Description

The invention relates to a sports device consisting of a base plate and support members attached to it by means of oppositely arranged pendulum axes, by means of which the sports device rests on the surface to be driven, the base plate being provided with one or two grip pieces as tilting or steering aids, which are rigidly connected to this and by means of which the base plate is inclined sideways.

A sports device of this type is known from FR-A-25 69 572. An arched bow is provided as the handle, which is attached with its ends to the narrow sides of the base plate. A driver standing on the base plate can thus hold on to the bracket and cause changes in direction by shifting weight, but this sports device, which is only equipped with casters, can only be used on a solid surface and therefore not on snow or in open terrain.

The object of the invention is therefore to provide a sports device of the type mentioned at the outset which can be used in an advantageous and simple manner, in particular on snow and ice. Above all, it should be achieved that changes of direction can be made without problems and that the sports equipment does not slip sideways even on a hard surface, but is always guided safely and maintains the selected direction of travel. Furthermore, a high level of driving safety is to be provided and accidents and thus injuries to the driver are largely avoided. The construction effort required for this should be kept low, and the driving technique should also be easy to learn in order to always be able to handle such a sports device that can be assembled from just a few components, even with different types of use.

According to the invention, this is achieved in a sports device of the aforementioned type in that the sports device is designed as a sliding device, that the support members designed in the form of skis, sliding boards, sliding plates or guide runners have a profiled tread and that one or both sides of the support members have guide runners or wings arranged or that these are integrated into the support members.

It is advantageous here to arrange the guide runners or wings so that they can be adjusted in height and / or perpendicular to the direction of travel of the sports equipment relative to the running surface of the supporting members, so that an adaptation to the particular nature of the surface to be driven is easy to make.

It is also appropriate to arrange the guide runners symmetrically to a pendulum axis or to the pendulum axes of a group and to form the wings by separate or integrated support rails which protrude laterally on one or both sides of the support members.

It is also appropriate to make the pendulum axles enlarged in their track width in such a way that the inclinations and weight shifts of the driver to be transmitted to the base plate are absorbed. Tilting of the sports equipment is almost impossible.

To increase driving safety, it is expedient to provide two or more pendulum axles combined to form a group in one or both end regions of the sports device, which are each to be arranged opposite to the pendulum axles attached in the other end region.

It is also very advantageous to produce the base plate from one or more preferably tubular profile elements running in the longitudinal direction of the sports equipment, for example from two profile elements arranged at a lateral distance from one another, which are firmly connected to one another by means of tensioning or connecting elements.

On the base plate or the profile elements forming it, a base plate, a seat, a bench or a lying shell can be detachably and adjustably attached, preferably by means of tensioning or connecting elements, holding straps or holding clips.

A monoski, two normal skis, two or more short skis, two or more sliding boards or sliding plates, ice runners, guide runners with hydrofoils can be attached to the pendulum axles and / or the extension arms directly or by means of intermediate links, for example in the form of clamping prisms as supporting links, so that the Sports equipment can be used in almost every season and in very different subsurface conditions.

The sports device designed according to the invention is not only extremely simple in its constructive design and thus economical to produce, especially if the base plate is formed from profile elements, but also easy to use, versatile to use and safe to master. If the sports device is designed as a sliding device, provided with differently designed support members, and are arranged next to these skids, wings or the like, it is possible without difficulty to make the required changes in direction of travel by tilting the base plate and / or by shifting weight. A driver can thus support himself on the handles when sitting, standing or lying down, but above all the base plate can be inclined laterally in order to bring about changes in the direction of the sports equipment. It is also of particular advantage that the support members guide the sports equipment reliably on a hard surface, such as pressed snow or ice, and it cannot slide sideways; the chosen direction of travel is rather always maintained.

Special knowledge and skills to always master a sports device designed according to the invention are therefore no longer necessary, rather the driving technique can be learned in a short time even without instructions. In particular, however, there is a high level of driving safety, since tipping over of the sports equipment is almost impossible and the driver can hold on to the grip pieces. This significantly reduces the risk of falling and injuries are largely avoided.

