 A1 bekannt. Bei den bekannten Anordnungen dieser Art sind das Messer und die Erhöhung des Hubbalkens so angeordnet, daß das Messer an einer seitlichen Flanke der Erhöhung vorbei laufen kann. Hieraus resultiert ein unsymmetrischer Aufbau. Die Folge davon ist, daß für den Fall, daß von den beiden Enden der gekappten Papierbahn jeweils eines gehalten und nur das andere losgelassen werden soll, für beide Alternativen jeweils eine Ausführung notwendig ist. Da in der Praxis beide Alternativen vorkommen, ergibt sich bisher ein hoher Bauaufwand. In diesem Zusammenhang ist davon auszugehen, daß das eine Trum einer gekappten Papierbahn in der Regel auf eine Rolle aufgewickelt wird und daher an der Schnittstelle losgelassen werden muß, während das andere, bis zum Bahnriß reichende Trum festgehalten werden soll. Ein weiterer Nachteil der bekannten Anordnungen ist darin zu sehen, daß mittels des an einer Flanke der hubbalkenseitigen Erhöhung vorbeilaufenden Messers die Bahn nicht zuverlässig genug gekappt werden kann. Die infolge des Bahnrisses praktisch spannungslose Bahn kann hier nämlich dem Messer ausweichen. Aus diesem Grunde sind die bekannten Anordnungen insbesondere bei der Verarbeitung dickeren Materials nicht brauchbar. Ein weiterer, ganz besonderer Nachteil der bekannten Anordnungen ist auch in der hohen Verletzungsgefahr zu sehen. In diesem Zusammenhang ist davon auszugehen, daß das an einer Flanke der Erhöhung vorbeilaufende Messer leicht von der Seite zugänglich ist.A device of this type is known for example from DE 38 22 497 A1. Diese Maßnahmen ergeben in vorteilhafter Weise eine symmetrischen Aufbau der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung. Es ist daher ohne weiteres möglich, den Messerbalken so zu wenden, daß sich ein Seitentausch ergibt, ohne daß der Hubbalken gewendet werden muß. Es ist daher möglich, zur Bewerkstelligung einer einseitigen Klemmung der Bahn den elastischen Leisten eine unterschiedliche Höhe zu geben, so daß die höhere Leiste als Klemmleiste fungieren kann. Durch einfaches Wenden des Messerbalkens ist es dabei möglich, die Seite, nach der geklemmt werden soll, frei zu wählen. Die erfindungsgemäßen Maßnahmen ermöglichen daher eine rationelle Vorfertigung und einfache Montage. Infolge des symmetrischen Aufbaus kann dem Messer zudem eine Schneidnut zugeordnet sein. Die gewährleistet einen exakten Schnitt, durch den jede Art von Papier gekappt werden kann. Außerdem ergibt die Einspannung des Messers zwischen zwei Messerträger, die infolge der stationären Messeranordnung einen geschlossenen Profilquerschnitt aufweisen können, eine hohe Stabilität und Verwindungssteifigkeit. Ein weiterer Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Maßnahmen ist darin zu sehen, daß die seitlichen Leisten, von denen eine als Klemmleiste fungieren kann, gleichzeitig den seitlichen Zugang zum Messer abschirmen. Zudem fungieren die elastischen Leisten als Puffer, so daß beim Zuschlagen der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung auf keinen Fall Metall auf Metall trifft, was nicht nur hinsichtlich der Unterbindung von Schlaglärm vorteilhaft ist, sondern auch die Unfallgefahr vermindert. In diesem Zusammenhang ist nämlich davon auszugehen, daß es vorkommen kann, daß eine Bedienungsperson mit einem Finger oder mit der ganzen Hand in die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung hineinfaßt. Wenn in einem derartigen Augenblick der Hubbalken betätigt wird, werden die Finger bzw. die Hand zwar eingeklemmt, die elastischen Leisten bewerkstelligen jedoch eine Pufferung, wodurch die Schlagwirkung gedämpft wird.These measures advantageously result in a symmetrical structure of the arrangement according to the invention. Aus der EP 0 037 642 B1 ergibt sich zwar ebenfalls eine Vorrichtung zum Trennen und Halten einer gerissenen Bedruckstoffbahn, bei der der Messerbalken mit zwei gegenüber dem hiervon flankierten Messer vorspringenden, elastischen Leisten versehen ist. Das Messer ist hierbei jedoch nicht stationär angeordnet, sondern wird über eine Hebelanordnung mittels des Hubbalkens bewegt. Dies macht praktisch eine symmetrische Anordnung unmöglich, von dem mit der Doppelbewegung verbundenen Zeitverlust einmal ganz abgesehen. In diesem Zusammenhang ist nämlich davon auszugehen, daß der Hubbalken trotz der Doppelbewegung einen großen Hub benötigt, um genügend Freiraum für die Flatterbewegungen der Bahn zu schaffen. Abgesehen davon benötigt der Messerbalken hier einen nach unten offenen Querschnitt, so daß sich eine verwindungsweiche Anordnung ergibt. Die den Zeichnungen zugrundeliegende Bahnhalte- und -trennvorrichtung besteht, wie am besten aus Figur 1 erkennbar ist, aus einem auf an den Seitenwänden 1 einer bahnverarbeitenden Maschine, beispielsweise einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine, befestigten Konsolen 2 aufgesetzten Rahmen 3, der ein Durchtrittsfenster 4 für die Bahn 5 begrenzt. Ebenso kommt das Messer 9 zum Eingriff mit der Schneidnut 18. die zweite, etwas niedrigere Gummileiste 14b bleibt von der gegenüberliegenden Klemmfläche 21 leicht beabstandet. Im Bereich der höheren Gummileiste 14a wird die Bahn 5 daher geklemmt, im Bereich der niedrigeren Gummileiste 14b nicht. Durch das in die Schneidnut 18 einfahrende Messer 9 wird die Bahn 5 durchtrennt, wobei das hierbei hergestellte, der höheren Gummileiste 14a zugewandte Bahnende durch diese gehalten wird, während das andere Bahnende über den zwischen der niedrigeren Gummileiste und der hiervon beabstandeten Klemmfläche 21 verbleibenden Spalt 23 abgezogen werden kann, wie in Figur 2 durch einen Pfeil angedeutet ist. