Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif pour tendre un cliché flexible (3) sur le cylindre porte-cliché (1) d'une pressé rotative d'impression en creux à feuilles, dispositif par lequel l'une des extrémité du cliché (3) peut être appliquée de manière coudée autour du bord (10) du canal de cylindre porte-cliché (2), et l'autre extrémité du cliché (3) peut être serrée contre la première extrémité du cliché (3) au moyen d'une barre formant tendeur (4), qui peut pivoter en étant montée coaxialement à l'axe de cylindre porte-cliché (45),
    caractérisé en ce que la barre formant tendeur (4) est montée de façon fixe sur des anneaux de mesure (14, 15) qui sont engagés librement et latéralement sur les deux tourillons de cylindre (16, 17) du cylindre porte-cliché (1), et en ce que les anneaux de mesure (14, 15) peuvent pivoter au moyen d'un dispositif d'actionnement (18).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'en guise de dispositif d'actionnement (18), est prévu un dispositif actionné par un fluide sous pression, qui comporte, dans un espace creux d'un des tourillons de cylindre (17), un vérin hydraulique (20) qui est pourvu d'un piston déplaçable (21) et qui communique par l'intermédiaire d'un système de distribution (24 à 31), avec des vérins auxiliaires (33, 33) disposés frontalement dans des évidements (46, 47) du cylindre porte-cliché (1), et en ce que dans chacun des vérins auxiliaires (32, 33) est prévu un piston d'actionnement (34, 35) appliqué par adhérence contre un tourillon de manivelle (36, 37) monté dans les anneaux de mesure (14, 15) de manière excentrée par rapport à l'axe de cylindre porte-cliché (45).
  3. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le vérin hydraulique (20) est précédé d'un vérin à diaphragme (19) qui est relié à la vanne d'arrêt d'une source d'air comprimé, par l'intermédiaire d'un distributeur tournant (44) et de conduites d'alimentation.
  4. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'à chaque anneau du mesure (14, 15) sont associés des ressorts de rappel (38, 39) dont chacune des extrémités est fixée à une broche de ressort (40, 41) et respectivement (42, 43), et en ce que respectivement une broche de ressort (41, 42) est fixée sur les anneaux de mesure pivotants (14, 15) et l'autre broche de ressort (40, 43) est fixée sur le cylindre porte-cliché (1).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'en guise de dispositif d'actionnement (18), est prévu un dispositif mécanique qui comporte des leviers à genouillère montés dans le canal de cylindre (2), et en ce que pour la mise en tension finale, une vis de serrage (54) peut être vissée dans un écrou (55) fixé latéralement sur l'anneau de mesure (14, 15), en s'appuyant sur une pièce de pression (56) sur le tourillon de cylindre (16, 17) du cylindre porte-cliché (1).
  6. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que sur l'enveloppe du cylindre porte-cliché (1) est disposé au moins une protubérance (52) s'engageant à la manière d'un peigne dans au moins un évidement (53) de la barre formant tendeur (4).