Furthermore, the sports device designed according to the proposal is small, has a low dead weight and can be converted easily. Accordingly, no roof rack is required to transport the sports equipment by means of a motor vehicle; the individual parts of the collapsible or collapsible sports equipment are rather compact to transport and can be easily accommodated in a trunk. And since individual parts such as seat or base plate, grips, sliding plates, skis, runners or the like can be replaced quickly, an adaptation to the respective purpose, the driver as well as the terrain and ground conditions can be easily accomplished without great expenditure of time, so that it is extremely versatile in summer and winter.

Guide skids 88, 89 and 98, 99, in turn, are arranged laterally next to the sliding boards 85, 87 and the sliding plates 95, 97. According to the dash-dotted representations in FIG. 2, guide runners 90 can also be attached to the center of the sliding boards 85, 87 or the sliding plates 95 ', 95'',97', 97 ''.

The ski 121 shown in FIG. 4 is provided with a profiled running surface 122, in that longitudinal grooves 123, 124 of different designs are incorporated into these. In addition, the ski 121 is equipped with a guide skid 125 which is adjustable in height with respect to the tread 122 and also perpendicular to the direction of travel. For this purpose, a connecting lever 127, which extends through the elongated holes 130 and 131 by means of screws 128 and 129, is adjustably attached to the ski 121 and the guide skid 125. The tip 126 or 126 'of the guide runner 125, which can be designed as desired - for example, this can also be provided with a hollow grinding - can thus more or less protrude beyond the tread 122 of the ski 121 or project laterally, so that an adaptation to the respective properties of the surface to be driven on is easily possible.

The support member 141 shown in Figure 5 is designed as a guide skid 143 which is attached to a pendulum axis 142 of a sports device and is provided on both sides with wings 144 and 145. In this way, not only is it possible to slide sideways on hard slopes, but also to sink too deeply into loose deep snow.

Claims (9)

  1. Sporting device (71; 81; 91) comprising a baseplate (72; 82; 92) with support members arranged on opposing jointed cross-shaft axles (74; 84; 94), upon which the sporting device (71; 81; 91) makes contact with the ground surface, whereby the baseplate (72; 82; 92) is provided with one or two grips (73; 83; 93) as tilting or steering aids, these being rigidly mounted on the baseplate (72; 82; 92), thus enabling it to be inclined laterally,

    characterized in that

the sporting device (71; 81; 91) is arranged as a sliding fixture, in that the support members take the form of skis (75; 77; 121), skids (85; 87), plate skids (95; 97; 95'; 95'', 97', 97'') or guide runners (143), have a profiled contact surface, and also have guide runners (78, 79; 88, 89, 90; 98, 99; 125) or stabilisers (144, 145) on one or both sides of the support members, or forming an integral part of the support members (141).
  2. Sporting device as claimed in claim 1,

    characterized in that

the guide runners (125) or stabilisers (144, 145) are arranged relative to the contact surface (122) of the support members (121; 143) in such a way that their height and/or vertical setting can be adjusted relative to the direction of travel of the sporting device.
  3. Sporting device as claimed in claim 1 or 2,

    characterized in that

    each of the guide runners (78, 79; 88, 89, 90; 98, 99) is arranged symmetrically relative to a jointed cross-shaft axle (74, 76; 84, 86; 94, 96) or relative to the axles in one assembly.
  4. Sporting device as claimed in claim 1 or 2,

    characterized in that

the stabilisers (144, 145) are arranged as bearing rails on one or both sides of the support members (143), either as separate, laterally protruding features or as integral parts of the support members.
  5. Sporting device as claimed in one or more of claims 1 to 4,

    characterized in that

the jointed cross-shaft axles (74, 76; 84, 86; 94, 96) are arranged with a sufficiently enlarged track width to enable them to compensate for the lateral inclinations and weight displacements which the driver transmits to the baseplate (72; 82; 92) through the grips (73; 83; 93).
  6. Sporting device as claimed in one or more of claims 1 to 5,

    characterized in that

an assembly combining two or several jointed cross-shaft axles is arranged at one or both extremities of the sporting device, always being arranged directly opposite to the jointed cross-shaft axles located at the other extremity.
  7. Sporting device as claimed in one or more of claims 1 to 6,

    characterized in that
