Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif de montage d'un pack (20) formé d'un flan déployé (1) de carton ou analogue et destiné à des objets (4) en forme de godets qui se logent dans des trous d'un plateau de support (2) du pack avec lequel sont venues de découpe des languettes (5, 11) saillantes vers le haut et reposant contre la côté extérieur des objets, ces languettes pénétrant dans les trous du plateau de support (2) qui sont prévus pour loger les objets (4) et étant articulées par des lignes de pliage (6, 9) sur le plateau de support (2), ledit dispositif comprenant un transporteur (22) des flans (1) de carton ainsi qu'un convoyeur (26) d'amenée des objets (4) en forme de godets qui inscrit un angle aïgu avec ce transporteur, caractérisé en ce que la convoyeur (26) d'amenée des objets (4) an forme de godets est disposé au-dessus du transporteur (22) des flans (20) de carton et il passe horizontalement au-dessus de lui, en ce qu'un autre dispositif de transport (24) est disposé au-dessous de ce transporteur (22), va à la rencontre de celui-ci sous un angle aïgu et supporte des poussoirs (25) orientés vers le haut, pénétrant par la bas dans las trous du plateau de support (2) du flan du pack et repoussant les languettes (5, 11) vers le haut, en ce que les objets (4) en forme de godets arrivant par le haut prennent appui sur les poussoirs (25) orientés vers la haut, les poussoirs (25) ayant au moins approximativement la même forme transversale que le fond des objets (4), de manière qu'au moment de la pénétration des poussoirs (25) dans les trous, un repliement correct des languettes (5, 11) vers le haut soit garanti et en ce que dans la suite du parcours des transporteurs, ceux-ci sa rapprochent l'un de l'autre de manière que les poussoirs (25) ressortent des trous et que simultanément les objets (4) soient introduits dans les trous.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que des organes de guidage (27, 26) prévus dans la prolongement des transporteurs et du convoyeur d'amenée (22, 24, 26) allant à la rencontre les uns des autres replient l'un contre l'autre les rabats (18, 19) du fond du pack (20) qui pendant vers le bas.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un pulvérisateur de colle (29) prévu au début des organes de guidage (27, 28) projette un adhésif sur le côté intérieur du rabat (18) de fond qui est situé extérieurement au repliage.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément presseur (31) prévu sur le côté inférieur des organes serre l'un contre l'autre les deux rabats de fond (18, 19) repliés l'un contre l'autre.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif de pliage (32) à l'aide duquel un enveloppement en forme de gaine est enroulé autour du pack (20) garni des objets (4).
