Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif de freinage d'un fil, comportant un dispositif de freinage (3), dans lequel le fil (1) déroulé d'une réserve de fil (2) peut être freiné, et un détecteur (24) de la traction du fil, le dispositif de freinage étant constitué d'une seule unité de freinage (3) comportant deux éléments de freinage (4,5) qui reçoivent entre eux le fil (1), et au moins un élément de freinage est disposé de manière à pouvoir être guidé contre l'autre élément de freinage et est couplé à un dispositif d'entraînement qui est relié, côté entrée, à la sortie du détecteur (24) de la traction du fil,
    caractérisé par le fait que chaque élément de freinage (4;5) comporte une bande de freinage sans fin (6;7), qui circule sur deux galets de renvoi (8,9;10,11) disposés d'une manière décalée le long d'une section rectiligne (12) du fil (1), et une plaque d'actionnement (13;14) reliée au dispositif d'entraînement, les plaques d'actionnement (13,14) pouvant être rapprochées ou écartées l'une de l'autre au moyen du dispositif d'entraînement.
  2. Dispositif de freinage d'un fil suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la bande de freinage (6. 7) possède une garniture de frein sur sa face tournée vers le fil.
  3. Dispositif de freinage d'un fil suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la garniture de frein est constituée d'une couche de feutre.
  4. Dispositif de freinage d'un fil suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que la bande de freinage (6;7) est entraînée en permanence sur un galet de renvoi (8;10), en sens opposé du sens de déroulement du fil (1).
  5. Dispositif de freinage d'un fil suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'unité de freinage contient un multiplicateur de la force de freinage comportant deux galets de renvoi supplémentaires (18, 19), sur lesquels le fil (1) circule plusieurs fois entre les éléments de freinage (4, 5).
  6. Dispositif de freinage d'un fil suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif d'entraînement est un dispositif d'entraînement électromagnétique, qui est excité, côté entrée, par un signal électrique de sortie du détecteur (24) de la traction du fil.
