Claims (4)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Entwässern von Garnwickeln, die vor der Behandlung in Färbeküpen gefärbt werden, mit vier Garnständer-Beladevorrichtungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Beladevorrichtungen im Innern von Drehkörben (3) arbeiten, welche im Innern der beiden Färbeküpen (1 und 2) angeordnet und mittels Deckeln (5 und 6) verschließbar sind, während die beiden anderen Beladevorrichtungen auf einer Beladeplatte (9) angeordnet sind, um die Entladung der bereits behandelten und die Beladung der zu behandelnden Garnwickel durchzuführen und daß die Deckel und die Beladevorrichtungen auf einem Drehkreuz (10) angeordnet sind, welches von einer kleinen hydraulischen Zentrale (27) und einem in geeigneter Weise angeordneten Steuerpult (26) betrieben sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein jeder Träger (21) für die Garnwickel mit Hilfe eines Widerlagers (32), einer Feder (33) und eines elastischen Stiftes (34) mit einem Basisteil (35) elastisch verbunden ist, welcher mit einer unteren Führung (36) ausgestattet ist die eine Radialbewegung eines jeden Garnwickels im Inneren einer Nut (43) in einem jeden Arm (42) der Beladevorrichtung ermöglicht und daß der Garnwickel durch die auf die Innenwände des Drehkorbes (3) wirkende Zentrifugalkraft zurückgestoßen wird.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Verlaufe des Zentrifugiervorganges eine jede Beladevorrichtung im Inneren ihres Drehkorbes (3) arbeitet, während die aus dem Drehkorb (3), seiner Beladevorrichtung (4), seiner Welle (16), der Muffe (17) zur Führung der Welle (16) und dem hydraulischen Motor (18) bestehende Gesamtanordnung in einem schwingenden Gestell (19) mit drei Armen aufgehängt ist, welches der Einwirkung von mit entsprechenden Stützen (22) dauernd verankerten Puffern (21) sowie Stoßdämpfern (23) unterworfen ist, welche einerseits mit Hilfe von Klammern (24) mit den Stützen (22) und andererseits mit Teile des schwingenden Gestelles (19) bildenden Stegen (25) verbunden sind, um die im Verlaufe der Zentrifugierung selbst bei erhöhten Drehgeschwindigkeiten (1500 Umdrehungen pro Minute) entstehenden Geräusche der Gesamtanordnung in erheblichem Umfang zu reduzieren.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein jeder Träger für die Garnwickel einen zentralen Kern (41) aufweist, mit welchem in radialer Richtung weisende Arme (42) oder Stangen (39 und 40) befestigt sind, auf welche die zu behandelnden Garnwickel aufgesteckt sind und daß die Garnwickel in radialer Richtung frei bewegbar, während der Zentrifugierung jedoch von der Innenwand des Drehkorbes (3) festgehalten sind.
