Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen turmartigen Displayständer für Waren, wobei der Displayständer einen im wesentlichen rechteckigen Grundriß und ein Gestell mit regalartigen Warenträgern (5) aufweist. Jede der vier Seiten (1) des Ständers ist in gleicher Weise in senkrechter Richtung unterteilt in eine bis in einen der Eckbereiche des Ständers reichende und am Gestell (5, 7, 8) befestigte Seitenwandfläche (3, 4) und in einen offenen Seitenabschnitt (2) zum Einführen der Waren (6) und zu deren Anordnung auf den Warenträgern (5). Jeweils die Seitenwandfläche (3, 4) einer Seite (1) bildet die seitliche Begrenzung des offenen Seitenabschnittes der um 90° versetzten Seite (1). Dadurch ist es möglich, unmittelbar neben den in der Warenträgerseite gestapelten Waren (6) bzw. Warenverpackungen auf der Verdeckplatte (4) der Seitenwandfläche (3, 4) ein Musterexemplar der angebotenen Ware anzubringen und mit weiteren Informationen zu versehen.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen turmartigen Displayständer für Waren mit im wesentlichen rechteckigen Grundriß und einem Gestell mit regalartigen Warenträgern.
  • Eine Vielzahl von Waren, insbesondere Waren, welche in Kartons verpackt sind, sind in den üblichen Regalen der Handelseinrichtungen übereinandergestapelt, ohne daß sogleich erkennbar ist, um welche Waren es sich handelt. Außerdem mangelt es derartigen Trägerregalen an äußerer Attraktivität und der entsprechenden Möglichkeit, Werbung für den betreffenden zu verkaufenden Artikel zu betreiben. Eine körperliche Ausstellung des zu verkaufenden Artikels als Musterexemplar erfolgt meist an anderer Stelle.
  • Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, einen turmartigen Displayständer für Waren zu schaffen, der eine selbständige Einheit bildet und an dessen Sichtflächen die Waren, die Warenverpackung und andere Werbemittel übersichtlich und in optisch ansprechender Form angeordnet werden können.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß jede der Seiten des Ständers in gleicher Weise in senkrechter Richtung unterteilt ist in eine bis in einen der Eckbereiche des Ständers reichende und am Gestell befestigte Seitenwandfläche und in einen offenen Seitenabschnitt zum Einführen der Waren und zu deren Anordnung auf den Warenträgern, wobei jeweils die Seitenwandfläche einer Seite die seitliche Begrenzung des offenen Seitenabschnitts der um 90° versetzten Seite bildet.
  • Durch die Teilung einer Seite in einen offenen Seitenabschnitt und eine daneben angeordnete Seitenwandfläche ist es möglich, unmittelbar neben den in der Warenträgerseite gestapelten Waren bzw. Warenverpackungen auf der Verdeckplatte der Seitenwandfläche ein Musterexemplar der angebotenen Ware anzubringen und mit weiteren Informationen zu versehen.
  • Da der Displayständer als selbständige Einheit ausgebildet ist und sich die vier Seiten um seinen gesamten rechteckigen Querschnitt verteilen, kann der Displayständer in besonders geeigneter Weise als Angebotsträger für einen bestimmten Warenartikel benutzt werden, der in einer Vielzahl von Ausführungsmöglichkeiten, beispielsweise durch unterschiedliche Farbgebung, angeboten wird.
  • Wahlweise kann der Displayständer einen Dachaufsatz aufweisen, der unterschiedliche Formen haben kann. Dieser Dachaufsatz kann als Werbeträger beispielsweise für die Herstellerfirma bzw. für die angebotene Ware selbst verwendet werden.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
  • Die Erfindung soll an einem Ausführungsbeispiel näher erläutert werden. Dabei zeigt in den Zeichnungen die
    • Fig. 1 die perspektivische Darstellung eines kompletten Displayständers mit spitzdachförmigem Aufsatz, und
    • Fig. 2 die Ansicht eines Displayständers von unten.
  • Der Displayständer besteht aus einem Gerüst, das einen rechteckigen Grundquerschnitt, wie er aus Fig. 2 zu erkennen ist, aufweist. Der Displayständer weist vier Seiten 1 auf. Jede Seite 1 ist in einen offenen Seitenabschnitt 2 und eine daneben angeordnete Seitenwandfläche 3 unterteilt, wobei die Seitenwandfläche 3 durch eine Verdeckplatte 4 gebildet wird. Das Material der Verdeckplatte 4 besteht vorzugsweise aus Holz, Metall oder einem Kunststoff.
  • Der Displayständer enthält eine Anzahl von übereinander angeordneten Warenträgern 5, die noch näher beschrieben werden, wobei mindestens zwei, vorzugsweise jedoch drei übereinander angeordnete Warenträger 5 in dem Gerüst des Displayständers angeordnet sind.
  • Jede Verdeckplatte 4 bildet die seitliche Begrenzung für die jeweils rechtwinklig dazu angeordnete Seitenfläche 1 bzw. Warenträgerseite 2. Die Verdeckplatte 4 reicht mit ihrer äußeren Längsseite und der Warenträger 5 mit seinem äußersten Ende nicht bis in den jeweiligen Eckpunkt des Rechteckes des Displayständers. Beim Blick auf die Sichtfläche 1 können dadurch auch die in dem rechtwinklig dazu angeordneten offenen Seitenabschnitt 2 befindlichen Warenverpackungen 6, die in Strichpunktlinien dargestellt sind, visuell erfaßt werden. Außerdem ist dadurch eine einfachere Entnahme einer Ware bzw. einer Warenverpackung 6 möglich.
