Simultaneously, the ends of this elastic wire are released by the corresponding spring blades 5, and the elastic wire is therefore no longer retained except by the lamella 20.
  • the two needles 31 are moved upwards and engaged in the perforations 4a, so as to pass the ends of the section 1a of elastic thread through its perforations 4a.
  • the ends of the section 1a are sucked in by the suction tubes 45 arranged in alignment with the needles 31 (cf. FIG. 7).

Claims (13)

1. Verfahren zum Positionieren und Befestigen eines weichen Bande (2), z.B. einer Gummilitze, durch nacheinander erfolgendes Hindurchführen durch zwei Perforationslöcher (4a, 4b) eines formfesten Trägers, z.B. eines Kartonzuschnitts (4), wobei des Band das erste Perforationsloch in einer Richtung und dann das zweite Perforationsloch in der entgegengesetzten Richtung durchläuft, und wobei das Verfahren darin besteht, daß man nach dem Hinführen eines Endes des weichen Bandes in den Bereich des ersten Perforationsloch (4a).
- dieses Ende des Bandes durch Ansaugen von der anderen Seite des Zuschnitts der durch das erste Perforationsloch (4a) hindurchtreten läßt,
- die Ansaugmittel verschiebt, um dieses Ende des Bandes über des zweite Perforationsloch (4b) zu führen, und
- das Ende des Bandes nach Unterbrechen des Unterdrucks durch die Einwirkung mechanischer Mittel durch diese zweite Perforationsloch hindurchtreten läßt.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zentrale Teil das weichen Bandes gegen die erste Seite des formfesten Trägers blockiert wird, bis jedes Ende des weichen Bandes nach dem Hindurchtreten durch Perforationslöcher (4a, 4b) auf diese erste Seite zurückgeführt ist.
3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das weiche Band im Verlauf der Verschiebung der Ansaugmittel von dem ersten Perforationsloch (4a) zu dem zweiten Perforationsloch (4b) gegen die zweite Seite des formfesten Trägers gedrückt wird.

Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, bestehend aus einem Arbeitstisch (3) zur Aufnahme des formfesten Trägers, z.B. eines Kartonzuschnitts (4), oberhalb des Arbeitstisches (3) angeordneten Mitteln (1) zum Heranführen des weichen Bandes über den Kartonzuschnitt (4) in den Bereich jedes erste Perforationslochs (4a), wenigsten einem oberhalb des Arbeitstisches im Bereich jedes ersten Perforationslochs (4a) angeordneten Ansaugsystem (45) zum Ansaugen des weichen Bandes (2) durch Perforationsloch, wobei dieses Ansaugsystem (45) bis zum dem zweiten Perforationsloch (4b) verschiebbar ist, und einem mechanischen System zum Hindurchführen des betrachteten freien Endes des weichen Bandes durch diese zweite Perforationsloch (4b).

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Ansaugsystem aus einem vertikalen Rohr (45) besteht, in dessen Innern ein Unterdruck erzeugt wird, und daß dieses Rohr auf einem Wagen (40) montiert ist, der zwischen einem ersten Perforationsloch (4a) und einem zweiten Perforationsloch (4b) längs eines Weges verschiebbar ist, der demjenigen des weichen Bandes (2) entspricht.
6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Rohr (45) mit einer Federklinge (50) ausgestattet ist, mittels derer das weiche Band (2) über seine Weglänge flach gegen den Arbeitstisch (3) andrückbar ist.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federklinge (50) mit einer Ausnehmung (50a) für der zugeordnet Nadel (46) ausgestattet ist.
8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedem Perforationsloch (4a, 4b) jeweils eine vertikal verschiebbare Nadel (31, 46) zum Hindurchführen des weichen Bandes (2) durch das betreffende Perforationsloch zugeordnet isst.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das weiche Band (2) von einem mit einer Nut (1a) zur Aufnahme des Bandes ausgestatteten drehbaren Kranz (1) in die Höhe des Arbeitstisches (3) geführt wird und daß das Band mit Hilfe einer Ferderklinge (5), die die Öffnung der Nut (1a) verschließt und deren Verschiebung durch ein Nockensystem (5, 6, 7) gesteuert wird, im Innern dieser Nut (1a) gehalten wird.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das weiche Band (2) in dem Maße, in dem es in Kranz eingeführt wird, durch ein Messer (8) in Abschnitte (2a) zerteilt und daß jeder dieser Abschnitt durch auf jedes seiner Ende einwirkende Federklingen (5) in der Nut (1a) des Kranzes gehalten wird.
11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden des weichen Bandes (2a) unmittelbar vor dem Eintreten desselben in die Perforationslöcher (4a) von den Federklingen freigegeben werden.
12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Innern des Kranzes (1) ein Andrucksystem (20) vorgesehen ist, das dazu dient, das weiche Band (2a) nach der Freigabe Ende durch die Federklingen (5) gegen den Zuschnitt (4) zu drücken.
13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein ein Andrucksystem (17) vorgesehen ist, das dazu dient, den Zuschnitt (4) gegen den Arbeitstisch (3) zu drücken.
