Definitions
- the invention relates to an arrangement of filter bags in electric vacuum cleaners, the filter bag having a base plate which has an insertion opening for the blower-side air bladder connector and at least one indentation on the edge and, like a transverse wall, in a filter bag chamber adjacent to the motor-blower housing and detachable from the latter is arranged.
- the object of the invention is to provide an arrangement of filter bags in vacuum cleaners, the bottom plate an immediate actuating function, this in a structurally simple manner.
- a special pull handle that can be connected to the base plate is dispensable; rather, the full filter bag can now be removed using the base plate as a handle in this regard.
- the structural means are simple and expedient, in that the edge-side indentation is opposite a second edge-side indentation and plunge cams in both indentations, which protrude beyond the underside of the base plate.
- the juxtaposition of corresponding indentations allows the base plate to be gripped comfortably in the usual clamping handle. The fingers dip into one indentation and the counter thumb into the other. After the removal area has been released, the two indentations are visually the same; in this respect they even suggest the function assigned to them.
- the cams dipping into the indentations keep the indentations closed when the vacuum cleaner is in operation. They virtually complement the base plate sections lost due to the indentations forming the gripping openings. Since they even protrude beyond the underside of the base plate, it can under no circumstances expose the wall of the filter bag to increased stress There are protuberances or a kind of wrinkle constellation in which these wall zones are subject to increased mechanical stress.
- the cams also indicate whether the filter bag or its base plate is correctly inserted. Another advantageous measure consists in the fact that the filter bag wall crosses to the indentations and is bent out by the cams from the underside of the base plate.
- the wall supply achieved by the corresponding crossing course is put in the opposite direction by the cams, which happens practically completely free of tension.
- an optimal bag cross-section can be used in this way; one does not need to go back behind the bottom of the indentation with the edge-corner folding.
- the adhesive line of the filter bag wall has recesses which run in the same direction as the edge of the indentations and are oriented towards the center.
- the corresponding offset also leads to an overall improved adhesive allocation, since the adhesive line is longer due to the corresponding detour.
- the double layer of the filter bag wall forming the longitudinal sealing of the filter bag is glued to the base plate.
- the retractions expediently take a trapezoidal course.
- the base is aligned with the continuation direction of the edge of the base plate.
- the cam end faces are rounded on their side facing the filter bag wall.
- the latter brings about a kind of corrective intervention with regard to the base plate.
- An embodiment is proposed in such a way that the bottom plate of the filter bag is fixed on an internal step of the filter bag chamber only by contacting its edge corresponding to the contour of the filter bag chamber.
- the filter bag is connected to the connection port to a filter bag intermediate carrier which is carried along when the chamber is opened and which has the valve closure body, and from which the filter bag is approximately beyond the vertical position the connector cross-sectional plane is separable. Leakage of dust or the falling out of larger, heavier particles is practically prevented, simply by changing the position of the filter bag.
- the filter bag can even be changed in the normal position of use of the electric vacuum cleaner designed as a hand-held device; it does not need to be discarded.
- vacuum cleaner types of this type the proven, technologically favorable arrangement can be retained, namely that the motor works from the bottom up and the filter bag is accordingly charged with the dusty air from below.
- the folding opening that takes place in the parting plane between the motor housing and the filter bag chamber not only provides optimal accessibility for the explained handling, but also favorable conditions for the assembly of the device in general.
- the entrained filter bag intermediate carrier acts like a moving cover of the nozzle connection. As soon as the intermediate carrier reaches the position mentioned, the filter bag can be detached. Since the opening of the filter bag is only exposed in this position, the filling content is surely retained against falling out. It is particularly advantageous that the Valve closure body can even sit on the intermediate carrier. The filter bags therefore no longer need to be equipped in this respect if such a configuration is desired. Handling is optimized by automatically disconnecting the connector connection by stopping the pivoting movement of the intermediate support and pivoting a chamber connector further.
- the filter bag can be simply pulled out of the then vertical, upwardly open filter bag chamber like an insert.
- the folding axis of the chamber nozzle is arranged approximately at the level of the support of the filter bag base.
- the intermediate support and the chamber connection piece pivot appropriately about a common folding axis.
- the stopping of the intermediate carrier in the said, approximately vertical, filter bag release position is expediently effected by a pivot limiting stop which is located adjacent to the common folding axis.
- the opening is facilitated by a handle on the free end of the intermediate carrier.
- the closed position is secured in the usual way, for example by means of a push-button lock latch.
