  • the layer of polyvinylchloride will be bonded to the insulation of the conductors belonging thereto while the shoe is being moved.
  • the teflon layer 40 will thereby prevent that material adheres to the heated shoe 34.
  • the shoe can be lifted again and the teflon layer 40 can be rolled up again by moving the block 38 supporting the reel 39 from the position 38' to the original position.
  • the cable tree can be removed from the device by disconnecting the fixed ends of the conductors.
  • Figs. 8 and 9 there have been mounted pins 45, about which the conductors 18 are guided as explained above by means of Fig. 7, on a fixed plate 46 near a recess in the beam 4 at the position of a branch.

Claims (13)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Draht-Kabelbaums, bei dem eine Anzahl von mit einem Isolationsmaterial umgebenen Leitern (18) Seite an Seite auf einem Support aufgelegt und danach auf den Leitern (18) mittels eines Heizschuhs (34) ein Streifen aufgeschweißt wird, der aus einem mit dem vorerwähnten Isolationsmaterial zu verschweißenden Material besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiter auf einer nachgiebigen Deckschicht (5,50) auf dem Support plaziert werden und zur Bildung eines Abzweigs an einer Seite des Draht-Kabelbaums wenigstens ein Leiter (18) um einen auf der Support-Platte (49) vorhandenen Stift (45) so geführt ist, daß er sich außerhalb des Supports erstreckt, daß eine Abdeckung aus Polytetrafluoräthylen auf den Streifen aufgelegt und dann ein Heizschuh (34) über die erwähnte Abdeckung vom einen Ende des Streifens bis zum anderen Ende des Streifens bewegt wird, wobei der Stift (45) und die Support-Platte (49) zueinander bewegt werden, sobald der Heizschuh (34) nahe dem erwähnten Stift (45) ist, um den Stift in Bezug auf die erwähnte Support-Platte (49) zurückzuziehen, und danach die Abdeckung aus Polytetrafluoräthylen von dem Streifen entfernt wird.
  2. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, mit einem Rahmengestell (3), das einen Support (4,5) aufweist, auf welchem von Isolationsmaterial umgebene Leiter angeordnet werden können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung weiterhin versehen ist mit einer nachgiebigen Deckschicht (5,50) auf dem erwähnten Support, mit einem Stift (45) und einer Support-Platte, die zueinander beweglich sind, mit einem entlang des Supports bewegbaren Wagen (26) und einem auf ihm senkrecht verstellbaren Heizschuh (34), sowie mit einem Block (38), der eine mit einem aus Polytetrafluoräthylen bestehenden Band (40) umwickelte Haspel trägt und entlang des Supports bewegbar ist, um das Polytetrafluoräthylen-Band (40) auf die Leiter (18) aufzulegen und es danach wieder auf den Haspel (39) aufzuwickeln.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nahe an den Enden des Supports Befestigungsmittel (13) zum Befestigen der Leiter (18) vorhanden und daß weiterhin Mittel vorgesehen sind, durch die die Befestigungsmittel (13) relativ zueinander zu bewegen sind, um den Abstand zwischen den Befestigungsmitteln zu erweitern oder zu verkürzen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel (13) an den Enden des Supports vorgesehen und in Längsrichtung des erwähnten Supports hin und her zu bewegen sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Support mit einem Hohlträger (4) versehen ist, in welchem Stellzylinder (12) zum Verstellen der Befestigungsmittel (13) angeordnet sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorerwähnten Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel (13) auf Platten (8) vorhanden sind, die sich nahe der Enden eines Hohlträgers (4) befinden und einen Teil des Supports bilden, wobei die erwähnten Platten (8) von der Oberseite des Hohlträgers (4) in entgegengesetzten Richtungen schräg abfallen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einer Platte (8) kammförmige Mittel (13) zur Aufnahme der Enden der Leiter (18) vorhanden sind, wobei die Platte weiterhin mit einem schwenkbeweglichen Klemmarm (15) und einem ihm gegenüber liegenden Kissen (17) versehen ist, um die Leiter (18) zwischen dem Klemmarm (15) und dem Kissen (17) klemmzubefestigen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorerwähnten Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Heizschuh (34) auf dem Wagen (26) mit Hilfe eines parallelogrammartigen Mechanismus (30,35) schwenkbeweglich gelagert ist, und zwar über sich parallel zum Support erstreckende Zapfen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorerwähnten Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Bewegungsrichtung des Wagens (26) gesehen auf beiden Seiten des Wagens (26) ein Support für Leiter (18) vorgesehen ist, die zu einem Draht-Kabelbaum verbunden werden sollen, und daß der Heizschuh (34) von der einen Seite des Wagens (26) zur anderen Seite des Wagens (26) verschwenkt werden kann.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorerwähnten Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Support mit einer nachgiebigen Deckschicht auf seiner Oberseite versehen ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der erwähnten Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein oder mehrere Abzweigungen im Kabelbaum vorgesehen sein können, indem eine Anzahl von dem erwähnten Kabelbaum angehörenden Leitern (18) zusammengefaßt um auf dem Support vorgesehene Führungsstifte (22,45) herum und zu Befestigungsmitteln (23) ausserhalb des Supports zu führen sind.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsstifte (45) sich durch in Supportmitteln (49,50) für die Leiter (18) vorhandene Löcher erstrecken, wobei die Supportmittel (49,50) in Aufwärtsrichtung beweglich sind.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel (23) aus kammförmigen Mitteln bestehen.
