Description

The invention relates to a device for dispensing multicomponent hair cosmetic products, in particular hair colorants, having a tubular element receiving a treatment agent and having tines made of an absorbent material which are connected to the treatment agent via capillary action.

A dispenser for hair cosmetic products, in particular hair dyeing devices, in the form of a comb or a brush with a hollow back which holds a treatment agent and has tines inserted therein, which are connected to the liquid treatment agent via capillary action, is known from an older, not previously published patent application by the applicant an absorbent material known. Compared to conventional dispensers, this dispenser enables the supply of liquid treatment agents in direct dependence on the amount of treatment agent delivered to the hair. Treatment hair, for example hair color, is applied homogeneously to the scalp hair. It is disadvantageous, however, that the product, which usually consists of several components, must be put together before use in the dispenser. As a result, possible mixing effects or reactions take place before the actual product is used, which means that we product may be affected.

The object of the invention is therefore to provide a solution which enables the components of a hair cosmetic product to be joined together only immediately before use.

This object is achieved according to the invention with a device of the type described in the introduction in that the tubular element is provided with at least two storage chambers for the separate accommodation of the components of the product.

The individual components of the product are brought together in the prongs of the device immediately before use. For this purpose, the components are initially accommodated separately from one another in at least two storage chambers, which are each connected to the prongs by capillary action. The individual components thus get from the chambers into the tines and are mixed there.

In an embodiment of the invention it is provided that the chambers are formed from at least two suction tubes which can be inserted into the tubular element and which separate the components of the product and which are connected to the prongs. This configuration is particularly one subject. Depending on the number of components of the hair cosmetic product, a corresponding number of suction tubes soaked with the individual components are inserted into the tubular element.

In a further embodiment, it is provided that at least one of the chambers is formed by a filler material serving as storage and at least one other chamber is formed by a cartridge connected to the filler material, the cartridge content being insertable into the filler material. This configuration is suitable for products whose components can or must be brought together shortly before use.

Furthermore, the invention provides that at least a part of the chambers is formed by a cartridge which is arranged in a sleeve which can be pushed over the tubular element and which is connected to a filling material in the tubular element which serves as a reservoir. The individual components initially stored in the cartridges are introduced into the storage element in the tubular element, in which the mixing then takes place, depending on the quantity required.

In a particularly advantageous embodiment it is provided that a mixing chamber is arranged between the cartridges and the filling material. This mixing chamber leads to better mixing of the individual components.

Furthermore, the invention provides that the chambers are formed by two containers which are arranged in a sleeve which can be partially pushed over the tubular element and which are connected to one another via a membrane, and the one container is connected to a filler material serving as a reservoir in the tubular element .

It may be expedient if the suction tubes and / or the filling material are made of sponges or tampons. These materials are particularly well suited for the absorption and storage of liquid products.

Dochtartige Zinken 4 stehen mit im rohrförmigen Element 2 befindlichen Saugröhrchen 5 in Verbindung.1 shows a device 1 which has a tubular element 2 with a plug 3. Wick-like tines 4 are connected to suction tubes 5 located in the tubular element 2.

This embodiment is suitable for two-component hair colorants. The two components (dye precursor A and oxidizing agent B) are stored separately from one another in the two suction tubes 5. Due to the capillary action, both substances A and B get into the wick-shaped tines 4 and mix there. The device 1 to be used like a comb is brought with the tines 4 to the strands of hair to be colored. As soon as the hair dye has been used up, the capillary action of the tines 4 brings new product from the two suction tubes 5 to the surface. By mixing the two components A and B of the hair dye in the prongs 4 only immediately before the product is used, the full effect of the hair dye can be achieved be unfolded by means.

The exemplary embodiments shown in FIGS. 2 to 6 are provided with the same reference numerals and an additional index as in FIG. 1 when corresponding positions occur.

Die Mischung der Komponenten Aa, Ba, C erfolgt wiederum in dem dochtförmigen Zinken 4a.2 shows an exemplary embodiment of a three-component hair dye. The principle of operation of this embodiment is the same as in Fig. 1. The three components Aa, Ba and C (e.g. two dye precursors Aa, Ba and an oxidizing agent C) are distributed separately from one another on three suction tubes 5a. The components Aa, Ba, C are again mixed in the wick-shaped tines 4a.

Fig. 3 shows another embodiment of the invention for a two-component hair dye. One component Ab (dye precursor) is stored in a filler material 7 which serves as a store and which is arranged in the tubular element 2b. The second component Bb (oxidizing agent) is located in a spray cartridge 8 with a piston 9 arranged in a sleeve 6. When using the device 1b, a certain amount of oxidizing agent B is introduced from the cartridge 8 into the filler material 7 by inserting the piston 9, so that a mixture of dye precursor Ab and oxidizing agent Bb is formed.

From there, this mixture reaches the tines 4b. For certain hair dyes, this mixture is beneficial shortly before the product is used.

Über die entsprechenden Zinken 4c erfolgt dann die Haarfärbung4 shows a further embodiment of the invention for a three-component hair dye. The dye precursors Ac (e.g. ammonium salt) and Bc (e.g. ammoniale) and the oxidizing agent Cc are located in three spray cartridges 8c, each with a piston 9c. Before use, the pistons 9c are pushed in so that the components Ac, Bc and Cc get into the suction tube 5c located in the tubular element 2c and mix there. The hair is then colored using the corresponding tines 4c

Von dort tritt das Haarfärbemittel über die Zinken 4d aus.5 shows another embodiment of the invention for a two-component hair dye. A dye precursor Ad and an oxidizing agent Bd are located in two cartridges 8d. The cartridges open via thorns 10 into a mixing chamber 12 which is divided by a partition 11 and which is filled with filling material 7d. Due to the capillary action, both components Ad and Bd are guided through an opening 13 into the actual storage chamber 14. The hair dye is already completely mixed in this chamber 14. From there, the hair dye emerges via the prongs 4d.

The dye precursor Ae and the oxidizing agent Be are stored separately from each other in an ampoule 15 located in the sleeve 6e. The dye precursor Ae is located in a chamber 16 and the oxidizing agent Be in a chamber 17, which are separated from one another by a membrane 18. The oxidant Be enters the chamber 16 through the membrane 18 into the chamber 16 and mixes there with the dye precursor Ae. The mixed product passes through the mandrel 10e into the area of the tubular element 2e filled with filler 7e. The hair dye is applied to the hair via the prongs 4e.

In order to avoid applying the hair dye to the scalp of the person being treated, the tips of the tines, generally designated 4, are closed by heating or ultrasound.

The invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing. Further refinements of the invention are possible without leaving the basic idea. The respective versions are of course also suitable for hair cosmetic products with more than two or three components. For the disinfectant treatment of head lice or for the treatment of parasites on and in animal skins, solutions or Emulsions are used which contain, for example, pyrethrum, nicotine, chlorinated hydrocarbons and the like.