- the invention proposes that the valve closure body be realized by a valve flap on the upper end edge of a connecting piece of the intermediate carrier which plunges into the bottom plate of the filter bag, the bottom plate of the filter bag has a foam adhesive from which a valve flap is made is cut free of smaller diameter than that of the nozzle.
- the cams another indicator is implemented, which indicates whether the filter bag is his assumes a functional position or an operationally appropriate filter bag was used by providing orientation features on the circumference of the filter bag base plate, which counter features are assigned in the area of the inner wall of the chamber connector.
- the electric vacuum cleaner which is coordinated with regard to the arrangement of filter bags according to the invention is designed as a hand-held device. It has a housing 1, to which a handle 2 is connected at the top with an end handle 3.
- the housing 1 of the vacuum cleaner is subdivided into a motor housing 5 and a chamber 6 extending above it for receiving a filter bag 7.
- a graphic representation of the motor fan is not shown.
- the side of the filter bag 7 facing the motor housing 5 is in connection connection to a blower air duct 8.
- the underside of the motor housing 5 merges into a pipe coupling 9 (see FIG. 1), which establishes the air flow connection to a suction nozzle 10.
- a suction nozzle 10 it can be a so-called suction / brush nozzle, which contains a brush roller in the nozzle mouth, which is set in rotation by a separate drive.
- the motor blower thus works from the bottom upwards and consequently presses the dust air into the filter bag 7, which is arranged above the motor housing 5.
- the cross section of the housing 1 is generally rectangular with slightly bulging broad sides and narrow sides. In Fig. 1 the vacuum cleaner can be seen from one broad side.
- the chamber 6 corresponding to the cross-sectional filter bag 7 is connected by a wire or plastic basket stiffened textile bag 11 which below, i.e. merges into a rigid edge in the form of a chamber connector 12 on the motor housing side.
- the basket-supported textile bag 11 can be assigned to this chamber connector 12 by means of the detachable clip plug connection.
- the plug-on area is separated.
- the stage can be seen in Fig. 1. It is designated by 13 and allows a defined inside-outside assignment of the textile sack 11. An inside plug-in assignment is preferred.
- the housing 1 can be opened practically with its cross-section completely released.
- the opening position results from FIGS. 1 (here in dash-dotted lines) and 5,7.
- the folding axis 14 that enables this opening is located on one narrow side of the housing 1.
- Its bearing eyes on the chamber neck are designated by 15. These bearing eyes 15 lie in the transition area between the narrow side and the broad side of the chamber 6.
- a continuous bearing eye of the motor housing 5 extends between the two bearing eyes 15.
- an intermediate carrier T is also integrated, on which the filter bag 7 is seated.
- the filter bag intermediate carrier T has an outline adapted to the cross section of the housing, but it recedes from the casing wall of the housing 1, so that it is essentially completely hidden from view in the coaxial position of the motor housing 5 and chamber 6 shown in FIG. It is namely, except for a small access point from the flared lower edge of the chamber connector 12 of the also arranged foldable filter bag intermediate carrier T and folds about the same folding axis 14 as the filter bag chamber 6.
- the intermediate carrier T therefore likewise, like the chamber connector 12, forms two bearing eyes, which are designated here by 16.
- the filter bag 7 directly adjoining the intermediate carrier T has a base plate 17. Its general floor plan also corresponds to the cross-sectional shape of the chamber connector 12, which forms an edge step 18 on the inner wall for support purposes in the region of the narrow sides of the filter bag base plate 17. As a result, the base plate 17 cannot slide into the chamber 6 in the opened position of the device.
- the common folding axis 14 of the chamber connector 12 and the filter bag intermediate carrier T extends approximately at the level of the support edge step 18 of the filter bag base plate 17. In a closed housing 1 (FIG.
- the edge step 18 extends over the top of said base plate 17 so that it is not lifted upwards during suction blowing.
- the top of the base plate 17 rests, as already indicated, on the top of the filter bag intermediate carrier T.
- blower air duct 8 projects with its stepped, cylindrical mouthpiece end 8 'into the lower region of a nozzle 19.
- the latter protrudes above the top of the valve bag intermediate carrier T.
- the connector 19 is the same as the intermediate carrier T and protrudes through a cross-section-corresponding opening 20 of the filter bag base plate 17, closing into the interior of the filter bag 7.
- valve flap 21 In order to prevent the suction bag from falling back into the area of the motor housing 5 in the case of the filter bag falling, the nozzle 19 forms a valve flap 21 at its free end.
