Claims (3)

  1. Dispositif d'affichage de caractères ou signes dont les points, associés aux différents caractères ou signes mis en avant pour l'affichage des caractères ou signes, sont répartis en différents champs matriciels de points par un affichage matriciel de points à deux lignes, dispositif caractérisé en ce que :
    - pour l'affichage de chiffres dont la hauteur est double de la hauteur d'un champ matriciel de points, chaque chiffre se compose de modèles de base en forme de traits, et les modèles de base prévus pour l'affichage sur les champs matriciels de points voisins pour les chiffres à afficher forment un affichage de type à sept segments et,
    - le segment horizontal supérieur d'un signe est formé par les deux rangées supérieures d'un champ matriciel de points de la ligne supérieure,
    - le segment horizontal médian d'un signe est formé par la rangée inférieure d'un champ matriciel de points de la ligne supérieure et par la ligne supérieure du champ matriciel de points située en-dessous correspondant à la ligne inférieure,
    - le segment horizontal inférieur d'un signe est formé par les deux rangées inférieures d'un champ matriciel de points de la ligne inférieure,
    - un segment vertical gauche d'un signe est formé par les trois colonnes droites d'un champ matriciel de points,
    - un segment vertical à droite d'un signe est formé par les trois colonnes gauches d'un champ matriciel de points.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la colonne intérieure rapportée au champ matriciel de points d'un segment vertical est raccourcie chaque fois d'un point dans la ligne supérieure et dans la ligne inférieure du champ matriciel de points.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que pour l'affichage de chiffres, on utilise les huit modèles de base suivants :
    a) les deux lignes supérieures d'un champ matriciel de points,
    b) les deux lignes supérieures et la ligne inférieure d'un champ matriciel de points,
    c) la ligne supérieure et les deux lignes inférieures d'un champ matriciel de points,
    d) les deux lignes inférieures d'un champ matriciel de points,
    e) la ligne inférieure d'un champ matriciel de points,
    f) la ligne supérieure d'un champ matriciel de points,
    g) les trois colonnes de droite d'un champ matriciel de points,
    h) les trois colonnes de gauche d'un champ matriciel de points.
