The object of the invention is to provide a solution which enables the application of any hair treatment compositions, including those with the inclusion of small solid components, for example in the case of multicomponent hair colorants, with considerably less effort, combined with the possibility of designing the device in question in its external form in a variety of ways or to meet all design requirements and to be able to specifically design the course of the capillaries if desired. This object is achieved in accordance with the invention in that both the tines and the storage device are formed in one piece in a comb-like manner from a number of thin plates and / or foils arranged in layers with respect to one another, with gap-like spaces of such size provided between the individual plates and / or foils, that, depending on the respective plate and / or film materials and the hair treatment agent to be dispensed, capillary transport of the hair treatment agent in question takes place in the gap-shaped spaces.
