Claims (10)

  1. Klemmvorrichtung für automatische Verdrahtungsmaschinen zum Festhalten von einem oder mehreren leitenden Drähten,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß diese zwei Paare von schnabelförmigen Elementen (15a,15b) aufweist, die an einem festen Sockel (13) angelenkt sind, wobei die Paare jeweils zwei schnabelförmige Elemente aufweisen, die im Verhältnis zu einer Symmetrieebene (PP') symmetrisch angeordnet sind und die mit Mitteln (17a,17b) zur automatischen Erinnerung an die geschlossene Position ausgerüstet und durch einen Zwischenraum (19) getrennt sind, und daß die Vorrichtung außerdem einen zentralen Kolben (20) aufweist, der innerhalb des Zwischenraumes angeordnet ist, im Verhältnis zu der Symmetrieebene (PP') symmetrisch ist und mit Mitteln (23) zur automatischen Erinnerung gegen das freie Ende der schnabelförmigen Elemente ausgerüstet ist.
  2. Klemmvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die obere Fläche des Kolbens eine Einkerbung (24) in V-Form aufweist, die im Verhältnis zur Mittelebene symmetrisch ist und sich nach außen aufweitet.
  3. Klemmvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das freie Ende des inneren Randes jedes schnabelförmigen Elementes eine Rampe (25a,25b) aufweist, die gegen das Innere absteigend geneigt ist.
  4. Klemmvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der innere Rand jedes schnabelförmigen Elementes unterhalb des unteren Endes der Rampe (25a,25b) eine konkave Einkerbung (26a,26b) aufweist, die mit der sich aufweitenden Einkerbung (24) der äußeren Fläche des Kolbens (20) eine Durchtrittsöffnung mit einer variablen Größe begrenzt, in welche ein oder mehrere leitende Drähte (28) eingeführt werden können.
  5. Klemmvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß jedes schnabelförmige Element einen erhabenen Anschlag (27a,27b) aufweist, der ein Spreizen der schnabelförmigen Elemente durch Abstützung auf diesen Anschlägen ermöglicht, was das Auswerfen der von der Klemme gehaltenen Drähte bewirkt.
  6. Klemmvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die sich aufweitende Einkerbung (24) des Kolbens und die konkaven Einkerbungen (26a,26b) der schnabelförmigen Elemente eine derartige Form aufweisen, daß sie eine Durchtrittsöffnung mit einer im wesentlichen kreisförmigen Form bilden.
  7. Klemmvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Einkerbung (24) des Kolbens sehr aufgeweitet ist und daß die Einkerbungen (26a,26b) der schnabelförmigen Elemente eine starke Krümmung aufweisen, derart, daß diese eine rechtwinklig zur Symmetrieachse (PP') angeordnete längliche Durchtrittsöffnung bilden, in welcher mehrere Drähte benachbart zueinander zur Bildung eines Bündels angeordnet werden können.
  8. Klemmvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Einkerbung (24) des Kolbens einen geringen Öffnungswinkel aufweist und daß die Einkerbungen (26a,26b) der schnabelförmigen Elemente eine schwache Krümmung aufweisen, derart, daß diese in der Symmetrieebene eine längliche Durchtrittsöffnung begrenzen, in welcher mehrere Drähte (28) zur Bildung eines Bündels benachbart zueinander gruppiert angeordnet werden können.
  9. Klemmvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß diese von einer Stütze (8,10) zur Befestigung an einem Transportband (1) getragen ist, wobei die Stütze in vertikaler Richtung durch einen vertikalen Stößel verschiebbar ist, was eine vertikale Verschiebung der in der Vorrichtung gehaltenen Drahtbündel ermöglicht.
  10. Vorrichtung zur Einführung von Drähten in eine Klemmvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß diese zwei Paare von Backen (32a,32b) aufweist, welche durch ein Gewinde (31) betätigbar sind und deren Abstand größer als die transversale Bauhöhe der beiden Paare von schnabelförmigen Elementen der Vorrichtung ist.