- the latter lies freely with the predominant edge area on the front edge of the connector 19. It is only fixed in the position designated by 22, so that it lifts off under the action of the air flow, but returns to its closed position when the corresponding underside load decreases.
- the valve flap 21 can be created as a separate component and assigned to the point 22 by means of the clip connection; alternatively, of course, there is the possibility of forming with a correspondingly flexible material of the connector 19 or filter bag intermediate carrier T.
- the nozzle 19 tapers towards its free end, so that its insertion into the opening 20 has a practically centering effect.
- the end edge 19 'of the connector 19 is chamfered. It slopes in the direction of the folding axis 14. A line in this direction intersects the folding axis.
- the connection point 22 is located in the higher area of the nozzle front edge 19 '.
- the socket 19 takes a radial curvature to the axis 14. Between the root region of the socket 19 and the area on the folding axis side, the intermediate carrier T is broken like a window. The corresponding opening has the reference number 23.
- the hinge-side frame leg has a larger one Width than the two frame legs facing the broad side wall of the housing.
- the intermediate carrier T forms a freely accessible handle 24 on its end face there. It is an underside extension of the intermediate carrier T.
- the angle extension originates in a region which springs back relative to the end face 25 there.
- the relevant leg runs vertically.
- the adjoining, essentially horizontal leg runs back to the jacket wall of the housing 1 and closes with it at the same level.
- a hook latching device which secures the closed position of the housing and can be actuated by a pushbutton, not shown.
- the corresponding zone of the motor housing 5 is recessed like a niche. The recess is reference number 26.
- cams 27 project upward in the region of the longer frame legs thereof.
- the latter are shaped in the same way as the longer frame legs and, when the electric vacuum cleaner is in operation, close two indentations 28 forming gripping openings on the longer edge edges of the filter bag base plate 17. The corresponding immersion position is clearly shown in FIG. 4.
- the indentations 28 can be implemented in the form of uniform fillets (cf. FIG. 2) or they may take an approximately trapezoidal shape, as can be seen from FIG. 8.
- the base of the trapezoid is aligned with the edge of the base plate 17.
- the cams protrude from the underside of the base plate 17. With regard to this underside, it is the side of the base plate which is sent to the interior of the filter bag. Doing so So not only the cross-sectional space of the indentations is filled, but also the filter bag wall 31 is supported against undesired protrusion. This prevents tearing or damage. The same restraint also arises when entering the recesses 28 forming the gripping openings and opening towards the corresponding inner wall of the chamber connector 12.
- the central region of the base plate 17, retracted in a vespentall-like manner, can be gripped comfortably by the filter bag and from the chamber 6 be pulled out.
- the assignment of the filter bag wall 31 on the underside of the base plate 17 is crossing to both indentations 28.
- the folding corner 31 'of the bottom plate-side, tucked-in end section 31' of the filter bag wall 31 runs approximately at half the indentation depth, namely parallel to the trapezoidal ceiling or as a circular section line or "chord" to the rounded indentation 28.
- the all-round folded-in end section 31 31 of the filter bag wall 31 is fixed via an adhesive line or adhesive track L, which has recesses 35 which are aligned approximately with the edge of the indentations 28 and are oriented towards the center.
- the flanks 35 'formed by these indentations 35' are not at such a steep angle of about 45 degrees as the corresponding flank 28 'of the indentations 28.
- the corresponding indentation course brings an additional fastening zone for the adhesive line or track L.
- the flanks 35 'then go into an extension line 35' running parallel to the drawing-in ground in order to then follow the bends or the course of the narrow marginal edges 17 'of the base plate 17.
- the filter bag 7 is formed from a longitudinal web-like blank folded into a tube.
- the double layer 36 forming the relevant longitudinal filter bag gluing results from FIGS. 8 and 9.
- the overlap area of the double layer 36 of the filter bag wall 31 is approximately 2 cm.
- the double layer 36 is laterally offset from the indentations 28, and is thus glued to the base plate 17 in a wider, here the right end section.
- the end of the filter bag 7 opposite the base plate 17 is closed by wrapping and gluing.
- the other, wider, left end section contains the opening 20 for the connector 19.
- the filter bag according to FIG. 8 is further developed with regard to this opening 20 in such a way that the bottom plate 17 is glued to a foam on the upper side, ie the side facing away from the bag interior 37 owns. It is a thin layer of foam made of closed-pore soft foam.
- a valve flap 8 is cut free from this foam adhesive layer, concentric with the opening 20, which is of larger cross-section here. Its diameter is smaller than that of the valve flap 21 on the connecting piece.
