Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschluss für Behälter, insbesondere für Flaschen, mit einem Basisteil, welcher mindestens eine Ausgabeöffnung aufweist und auf den Behälter aufgesetzt werden kann, einem Deckel, welcher mit dem Basisteil gelenkig verbunden ist, um die Ausgabeöffnung freizugeben oder zu verschliessen,und einem wegnehmbaren Sperrglied zur Verhinderung und/oder Anzeige einer unbefugten Oeffnung des Verschlusses. Ein Verschluss dieser Art ist beispielsweise in der EP-A-0 151 242 dargestellt. Er weist einen Basisteil und einen Deckel auf, die mit einem Filmscharnier miteinander verbunden sind. An der Peripherie des Basisteils befindet sich ein aus einem Stück mit dem Basisteil bestehender Kunststoffstreifen. Dieser Kunststoffstreifen weist in Abständen voneinander kleindimensionierte Verbindungsstellen mit dem Basisteil auf. Zwischen dem Basisteil und dem Kunststoffstreifen besteht daher eine Vielzahl von Schlitzen, in welche nach dem ersten Schliessen des Deckels entsprechende Zähne des Deckels eingreifen, so dass dieser nicht mehr geöffnet werden kann, ohne dass der Kunststoffstreifen abgerissen wird. Das Abreissen lässt sich sehr leicht bewerkstelligen, indem man ein loses Ende des Kunststoffstreifens ergreift und wegreisst. Beim Wegreissen werden die Verbindungsstellen nacheinander zerstört, ohne dass hiefür ein grosser Kraftaufwand notwendig wäre. Nach dem Wegreissen des Kunststoffstreifens kann der Deckel mit Leichtigkeit geöffnet werden. Wenn der Käufer eine Flasche im Laden kauft, so zeigt der intakte Verschluss an, dass sich die Flasche im Originalzustand befindet, also nicht geöffnet wurde. Erfindungsgemäss wird dies dadurch erreicht, dass der Deckel als zweiarmiger Hebel ausgebildet ist, und dass das Sperrglied zwischen einem Arm des Hebels und dem Basisteil angeordnet ist, um ein Oeffnen des Deckels ohne vorherige Entfernung des Sperrglieds zu verhindern. Im Gegensatz zum bekannten Stand der Technik besteht beim Versuch,den Deckel vor der Entfernung des Sperrgliedes zu öffnen, keine Gefahr, dass das Sperrglied entfernt wird. Beim Oeffnen wird nämlich das Sperrglied auf Druck beansprucht. Zweckmässigerweise stellt das Sperrglied einen wegbrechbaren Teil des Deckels oder des Basisteils dar. Ein fehlendes Sperrglied an einem Verschluss zeigt an, dass der Verschluss bereits einmal geöffnet wurde. Das Sperrglied hat somit Garantiefunktion. Das wegbrechbare Sperrglied kann entweder zusammen mit dem Deckel oder zusammen mit dem Basisteil hergestellt werden. In der Regel ist die Herstellung zusammen mit dem Deckel einfacher. Die Verbindung des Sperrgliedes mit dem Deckel oder dem Basisteil erfolgt vorteilhaft durch dünne Verbindungsstege, die ohne grossen Kraftaufwand brechen, so dass das Sperrglied leicht weggebrochen werden kann. Wird ohne vorheriges Wegbrechen der Versuch unternommen, den Verschluss zu öffnen, so gelingt dies nicht. Da bei einem solchen Oeffnungsversuch das Sperrglied auf Druck beansprucht wird, treten an den Verbindungsstegen keine Zug- oder Scherkräfte auf. Sie bleiben daher intakt. Dies stellt eine gewisse Kindersicherung dar. Diese Vorteile wiegen den Nachteil auf, dass der Verschluss aus zwei Teilen zusammengesetzt werden muss. Auch bei einem einstückigen Verschluss muss nach der Herstellung der Deckel in den Basisteil eingedrückt werden, was einen ähnlichen Arbeitsgang erfordert wie das Zusammensetzen des Verschlusses aus zwei Teilen. Wenn auch ein zweiteiliger Verschluss einem einstückigen Verschluss vorgezogen wird, kann doch festgestellt werden, dass die vorliegende Erfindung auch als einstückiger Verschluss realisierbar ist.The lid and base part are advantageously separate parts.
