Claims (3)
- Biegepresse für Bleche, mit einem festen unteren Gegenmesser (1) und einem relativ zu diesem in senkrechter Richtung bewegbaren oberen Gegenmesser (5), welche in der Lage sind, ein dazwischen liegendes Blech (19) aufzunehmen, mit einem im Querschnitt die Form eines C aufweisenden Messerträger (6), welcher relativ zu den Gegenmessern bewegbar ist und Faltmesser (7, 8) trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Biegepresse einen die Form eines L aufweisenden festen Aufbaues (2) aufweist, welcher an-dem äußeren Ende seines waagerechten Teiles eine in senkrechter Richtung verlaufende Verlängerung (2') aufweist, mit welcher das darüberliegende untere Gegenmesser (1) verbunden ist, daß die Biegepresse im oberen Teil einen Träger (4) aufweist, welcher mit dem hinteren Teil des festen Aufbaues (2) in gelenkiger Verbindung steht, daß der vordere Teil des Trägers (4) mit dem oberen Gegenmesser (5) in Verbindung steht, daß der im Querschnitt C-förmige Messerträger (6) in dem Innenraum zwischen dem festen Aufbau (2), dem Träger (4) und den Gegenmessern (1, 5) beweglich montiert ist, um in senkrechter Richtung mit Hilfe einer oder mehrerer Stangen (10) bewegbar zu sein, von welchen eine jede von einer hydraulischen Hubvorrichtung (9) bewegbar ist, daß die Stangen an der unteren Fläche des Messerträgers angelenkt sind, an dessen hinteren Stirnfläche eine Reihe von Rollorganen (14, 15) angeordnet ist, welche längs zweier, im wesentlichen in senkrechter Richtung verlaufenden Bahnen (16-17) bewegbar sind, deren äußeren Enden (18) ein gewölbtes Profil aufweisen, dessen Wölbungsradius größer ist als derjenige der Rollenorgane (15), daß diese äußeren Enden der Führungsbahn in einer solchen Höhe liegen, daß eine Bewegung der Gesamtanordnung des Messerträgers (6) längs eines Kreisbogens dann möglich ist, wenn das obere Faltmesser (7) oder das untere Faltmesser (8) in Richtung der Gegenmesser (1, 5) bewegt wird und daß die Biegepresse darüber hinaus Mittel aufweist, mit deren Hilfe die Stellung des äusseren unteren Endes der Hubvorrichtungen (9) in kontinuierlicher Weise regelbar ist.
- Biegepresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur kontinuierlichen Regelung der Stellung der äußeren Enden der Hubvorrichtungen (9) eine Welle (13) aufweisen, welche sich in Längsrichtung über die gesamte Länge der Biegepresse erstreckt und welche an der Stelle (13') in Höhe der festen Seitenflanken der Biegepresse mit diesen gelenkig verbunden ist, daß die Welle (13) eine Reihe von Elementen (12) aufweist, welche relativ zu den Drehpunkten (13') exzentrisch liegen, daß diese exzentrischen Elemente (12) in einen Sitz eingreifen, der in den unteren Verlängerungen einer jeden Hubvorrichtung (9) vorgesehen ist und daß die Welle (13) in der Lage ist, sich im Inneren dieser Sitze so zu bewegen, daß sie alle nur möglichen Winkelstellungen einnehmen kann.
- Biegepresse nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das exzentrische Element (12) ein Kreisprofil aufweist und so bemessen ist, daß in einer Stellung, in welcher die Achse desselben oberhalb derjenigen des Drehzapfens (13') liegt, die Vorregelung so vorgenommen wird, daß das Falten des Bleches (19) nach oben von dem unteren Faltmesser (8) erfolgt, während im Falle der Lage der Achse des Elementes (12) unterhalb derjenigen des Drehzapfens (13') das Blech (19) als Folge der Wirkung des Faltmessers (7) nach unten zu gefaltet wird.
