Abstract

The present invention is directed to bald or sparsely haired heads, beards and mustaches being perceived to have a fuller head of hair or fuller beard or mustache. Any device comprising of spines that could be staggered. These spines are hollow in the manner of a quill enabling an efficient uptake of dye. The spines are applied to a pad of ink of a similar nature of henna. The aforementioned device is then applied in a rolling motion with even force and speed onto hair bearing areas. The impression of dye which may be permanent or temporary giving the impression of hair.

Description

    ARTICLE I. BACKGROUND Section 1.02 Field of the Invention
  • The present invention is directed to bald or sparsely haired heads, beards and mustaches being perceived to have a fuller head of hair or fuller beard or mustache.
  • Section 1.02 Description of the Related Art
  • Present day methods today include a variety of methods. A common method is hair replacement. Hair is replanted on the thinning areas from another location. The non surgical alternative is wig, hair cap or something similar.
  • Another method is medication. Alopecia is among them.
  • An extreme method that has been employed is tattooing spots on the head giving the appearance of hair.
  • Section 1.03 Summary
  • The primary object of this invention is to provide a device utilizing dye as the method giving the appearance of hair thereof and provided with a method of even application of said dye in both quantity and location.
  • A further object is to provide a device of this character which is simple in construction, easy to use, which can be cleaned and sterilized readily, which is safe when handled by unskilled persons, and which can be manufactured economically.
  • ARTICLE II. II. DETAILED DESCRIPTION Section 2.01 Definitions
  • It is advantageous to define several terms before describing the invention. It should be appreciated that the following definitions are used throughout this application.
  • Where the definition of terms departs from the commonly used meaning of the term, applicant intends to utilize the definitions provided below, unless specifically indicated.
  • For the purposes of the present invention, the term “hair” refers to hair from the head or scalp, sideburns, eyebrows, facial hair (e.g., mustache, beard, etc.) etc., that may be subjected to hair loss and or scalp dyeing.
  • For the purposes of the present invention, the term “scalp” refers to hair from the head or scalp, sideburns, eyebrows, facial hair (e.g., mustache, beard, etc.) etc., that may be subjected to hair loss and or scalp dyeing.
  • Section 2.02 Brief Description of the Drawings
  • Figure A exhibits the main the embodiment. #1 illustrates the handle. #2 points to the longest part which is cylindrical. #3 are the spines perpendicular to #2's cylinders' surface.
  • Figure B exhibits an alternative embodiment. #1 demonstrates the glove shaped mitten. # 2 are the perpendicular spines on #1.

Claims (2)

10) A hair rolling pin device comprising of an elongated member with handles on each end with a greater width than the central cylinder. The central part of said cylinder comprises spines that maybe staggered. These spines are hollow in the manner of a quill enabling an efficient uptake of dye. The hair rolling pin is rolled over a pad of ink. The aforementioned device is then applied in a rolling motion with even force and speed onto hair bearing areas. The impression of dye which may be permanent or temporary giving the impression of hair.
12) A mitten device comprising of spines perpendicular to said mitten. The central part of said mitten comprises spines that maybe staggered. These spines are hollow in the manner of a quill enabling an efficient uptake of dye. The mitten is patted on a pad of ink. The aforementioned device is then applied in a patting motion with even force and speed onto hair bearing areas. The impression of dye which may be permanent or temporary giving the impression of hair.
