Claims (12)

1. Vorrichtung zum Auftragen bituminöser Emulsion auf eine Straßendecke (1) zur Herstellung einer Klebeschicht (3) vor dem Auftragen einer Schicht (2) von Heißmischgut mittels eines Schwarzdeckenverteilers (5), wobei diese Vorrichtung ein Chassis (15) und vom Schwarzdeckenverteiler (5) unabhängige Rollmittel (16) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie, angebracht auf dem Chassis (15), in ihrem vorderen Teil eine Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme des Heißmischgutes (18), im Anschluß an die Aufnahmevorrichtung (18) auf der ganzen Länge des Chassis (15) eine Vorrichtung zum Transport des Schwarzdeckenmischgutes (19, 21) mit einem Schüttende (22) am hinteren Teil des Chassis (15), einen Vorratsbehälter für bituminöse Emulsion (25) einer Kapazität von mindestens 2 m3 und eine durch den Vorratsbehälter (25) gespeiste und quer zum hinteren Teil des Chassis (15) angeordnete Sprengrampe (26) zum Auftragen der Emulsion auf die Straße aufweist.
2. Auftragevorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kapazität des Vorratsbehälters für bituminöse Emulsion zwischen 5 und 10 m3 liegt.
3. Auftragevorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Patentansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung zum Transport des Schwarzdeckenmischgutes (19) einen im wesentlichen horizontalen Förderer (20) und ein geneigtes Becherwerk (21) aufweist, das in einem Schütttrichter (22) endet.

Auftragevorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Patentansprüche 1, 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Antriebsanordnung (40), bestehend aus einem Verbrennungsmotor und hydraulischen Steuerungs- und Getriebemittein, für ihre Vorwärtsbewegung mit der auf der Baustelle eingestellten Geschwindigkeit aufweist.

Auftragevorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprengrampe zum Auftragen der Emulsion (26) einen mit dem Chassis (15) verbundenen Mittelteil (26a) und zwei Seitenteile (26b, 26c) aufweist, die zur Einstellung der Breite der Sprengrampe (26) relativ zum Mittelteil und in Querrichtung bewegbar angebracht sind.
6. Auftragevorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprengrampe (26a) zwei sich in ihrer Längsrichtung erstreckende Bereiche (26') aufweist, in denen keine Emulsionsverteilung stattfindet.
7. Auftragevorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprengrampe (26a) mittels eines motorisierten Wagens (29) mit dem Chassis verbunden ist, der eine einstellbare Hin- und Herbewegung der Rampe (26a) in Längsrichtung des Chassis (15) ermöglicht.
8. Auftragevorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorratsbehälter für bituminöse Emulsion (25) ein Mittel zum Erwärmen (43) der Emulsion aufweist.
9. Auftragevorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprengrampe (26) durch eine Leitung (49) über ein Ventil (50) mit einem Druckluftbehälter (51) verbunden ist, um nach dem Anhalten der Auftragevorrichtung die Rampe (26) auszublasen.

Auftragevorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie in ihrem vorderen Teil ein Mittel (17) zum Schieben eines Lastkraftwagens (7) aufweist, um während ihrer Vorwärtsbewegung auf der Baustelle die Versorgung der Aufnahmevorrichtung (18) im vorderen Teil der Auftragevorrichtung mit Heißmischgut (52) sicherzustellen.
11. Auftragevorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Vorrichtung (30, 32, 33, 35, 36) zum Abwickeln und Aufbringen einer Textilschicht (34) in ihrem hinteren Teil vor dem Schwarzdeckenverteiler (5) aufweist.

Verwendung einer Auftragevorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 11 auf einer Straßenbaustelle in Verbindung mit einem Lastkraftwagen zur Versorgung mit Schwarzdeckenmischgut (7) und einem Schwarzdeckenverteiler (5), wobei die Vorrichtung zum Auftragen von Emulsion (6) in Richtung der Vorwärtsbewegung der Straßenbaustelle hinter dem Lastkraftwagen (7) und vor dem Schwarzdeckenverteiler (5) angeordnet ist, so daß die Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme von Schwarzdeckenmischgut (18) das Schwarzdeckenmischgut vom Lastkraftwagen (7) empfangen kann und das Schüttende (22) der Vorrichtung zum Transport des Schwarzdeckenmischgutes (19, 21) das Schütten des Schwarzdeckenmischgutes (52) in den Aufnahmebunker (9) des Schwarzdeckenverteilers (5) sicherstellt.
