Claims (7)

  1. Support central pour châssis de fenêtre, comportant un élément profilé intérieur en métal et un élément dormant recouvrant celui-ci sur au moins trois côtés extérieurs, l'élément profilé étant relié, dans la zone de ses deux faces frontales, à des éléments du châssis de la fenêtre, par l'intermédiaire de liaisons par vissage, caractérisé en ce que l'élément profilé (1) se compose de deux demi-profilés (2, 3), identiques mais disposés de façon symétrique, qui ont chacun une forme de base en U et dont les branches de base sont placées l'une contre l'autre, chaque branche de base possédant deux rainures (4, 5) qui s'étendent parallèlement, de façon espacée, dans le sens longitudinal, et définissent ensemble deux canaux de vissage (6, 7).
  2. Support central selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les dimensions des branches de chaque demi-profilé (2, 3) sont choisies de telle sorte que l'ensemble de l'élément (1) puisse être introduit dans l'élément dormant (8) avec un faible jeu (10), pour que des vis (9) introduites dans les canaux de vissage (6, 7) puissent comprimer ce jeu (10), par un élargissement.
  3. Support central selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que chacune des branches parallèles du U possède une patte (11) pliée vers l'intérieur approximativement à angle droit.
  4. Support central selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que chacune des branches parallèles du U possède, à son extrémité libre, une patte repliée (12) qui s'étend à l'intérieur, parallèlement à la branche et contre la rainure voisine (4, 5), en recouvrant celle-ci.
  5. Support central selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les rainures (4, 5) définissant les canaux de vissage (6, 7) entourent ensemble une section transversale intérieure approximativement carrée.
  6. Support central selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que, pour chaque demi-profilé (2, 3), la branche de base du profilé en U est plus longue que les branches parallèles.
  7. Support central selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les demi-profilés (2, 3) sont formés par pliage à partir d'une tôle d'acier.