- the filter bag intermediate carrier T is assigned and designed in such a way that it passes through a limited swivel angle, ie it cannot reach the 180 degree angular position of the chamber connector 12; Rather, it remains in a position which is approximately in or beyond the vertical position EE of the nozzle connection cross-sectional plane, so that the Nozzle connection V is beyond the bisector of the maximum swivel range of 180 degrees. In this position, there is enough space for the filter bag 7 to pull it off the intermediate carrier T (see FIG. 5).
- the corresponding position is defined by a limit stop 29 between the bearing eye of the motor housing 5 and the back flank 30 of one or both bearing eyes 16 of the filter bag 16 of the filter bag intermediate carrier T (see FIG. 6).
- the cams 27 In the closed position, the cams 27 largely fill the indentations 28 forming the gripping openings again, that is, to such an extent that there can be no protuberance of the flow-like paper filter wall 31 when the filter bag 7 is inflated or due to the filling load.
- the wall region of the inner wall of the chamber connector 12 lying in this direction, that is to say facing away, is somewhat excluded.
- the recesses have the reference number 12 '.
- its base plate 17 has orientation features 32 in the area of both narrow sides, which engage in matching counter features 33 in the area of the inner wall of the chamber connector 12.
- orientation features it is a matter of trapezoidal projections on the narrow side of the plate-like body forming the bottom 17, which can be made of cardboard or plastic. In this way, an alignment-appropriate position between opening 20 and connecting piece 19 is achieved before a misassignment is noticeable only when the housing parts do not come together properly.
- the mutually facing longitudinal sides of the cams 27 are, as can be seen from FIG. 7, rounded transversely, which also serves for the correct assignment of the base plate 17. They act like control surfaces on the corresponding rounded or trapezoidal niche base of the indentations 28.
- the intermediate carrier T can be separated from the chamber 6 of the filter bag 7 in such a way that both parts are mounted eccentrically with respect to one another with respect to the folding axis 14.
- the eccentricity is approximately 1.5 mm.
- the narrow side of the inner wall of the chamber connector 12 facing away from the folding axis 14 has a hook-like locking projection 39 which points in the direction of the axis 14 and which cooperates with a locking shoulder 40 on the corresponding front end of the filter bag intermediate carrier T.
- the intermediate carrier T which acts like a drag cover, extends approximately in the vertical position from the region of the latching projection 39.

Description
The invention relates to an arrangement of filter bags in electric vacuum cleaners, the filter bag having a base plate which has an insertion opening for the blower-side air bladder connector and at least one indentation on the edge and, like a transverse wall, in a filter bag chamber adjacent to the motor-blower housing and detachable from the latter is arranged.
Changing the filter bag, more precisely removing the full filter bag, requires a lot of skill in many cases. For example, when the filter bag itself is gripped, there is a certain amount of aspiration and thus dust is discharged through the opening. In order to remedy this, it is already known to switch between the motor housing and a chamber of the vacuum cleaner receiving the filter bag in this chamber with an insertable handle, which is in releasable connection with a bottom plate forming the end of the filter bag and having the opening. The filter bag is pulled out of the chamber by pulling the handle. The handle is then uncoupled and fitted with a new filter bag.
The object of the invention is to provide an arrangement of filter bags in vacuum cleaners, the bottom plate an immediate actuating function, this in a structurally simple manner.
This object is achieved by the invention specified in
The subclaims are advantageous developments of the arrangement according to the invention.
As a result of such an embodiment, a generic arrangement of filter bags in vacuum cleaners of increased utility value is achieved:
A special pull handle that can be connected to the base plate is dispensable; rather, the full filter bag can now be removed using the base plate as a handle in this regard. The structural means are simple and expedient, in that the edge-side indentation is opposite a second edge-side indentation and plunge cams in both indentations, which protrude beyond the underside of the base plate. The juxtaposition of corresponding indentations allows the base plate to be gripped comfortably in the usual clamping handle. The fingers dip into one indentation and the counter thumb into the other. After the removal area has been released, the two indentations are visually the same; in this respect they even suggest the function assigned to them. In this respect, no information is required. The cams dipping into the indentations keep the indentations closed when the vacuum cleaner is in operation. The cams also indicate whether the filter bag or its base plate is correctly inserted. Another advantageous measure consists in the fact that the filter bag wall crosses to the indentations and is bent out by the cams from the underside of the base plate. The wall supply achieved by the corresponding crossing course is put in the opposite direction by the cams, which happens practically completely free of tension. In addition, an optimal bag cross-section can be used in this way; one does not need to go back behind the bottom of the indentation with the edge-corner folding. Furthermore, it proves to be favorable that the adhesive line of the filter bag wall has recesses which run in the same direction as the edge of the indentations and are oriented towards the center. The corresponding offset also leads to an overall improved adhesive allocation, since the adhesive line is longer due to the corresponding detour. In order to maintain a homogeneous wall structure, particularly in the area of the recesses, the double layer of the filter bag wall forming the longitudinal sealing of the filter bag, which is laterally offset from the indentations, is glued to the base plate. The retractions expediently take a trapezoidal course. In the interest of a primarily ergonomic contour, the base is aligned with the continuation direction of the edge of the base plate.
