Claims (7)

  1. Roue de ventilateur fabriquée à partir d'un disque de tôle, comportant une pluralité de pales de ventilateur, qui sont produites au moyen de découpes pratiquées dans la tôle et qui sont repliées sensiblement à angle droit hors du plan du disque de tôle, caractérisée en ce que des pieds (5) de pales sont reliés, aux bords de saillies (3) en forme de dents de scie d'un centre (4) plan en forme de lame de scie circulaire, en formant une seule pièce avec ceux-ci, lesquels pieds se prolongent par des pales (2) de ventilateur qui s'étendent dans le sens radial, les pales (2) de ventilateur étant dans chaque cas plus larges que les saillies (3).
  2. Roue de ventilateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les pieds (5) de pales sont reliés au bord avant (7) des saillies (3) en forme de dent de scie.
  3. Roue de ventilateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les pieds (5) de pales sont reliés au bord extérieur (6) des saillies (3) en forme de dent de scie.
  4. Roue de ventilateur selon la revendication 1 et selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que les pales (2) présentent une courbure.
  5. Roue de ventilateur selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les pales (2) sont en outre gauchies.
  6. Procédé de fabrication d'une roue de ventilateur selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte les étapes suivantes:
    a) on découpe dans une surface de tôle une pièce plane dont la forme correspond au développement de la roue de ventilateur au départ du centre, aux pieds de pales, et aux pales;
    b) les pales sont repliées selon un angle d'environ quatre-vingt dix degrés hors du plan du centre suivant une ligne droite située à la limite entre les saillies en forme de dents de scie et les pieds de pales.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'après l'étape a), les pales sont d'abord courbées en forme de cuvette hors du plan du centre, en vue de réaliser la courbure et, le cas échéant simultanément, elles subissent elles-mêmes un gauchissement.