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel wird das rechte Bahntrum geklemmt. Sofern das linke Bahntrum geklemmt werden soll, kann dies dadurch bewerkstelligt werden, daß der Messerbalken 10 einfach in einer um 180° gewendeten Stellung montiert wird. Die Gummileisten 14a, 14b fungieren gleichzeitig als Dämpfungselemente, die sicherstellen, daß auf keinen Fall Metall auf Metall trifft. Gleichzeitig wird hierdurch der Kanal 24, in welchem der Schneidvorgang stattfindet, seitlich abgeschirmt. Sofern eine Bedienungsperson mit ihren Fingern zwischen den Messerbalken und den Hubbalken gelangen sollte, ergeben die messerbalkenseitigen Gummileisten 14a, 14b und die hubbalkenseitige Gummileiste 19 ebenfalls die Dämpfung, die notwendig ist um schwerere Verletzungen zu vermeiden.In the waiting position, the walking beam 8 and the cutter bar 10 are spaced far apart, so that the web 5 is attached to it even in the event of a strong flutter movement does not graze. Claims (10)

  1. Device for severing and holding a split web for a web processing machine, in particular for a web offset printing machine printing a print material web (5), with a blade beam with a fixed blade (9) arranged crossing the plane of movement of the web, and with a lifting beam (8) having a raised part (17) capable of bringing the blade (9) into effective contact and which can be raised and lowered by means of an associated extending device which can be activated by means of a web split detector, characterized in that the blade beam (10) contains two identical rail-like blade supports (11) holding the blade (9) between them, and provided in the area of their side facing the lifting beam (8) with symmetrically-arranged supports (13) for elastic strips (14a, 14b) flanking the blade (9), which project relative to the cutting edge of the blade (9) and are spaced apart at least by the width of the raised part (17) of the lifting beam (8), and is designed symmetrical to the cutting plane (s) and has two clamping faces (21) assigned to the elastic strips (14a, 14b), flanking the raised part (17) provided with a cutting groove (18) in which the blade (9) may be inserted.
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the elastic strips (14a, 14b) are of different height.
  3. Device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the projecting length of at least the higher elastic strip (14a) above the blade support (11) is greater than the projecting length of the raised section (17) containing the cutting groove over the adjacent clamping faces (21).
  4. Device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the elastic strips (14a, 14b) are designed as rubber strips.
  5. Device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the elastic strips are mounted so as to be replaceable.
  6. Device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the holders (13) are designed as H-shaped profiles provided with an insertion groove, and are preferably located in the area of the lower, outer edges of the blade supports (11).
  7. Device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the blade supports (11) are designed as profile tube sections having a closed, preferably rectangular cross-section.
  8. Device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the blade beam (10) can be releasably fastened by the ends of the blade supports (11) to a frame containing the lifting beam (8), which can be releasably accommodated on brackets (2) provided on the sides (1) of the web processing machine, and preferably has a side plate (6) connecting the lifting beam (8) and the crosspiece (7) supporting the extending device (22) assigned to the lifting beam with the blade beam (10).
  9. Device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lifting beam (8) has a preferably U-shaped profile, open at the crosspiece side, by means of which it is able to span the traverse (7).
  10. Device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lifting beam is provided with a central insertion groove formed by two webs (20), open at the blade side, to accommodate a preferably elastic strip (19), which forms the raised part (17) provided with the central cutting groove (18)