In order to get a more sensitive entry of the cams into the indentations, the cam end faces are rounded on their side facing the filter bag wall. The latter brings about a kind of corrective intervention with regard to the base plate. In order to have the largest possible indentations available as gripping openings, An embodiment is proposed in such a way that the bottom plate of the filter bag is fixed on an internal step of the filter bag chamber only by contacting its edge corresponding to the contour of the filter bag chamber. With regard to a clean, convenient removal of the filled filter bag, it also proves to be advantageous that the filter bag is connected to the connection port to a filter bag intermediate carrier which is carried along when the chamber is opened and which has the valve closure body, and from which the filter bag is approximately beyond the vertical position the connector cross-sectional plane is separable. Leakage of dust or the falling out of larger, heavier particles is practically prevented, simply by changing the position of the filter bag. The filter bag can even be changed in the normal position of use of the electric vacuum cleaner designed as a hand-held device; it does not need to be discarded. Also with vacuum cleaner types of this type, the proven, technologically favorable arrangement can be retained, namely that the motor works from the bottom up and the filter bag is accordingly charged with the dusty air from below. The folding opening that takes place in the parting plane between the motor housing and the filter bag chamber not only provides optimal accessibility for the explained handling, but also favorable conditions for the assembly of the device in general. The entrained filter bag intermediate carrier acts like a moving cover of the nozzle connection. If this movement of the chamber nozzle includes a fully usable angle of 180 degrees, the filter bag can be simply pulled out of the then vertical, upwardly open filter bag chamber like an insert. The folding axis of the chamber nozzle is arranged approximately at the level of the support of the filter bag base. In this case, the intermediate support and the chamber connection piece pivot appropriately about a common folding axis. The stopping of the intermediate carrier in the said, approximately vertical, filter bag release position is expediently effected by a pivot limiting stop which is located adjacent to the common folding axis. The opening is facilitated by a handle on the free end of the intermediate carrier. The closed position, on the other hand, is secured in the usual way, for example by means of a push-button lock latch. With regard to a structurally simple, spatially small valve closure device, the invention proposes that the valve closure body be realized by a valve flap on the upper end edge of a connecting piece of the intermediate carrier which plunges into the bottom plate of the filter bag, the bottom plate of the filter bag has a foam adhesive from which a valve flap is made is cut free of smaller diameter than that of the nozzle. The latter leads to a sealed closure even in the event of tolerances-related deviations of the parts involved. In addition to the cams, another indicator is implemented, which indicates whether the filter bag is his assumes a functional position or an operationally appropriate filter bag was used by providing orientation features on the circumference of the filter bag base plate, which counter features are assigned in the area of the inner wall of the chamber connector.

The filter bag intermediate carrier T has an outline adapted to the cross section of the housing, but it recedes from the casing wall of the
In this position, the
Appropriately, the
Die Ausnehmung beträgt das Bezugszeichen 26.At the free end, the intermediate carrier T forms a freely
Die entsprechende Eintauch-Position ergibt sich deutlich aus Fig. 4.Also from the upper side of the intermediate carrier T,
"Sehne" zur gerundeten Einbuchtung 28.The
The all-round folded-in
The
The end of the
The other, wider, left end section contains the
Fig. 5). Fig. 6).Furthermore, the filter bag intermediate carrier T is assigned and designed in such a way that it passes through a limited swivel angle, ie it cannot reach the 180 degree angular position of the
In addition to this type of separation of the intermediate support T and filter
Die Ausnehmungen tragen das Bezugszeichen 12′.In order to enlarge the
For a foolproof allocation of the
The mutually facing longitudinal sides of the
Instead of the stop means illustrated in FIG. 6, the intermediate carrier T can be separated from the