  • Die jeweils entgegengesetzt zu den offenen Seitenabschnitten 2 weisenden äußeren Seiten der Verdeckplatten 4 werden jeweils durch vertikale Trägerrohre 7 begrenzt, deren untere Enden Füße bilden, die den Displayständer tragen. Diese Trägerrohre 7 bestehen vorzugsweise aus Stahl oder Leichtmetall.
  • Ein Warenträger 5 besteht vorzugsweise aus vier Warenträgerelementen 8, wobei jedes Warenträgerelement 8 die Grundform eines ungleichmäßigen Vierecks gemäß Fig. 2 aufweist. Die Ecken des ungleichmäßigen Vierecks des Warenträgerelementes 8 sind dabei abgerundet. Die vier Warenträgerelemente 8 sind an ihren Berührungspunkten durch Verbindungselemente 9, wie Schrauben, Schweißen oder Nieten, miteinander verbunden.
  • Die Warenträger 5 sind in horizontaler Ebene in das Gerüst des Displayständers derart eingebracht, daß diese mit den Trägerrohren 7 an ihren äußeren Enden vorzugsweise durch Schweißen verbunden sind. In vorteilhafter Ausbildung sind die äußeren Seiten der Warenträgerelemente 8 mit der jeweils zugehörigen Verdeckplatte 4 mittels Schraub- oder anderen geeigneten Verbindungen 10 verbunden.
  • Weiterhin sind vertikale Trägerrohre 11 vorhanden, die in unmittelbarer Nähe der Verbindungselemente 9 mit den Warenträgerelementen 8 verbunden sind, wobei diese an den innersten Berührungspunkten der einzelnen Warenträgerelemente 8 angeordnet sind.
  • Diese vertikalen Trägerrohre 11 bilden gleichzeitig die Anschläge bzw. Begrenzungen für die in die offenen Seitenabschnitte 2 eingeführten Warenverpackungen 6, sowohl als Seitenanschlag, als auch als Stirnseitenanschlag für die Warenverpackungen 6 der um 90° zur anderen Warenverpackung 6 gedrehten Seite.
  • Auf den verschiedenen Warenträgern 5 sind nun die Waren bzw. Warenverpackungen 6, in den Zeichnungen mit Strichpunktlinien dargestellt, allseitig in die Warenträgerseite 2 gestapelt.
  • Die Verdeckplatte 4 kann dabei als Werbeträger bzw. als Warenmusterträger verwendet werden, wobei vorzugsweise jedem Warenträgerelement 8 eine Werbe- bzw. Musterfläche 12 zugeordnet ist.
  • Zusätzlich ist der Displayständer mit einem Dachaufsatz 13 versehen. Dieser kann gemäß Fig. 1 spitzdachförmig oder entsprechend -..-Linie flachdachförmig ausgebildet sein. Jedoch auch andere Ausführungen, wie die Satteldach- oder Giebeldachform sind möglich. Dieser Dachaufsatz 13 kann ebenfalls als Werbeträger verwendet werden.
  • An einem Displayständer der erfindungsgemäßen Ausführung kann ein leichter Überblick über die angebotenen Waren, insbesondere bei einer Vielfalt von Ausführungen eines bestimmten Warentyps, gewonnen werden. Der erfindungsgemäße Displayständer bildet eine selbständige Einheit mit einem optisch ansprechenden Äußeren.

Claims (10)

1. Turmartiger Displayständer für Waren, mit im wesentlichen rechteckigen Grundriß und einem Gestell mit regalartigen Warenträgern (5), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der vier Seiten (1) des Ständers in gleicher Weise in senkrechter Richtung unterteilt ist in eine bis in einen der Eckbereiche des Ständers reichende und am Gestell (5, 7, 8) befestigte Seitenwandfläche (3, 4) und in einen offenen Seitenabschnitt (2) zum Einführen der Waren (6) und zu deren Anordnung auf den Warenträgern (5), wobei jeweils die Seitenwandfläche (3, 4) einer Seite (1) die seitliche Begrenzung des offenen Seitenabschnittes der um 90° versetzten Seite (1) bildet.
2. Turmartiger Displayständer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweils äußere Seite der Seitenwandfläche (3, 4) durch ein vertikales Trägerrohr (7) begrenzt wird.
3. Turmartiger Displayständer nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Warenträger (5) mit den vertikalen Trägerrohren (7) und untereinander wenigstens mit weiteren vertikalen Trägerrohren (11) verbunden sind.
4. Turmartiger Displayständer nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Warenträger (5) vorzugsweise aus vier Warenträgerelementen (8) besteht.
5. Turmartiger Displayständer nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Warenträgerelemente (8) die Grundform eines ungleichmäßigen Vierecks (gemäß Fig. 2) aufweisen.
6. Turmartiger Displayständer nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ecken der Warenträgerelemente (8) abgerundet sind.
7. Turmartiger Displayständer nach einem der Ansprüche 4-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Warenträgerelemente (8) an ihren Berührungspunkten durch Verbindungselemente (9) verbunden sind.
8. Turmartiger Displayständer nach einem der Ansprüche 4-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Warenträgerelemente (8) mit den Seitenwandflächen (3, 4) verbunden sind.
9. Turmartiger Displayständer nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er einen Dachaufsatz (13) aufweist, der flachdachförmig, giebeldachförmig, satteldachförmig oder spitzdachförmig ausgebildet ist.
10. Turmartiger Displayständer nach einem der Ansprüche 1-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwandflächen (3, 4) und gegebenenfalls der Dachaufsatz als Werbeträger bzw. als Musterträger (12) verwendbar sind.
